Hotel is very convenient area with the beach right across the street. There is an underground tunnel from that takes you to the beach if crossing is an issue. Room is comfy and the view of the beach is beautiful. The girl at the travel desk was also extremely helpful. She did a good job explaining to us all the nice areas and which areas to avoid due to being a tourist trap. She also spoke arabic and gave us good instructions on how to use taxi services in the area. Overall great hotel and good staff. Although the food could be a bit better since it can be pretty bland at times especially the dinner options. Breakfast was better with many options to choose from. Overall would give it 9/10 experience.

Very clean hotel, Nice and clean rooms. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful Gym is bit small but ok and a fantastic in door pool. Spa facilities are good and price is very reasonable. The day I checked out I was still allowed to use the gym, pool and spa facilities.

Because of the slow internet, I wanted to cancel my stay, but they wouldn't let me do so without forfeiting all my money. I originally booked for seven days, but after two days I was ready to leave.

Just to get 5 star, hotel gym is 25 m2 room (not a gym) Water pressure in bath is terrible. Hotel stuff is chasing for payments which can be done at the reception during checkout or via provisioning. Annoying behaviour for an IHG hotel personel. We asked for the refill of bath gels which was simply ignored by the reception. Over all this is 5 start hotel with a barely 4 star experience.

Otelin konumu harika, havuzu temiz ve nezih. Tünel vasıtasıyla havuzlu alandan direk beach’e geçiş olması güzel. Odaları çok ufak yada bize ufak oda denk geldi bilemiyorum. Ama kısmen deniz manzaralıydı. Herşey yolunda gidince seyahat planımızı uzattık. Bu konuda resepsiyonda bize yardımcı olan Ali beye teşekkür ediyorum. 10. Kattaki restoranda yemek çok keyifliydi ful deniz manzaralı güzel bir ambiyanstı. Bana göre tek eksik kahvaltıda yeterince seçenek olmayışı, ala carte restoranta menü içeriğinin kısıtlı olması ve de kahvaltı salonundaki görevlilerin soğuk davranışları. Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie direct aan het strand met een zeer mooie en lange wandel boulevard. De kamer aan de voorkant van het hotel had een geweldig uitzicht, maar helaas was het balkon zo smal, dat er geen stoelen kunnen staan om bijvoorbeeld ‘‘s avonds van dit uitzicht te genieten. De inrichting van de kamer is misschien wat gedateerd, maar de bedden waren prima en de airco functioneerde uitstekend. Er zijn koffie en thee faciliteiten, maar die werden niet alle dagen aangevuld. De schoonmaak voldeed niet aan wat je van een vijf sterren hotel mag verwachten. Het ontbijt was oké, maar er zijn hotels in Antalya, die het kwalitatief en qua keuze beter voor elkaar hebben. Als het erg druk is zijn er bijvoorbeeld vaak te weinig theeglazen en de keuze van fruit was wat beperkt. Het zwembad is geweldig, de tunnel naar het strand een groot pluspunt, de fitnessruimte nogal rommelig. Het inchecken was wat omslachtig, tijdens het inchecken werden we tot bijna 10 keer onderbroken doordat de receptionist de telefoon moest opnemen. Al met al is het eindoordeel positief, ook als je naar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding kijkt.

