Parking is extremely tight and there were zero parking spots. We drove around the lot for 20 minutes and then were told to park in one of the few electric vehicle spots left.

This place is clean, nice and quiet all stores is a short walk away. The staff is so pleasant. Breakfast was good and had multiple choices to choose from. The pool is clean as well as the pool area. They even have a grill in near to pool area in case you want to bbq. I honestly can’t find one thing wrong to say about this place.I will definitely recommend them to my family friends and social media followers.

A good location for our visit with our son and the facilities were clean and the front desk personal were professional and friendly. Improvements on the elevators is desperately needed. One could wait 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator. We were on the 5th floor and walked up and down the steps since the elevators were so slow.

This is an older hotel but very well kept. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I couldn't give it an overall excellent rating was the elevators. Checking in they were very slow and when trying to check out because there was 1 group in front of me I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get an elevator. During our stay we just used the steps but checking in and out we needed a cart and the waiting was not good. If the hotel was busy my guess is it would have been a really bad experience.

Hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable and had a yummy breakfast, just what I’d expect from a Hampton Inn. I’ve stayed in several over the years and they’re always a safe bet. My only complaint was that the pool was freezing cold. Wish they’d heat it because that’s the thing kids like about hotel stays the most.

First room there was big hair in bathtub and several hairs on bathroom floor. And lamp by bed didn’t work. They switched us to second room and this time found a big hair in bathroom sink and more hairs on bathroom floor. They offered to change us to a third room but I refused. Desk clerk was very friendly but we were disappointed with the condition of the rooms.

Blankets, pillows were dirty, we asked for more blankets that never were provided. The sink was leaking a lot, a lot hair from people wherever, the pillow in the closet has a cleaning towel inside, we never expect so many fails in one room, additional that the breakfast was very poor, I will never will visit again this place

I have stayed at this property many times but it seems the condition is going downhill a bit. Upon my arrival in the room the I found that someone had placed a plastic bag on the smoke detector (probably to smoke in the room). Also throughout my stay in room 513 the bathroom constantly smelled of sewer. I had to keep the bathroom door shut to keep the odor out of the rest of the room.

We got there, quickly put our food for after concert in the fridge, and came back to spoiled food, fridge never got cold. Microwave out. Sheets didn't fit the bed and I hit my head in the bathroom on the low towel rack they had hanging behind the toilet. Saw stars. Front desk night man didn't like his job and was less than helpful. BOO!

It’sa good hotel. The only problems that don’t HAVE to be problems is the bed I slept on seemed to be old. I felt like I was trying to sleep in a body imprint.i tossed and turned all night. My friend also had trouble sleeping in her bed. The breakfast wasn’t pleasing to the eye. We ate elsewhere. The coffee is really cheap. With creamer it’s almost like drinking milk.

Our room wasn’t ready in time due to being short staffed in housekeeping, but we were able to get into a different room. The TV didn’t work, but I was able to be my own personal IT helpdesk and get it up and running. Some of the others on our floor were loud in the evening (past 1030 on a Sunday night) and playing loud music. I know the hotel can’t control that, but I did call the front desk (although the phone in our room did not work so I had to call the main number and go through a bunch of prompts to get to the front desk) and they dealt with it quickly and the group was quieted down. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We had a good stay until check out in which the receptionist attempted to run our card again saying we had not been charged. I was at that point able to obtain screen shots of my Orbitz charge that had gone through and attempted to show her. She seemed dismissive and asked for my card digits again. I said I’m sorry but I can’t give you payment again because I do not want to be charged twice. I told her this had recently happened in a stay in NY. She finally said we were ok to leave but that put a damper in our nice and relaxing stay. Bummer!

Check in process was awful due to issue with Expedia’s payment. I had to wait almost an hour late at night while hotel and Expedia tried to correct issue. Hotel charged me extra to check in. At check out I was told I had a balance due, and owed money. Never booking through Expedia again. Awful!

I’ve stayed at this property several times and always been satisfied. It’s very convenient to NNPTC and restaurants and shopping. The traffic in this whole area is terrible so be ready for that!

It was a great location for my family to be able to be so close to the base and the other parts of town we wanted to see when we were there for our first trip to that part of the state. We enjoyed the experience as much as we had hoped to and we are looking forward to our next visit to such a beautiful town and fun filled destination

Booking and check-in was easy. The staff were very friendly, especially Sherry. The location was good and just far enough off the highway that I didn't hear much traffic noise. Unfortunately, The bed was uncomfortable, the fitted sheets were too short and kept coming off and the pillows were useless. One bulb in the bathroom was out. The mini-fridge made a double click noise loud enough to wake me up when I did manage to fall asleep. And the free breakfast left a lot to be desired unless you like powdered eggs and flavorless sausage. The grits were so watered down that they could not be eaten with a fork, a straw would have been a better choice. There were other healthier choices but I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy. The elevator call buttons, at least on the floors I used, either didn't light up or the lights were on when they shouldn't be. Overall, some corrections would need to be made for me to stay there again.
