Staff was very frendly and helpful. Room was clean and confortable; a little bit outdated, but ok. Breakfast buffet was really good, with fresh fruit, hot scrambled eggs, sausages, drinks, cakes, cheese balls...

Not the most luxurious place, you get what you pay for. But overall it wasn't a bad experience at all. Staff were very friendly and included breakfast was also pretty decent.

One thing I liked about the hotel stay was one of the front desk receptionist, he was very supportive and helpful! All other staff were not very helpful and was not able to talk much English..TV and Air conditioning was not working properly..

Very simple, but central hotel close to the airport Santo Dumont in Rio de Janeiro. Some good places to eat and bars around. Good value for money. Don't expect the same quality as in Europe. Need some refreshing...