Upon entering room 906, I was unfortunately greeted by a large cockroach. The bathroom also had a rather unpleasant sewage odor. For 5 star hotel, the rooms were very dated. One of the room was in a very bad state, all the surfaces were covered in dust and mould in bathroom. Management were informed but nothing was done. Room 812 (Junior Suite) has everything a 4-star hotel should have. Nothing beyond that. Just the bare minimum. The room was spacious but mediocre. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, and one of the showers didn't work. The restaurant menu is limited, bland, oily, and overpriced. You're not allowed to bring in outside food. So you either eat their junk food or go out to eat. If you want a quiet place to sleep, this isn't the hotel for you, as there are bars across the street that play loud music until late at night. But if you don't mind the noise, it shouldn't be a problem. The morning reception is good and helpful. The evening reception is substandard and is like the reception of a 1-star hotel. One of them pretended not to understand English when he initially did, and the other (I forget his name) seemed stressed, frustrated, and trying to start an argument while trying to correct a poorly written bill. The payment system for room service, laundry, and the restaurant is 0-star, as they rush you through the bill and ask you to sign papers for paying with a card not requiring a pin. The same person correcting the bill told me that guests run away without paying and that I may not pay it later or "I might forget it,” which later he apologized for, saying it was just a joke. The Mountain View’s and the beach was the best aspect of the hotel. The hotel itself seemed a bit dated. My worst experience about the hotel was the heat upon entering the building. The heat hits you and there is no air conditioning in the foyer/reception. The AC was also not good in the room. I had to call for an engineer who replaced the filter but even then it wasn’t as cool as one would expect. Food was mediocre. It would have been nice if there was a buffet option and if dinner could be served beyond 9pm.

For a 5 star hotel my stay was really average. Service in both restaurants was really poor, lack of attentiveness and service. Some reception staff are really rude and not helpful. Housekeeping on the other hand is great and friendly. Good location but that’s about it- asked for a beach towel and got given 1 that was ripped. Really disappointed in my stay, I expected better for 5 stars. Restaurant staff just stand around and chat to each other, not pay attention to paying customers there was a multiple times I had to get up and order from the bar.

Very amazing Hotel with even higher standards than expected . This hotel is my absolute favourite in Antalya. Very professional Service at any time . We traveled as a family with a young child and arrived at our marriage anniversary at the Hotel. Because if previous communication they decorated our hotel room perfectly for our special day which I really highly appreciated. The Team of the Crown plaza hotel was very welcoming we felt very comfortable and we loved the way we were treated especially with a young child which was running around and no one ever was bothered meanwhile we made other negative experiences in other hotels . The Room was always perfectly clean . Beautiful and breathtaking view from our king Suite . Surrounded by the best restaurants in town and a beautiful beach part where you will love to just have a walk and enjoy your days. I want to personally thank Funda,Songul and Rim and the complete Team of The Crown plaza in Antalya for there professional Performances to make sure that all customers feel so welcoming and making sure all they needs are taken care of. Booked this hotel and had to cancel just 12 hours later due to a medical emergency. Despite the short time frame and extenuating circumstances, the hotel refused any refund or even partial credit. This hotel is nothing short of amazing. The building is beautiful, with great architecture. But the staff make the experience exceptional. Most employees of the hotel will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, accommodated and assist you. Those who deserve a special highlight are Ozkan (hope I spelt that correctly) the Duty Manager, Ata, Efe, Taha, Canpolit and a gentleman who worked in the mornings and always wore black attire. I didn't catch his name, he made sure my coffee was perfect every morning. Other details, the beach is 5mins away, the spa facilities are lovely, breakfast and dinner were excellent. I could go on. The malls are a drive away though, if you want to shop properly. But taxis are reasonably priced. Although there were a few niggly issues that arose here and there, nothing to spoil the overall beauty of the holiday. Top marks are definitely deserved. Highly recommended. Thank you all again.

Though the property is excellent, the service was completely not up to par. I would call reception and kindly ask them questions, and in response I would receive ‘don’t call here call room service’, and end the call abruptly. On the off chance they would reply, they would come up with very patronising and rude remarks, such as, ‘maybe use google to answer your question’. It does not just extend to the reception however, but each place other than the spa was completely rude and incompetent. At poolside, I kindly asked for a towel, to which I waited 45 minutes for. In the end I gave up and walked back to the hotel room soaking wet, with the guy I asked, staring at me and smiling. Whilst going past the reception on my way back to the hotel room, I heard a family of 5, being shouted out by one of the ignorant staff members, saying, ‘this is a 5 star hotel, what to you expect’. Whilst I do not know what the conversation was about, I sure as hell know that you would not be so foul to a customer, especially in public. The reception would often laugh at customers as well, such as my wife, who walked soaking wet back up to the hotel room due to being ignored 4 times for a towel. Overall, whilst the hotel itself is lovely and in a beautiful location, it does not make up for the absolutely poor service. I will mention however that the people at the spa, were absolutely fabulous and maybe the reception desk need to learn a thing or 2 or 10 from the reception at the spa.

