Grand Hotel Moon Valley

Nos habían compartido que había un shuttle pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no era así, también se supone que hay alberca y amenities y estaba en mantenimiento, la alberca cerrada así como otras áreas del hotel, el desayuno bastante regular, poca variedad y cafe frío, no considero que sea un hotel cuatro estrellas

This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Maybe it was 30 years ago. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels. Only able to charge this much because of the area!

The hotel is beautiful, the only problem is that the pool closes at 7:00 PM, which is very inconvenient when you have excursions all day and just want to come back and relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the restaurant is quite expensive, but you have really good options around the area. The only problem is when you want to cross the street, as it's very difficult because the cars don't stop. I also like that the hotel dropped us off at the train station at no charge, really good service.

Staff were lovely and always ready to help. Stunning views of Vesuvius and the surrounding countryside, from the swimming pool too. Easy to organise day trips via reception. Some great restaurants in walking distance for dinner. Overall a friendly and welcoming hotel that I would highly recommend.
