I have never felt the need to leave a review before, but the reviews on this hotel need to be updated. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, but that’s where the positives stop. It is in desperate need of a remodel. We had a group and multiple rooms were not clean enough, they did not have enough towels for all the guests, there was mold in bathrooms and filthy carpet in the stairwells, the elevator was not functional and one of the ice makers quit wile we were there, furniture was stained…the list could go on and on. Honestly, they probably should no be operational and the staff was doing all they could within their abilities.

Staff here is very friendly. It’s not in a bad area and is convenient for my needs. It would be nice to have local TV channels, less humid in the rooms, and the pool to be open but honestly it was good. I will stay again for sure.

The room was fine, I stayed on the third floor and it had no vending for ice, had to go down one floor also vending machines were non operational for soda and had limited choices. Fitness room had one bike, a broken treadmill, and limited dumbbells, and a water dispenser that did not work.

The carpets are filthy and frayed, the bathroom fixtures are loose, there was no second roll of toilet paper and most awful of all for my elderly mother: the elevator broke and she had to maneuver her walker from our room on the second floor. We paid a lot for a most unsatisfactory night.

Quality and comfort of the stay was as expected for the price paid. However, maid service provided clean towels and wash cloths but did not make the bed. The bathroom floor was sticky. Walking around in the bathroom, my shoes were sticking to the floor. The foors of course had been mopped but the cleaning product was probably the issue. Breakfast was provided which was tasty and hot however the tables were not cleaned.

The order was for an ADA room but assigned reg room. The attendent helped facilitate. The night staff helped with broken TV remote and acquiring folding bed for a grandchild. The dining room staff was helpful, provided a good breakfast. The staff were great. The room had a pleather bench that was loosing its texture. Very unsanitary. The walk in shower had mold in corner and broken adjustment bar.As stated before the TV did not work but eventually helped by staff.

At first look the hotel is located in a not very well lit location it’s pretty dark at night. The mini fridge had food left over from the last person who stayed there. The blankets and towels had hair from the person who stayed there before us. Totally not a good experience or look on the hotel.

There were a couple of things that went wrong during my stay. The cleaning woman, Stacy, did not do a good cleaning. After being out all day, I arrived to my room to see that my floor was not vacuumed and bathroom item still dirty. The front desk person came to my room, looked, gave me a vacuum, and told me that he would notify management. The vacuum was disgusting. Needless to say I had to vacuum my own room. It was full of dirt, hair, and dust. There was a hole the size of a tennis ball in the shower underneath the shower head. I had to stuff a washcloth in the hole to ensure no one was watching me shower. The walls are super thin. I could hear people talking and having sex. I couldn’t have quiet time with my toddler. The tv had to be turned on to muffle the bed rocking and woman moaning. SMH… Other than that, the hotel is nice and the surrounding area is as well.

Went for a church event. Staff was very friendly from the start and it remained constant throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. I like the fact that coffee was available pretty much at any time of day!

It was a good trip. Our room smelled musty and the noise of other guests was loud. Nothing too loud, normal living, just a little distracting. Otherwise it was a great stay. I would stay there again for sure. Shower temp in our room was not very hot either. Again, all things that were easily overlooked. The beds were 10/10 the best most comfortable!!!!!

The location worked well for us. We were traveling with a small dog. There are plenty of food choices very close to hotel. The breakfast was very good and enough for everyone. If you need to be near Millington,TN for any reason this is a great place. I would use this hotel every time we are here.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Didn't enjoy hearing trains in the middle of the night and hotel was getting a new roofing shingles so that was also noisy in the morning. I would stay again though

I always enjoy staying at this motel. The breakfast is average but the beds are comfortable but I always have to have my own pillow. I like I can walk to several restaurants in the area.

The hotel stay was great. The staff was kind to my dad and brother. They provided hot breakfast every day. Lemon water throughout the day and was abld to assist when called upon. I will use their service again when visiting Tipton County.