There's a lot to say about this Crowne Plaza. We visited from the UK, and the brand is a known brand, hence why we booked it. Apart from the great service provided by all staff, there's not much positives to share. Though the property is close to the beach, it feels removed from the beach and feels like a deadend in comparison to the other hotels nearby. Feels like there is no life here and quite boring. No music, nothing except for the piano that plays for 2 hours every evening. We didn't even bother to use the pool because it wasn't appealing. Absolutely nothing is happening here. You will need to walk out of the hotel a bit or take a cab to experience some life. The spa is in the basement, and the whole floor has a damp smell and needs a lot of air. We didn't bother using the spa because it was just not looking great. The shop in the basement sells fake branded products. Though I understand that this is known in Turkey but for a brand like Crowne Plaza, I would expect real products only. The breakfast spread is very, very good. We are happy with the options. The dinner, though, wasn't that great. We ordered beef Shish and Adanna Kebab, and both came out tasteless, with no salt, no seasoning. The grilled chicken was bland, too. The fish dish was great, that is, both the sea bass and sea bream was a bit tasty. For a hotel that does not allow food from outside, I would expect great tasting food. The cleaning of our room was not properly done. It felt like the cleaners only

Excellent location and beautiful lounge and reception are. Sea facing and good area to enjoy good walks. Rim, the Manager was very helpful and arranged a tour for us within a short time. Negatives are the bathroom was very old and needs refurbishment. Vegetarian options in breakfast buffet were limited, expected some cakes and muffins, Also, it was not a pleasant experience seeing cats running around the breakfast restaurant area.

Het zwembad is geweldig, de tunnel naar het strand een groot pluspunt, de fitnessruimte nogal rommelig. Het inchecken was wat omslachtig, tijdens het inchecken werden we tot bijna 10 keer onderbroken doordat de receptionist de telefoon moest opnemen. Al met al is het eindoordeel positief, ook als je naar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding kijkt.

The hotel is nice but not 5 star. They need to update the rooms. The pool area is nice. They have a tunnel to the beach across the street but it’s a rock beach not sand. The since beach clubs you can rent loungers. The breakfast was good. They don’t allow you to bring outside food into the hotel. The WiFi was ok.

Burada calisan 1-2 personel haricindeki personel misafirler ve masalarla ilgilnemekten cok dedikodu yaparak orta alanda kalabalık olusturarak, kimi zaman misafirin gecisine bile izin vermiyorlardı. Room 812 (Junior Suite) has everything a 4-star hotel should have. Nothing beyond that. Just the bare minimum. The room was spacious but mediocre. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, and one of the showers didn't work. The restaurant menu is limited, bland, oily, and overpriced. You're not allowed to bring in outside food. So you either eat their junk food or go out to eat. If you want a quiet place to sleep, this isn't the hotel for you, as there are bars across the street that play loud music until late at night. But if you don't mind the noise, it shouldn't be a problem. The morning reception is good and helpful. The evening reception is substandard and is like the reception of a 1-star hotel. One of them pretended not to understand English when he initially did, and the other (I forget his name) seemed stressed, frustrated, and trying to start an argument while trying to correct a poorly written bill. The payment system for room service, laundry, and the restaurant is 0-star, as they rush you through the bill and ask you to sign papers for paying with a card not requiring a pin. The same person correcting the bill told me that guests run away without paying and that I may not pay it later or "I might forget it,” which later he apologized for, saying it was just a joke. The Mountain View’s and the beach was the best aspect of the hotel. The hotel itself seemed a bit dated. My worst experience about the hotel was the heat upon entering the building. The heat hits you and there is no air conditioning in the foyer/reception. The AC was also not good in the room. I had to call for an engineer who replaced the filter but even then it wasn’t as cool as one would expect. Food was mediocre. It would have been nice if there was a buffet option and if dinner could be served beyond 9pm.
