I would have preferred the water in the pool and jacuzzi were climate. Water too cold

Not enough parking. Poor upkeep of the property. Rusty showerod. Grout in the tile was chipped out in many places.. They are not spending any money on facility and it shows

There is insufficient parking. I was instructed to park ,blocking other cars. Was woken up to move my car. because there was finally a parking place. the wifi only works on ground floor of 3 story hotel

First trip there. Amazingly there were 20+ armed troops staying there the same night. Never felt safer and the staff were incredibly concerned about my comfort and service. Best staff ever. I'll be back. Oh! Parking was a huge bonus also. I drive a mercedes and you park inside the property.

The only downside is that the pool closes to early. That was a disappointment.

I like the location because it is safe! It has lots of places at walking diatance to eat, shop, and the beach! The only thing was the jacuzzi didn't have hot water!

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The television was not working, the toilet was clogged and we saw a cockroach on the drawer. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, great place!

My experience in the hotel, it was uncomfortable, smell to humidity in the room, It was people hair on the sheets, the shower was so much mold everywhere.

Outdated room. Restroom had rust. Nowhere to hang towels. Towels thin. Motel vibe. It was close to downtown Rosarito. Nice walk from all vendors. Room was too pricey for what we got.

The room we were 1st assigned was dirty and had to be moved to another the shower curtain rod was rusty, the lamp looked like it had been stained by someone smoking in the room. The 2nd room carpet had so many stains.

I have two complaints. Number one and very important!!! We stayed on the first level. The restroom did not have a window so there's no way of circulating any air. So the walls and the roof of the restroom was infested with black mold and it was clearly covered up with fresh paint. They dont clean the shower rods. So u can see the mold when you stand in the shower as u look up. The cracks in between the shower and the floor and the roof had mold. As soon as you walk in the room and you look up at the ceiling you can see the black mold coming through the white ceiling paint. It smells musty inside the room. The second thing I will complain about is the food options with the included breakfast. The 3 mornings we were there.They had the exact same thing for breakfast. Eggs, beans, potatoes with fruit and yogurt. I travel a lot and i've stayed at a lot of hotels and most of the time it's a different variety every day. It would be great if they would have different variety of food. Other than that I have no other complaints, the staff was very friendly. The outside of the facility was well maintained and clean. 24/7 security on the premises. Shout out to the younger gentleman with glasses in the restaurant side where they serve the included breakfast. I didn't Get his name but he was very accommodating to our needs and very friendly and professional about it.

I loved the free breakfast and service is super nice and efficient. They know English too. The bed in our room was super comfy, I didn’t mind the noise from the neighboring bars. I fell instantly asleep.

We had three rooms, two with an air conditioner and one with a mini split. The one with the mini split was full of humidity and not that comfortable. The other rooms where fine.

This place is outdated. Needs a major upgrade. No hot water, room smelled. For what I paid it sure is not worth it

If you're looking for a place near shopping and the beach without braking the bank this place is it. They also have someone keeping watch over the vehicles, which is a major plus. It doesn't have a mini fridge or microwave if that is something that you need.

I was given a 1st floor room which did not have a frig. Asked for a room with frig needed for Insulin. Was told I had to move up a floor did so even thou it was a bit hard to climb stairs. I was able to park in the Handicap parking space when we arrived. I have a Handicap placard. After we came back to parking there was a cone saving the spot and attendant told me there was a person in a wheelchair so I agreed not park there which was totally False and person didn't even have a placard. I didn't dispute. I had free breakfast but only used it once was not happy with service their small coffee cups were served 3/4 full took forever for 2 of the 4 breakfast to arrive finally got a coffee refill again 3/4 full cup. went elsewhere for food. The jacuzzi was dirty and Lukewarm.

This was the second time we've stayed here and we came back in expectation of the first stay. We were disappointed. Our room this time was smaller and older. Our ac unit was not blowing cold from the moment we checked in to the evening and it finally started working after the engineer came and worked on it a few times. We couldn't get any fresh air because the only window we had was broken and would not open which the engineer was not able to do anything about. The bathroom was very old, small and the shower was flooding into the toilet area which was messy. We hope to try again sometime in the future for a better experience.

Very affordable but we stayed during a night when a large group of bikers were there and we could hear everyone yelling and partying until 3am. Then they all started there bikes up around 6:30am. Bad night of sleep.

It was last minute reservation. I reserved a room with ac. But the ac system didn't work.

Horrible experience I have never been to a hotel where fronts desk is so bad guys were rude to us didn’t wanna give us our room that we had paid for never coming back

Front desk was rude. Told me he didn’t have a reservation on file for me. Ask to double check then he told me it wasn’t paid. After I showed him it was paid he pretended like he didn’t see it before.

Besides that the property wasn’t a clean hotel at all, they retain me $50.00 with my visa credit card, it’s been 6 day since and still don’t have a refund

Very friendly staff. Well protected parking, very respectful security guards Roberto and Carlos at reception were wonderful.

Great stay, staff are excellent people from the security to the wait staff housekeeping staff friendly and hard working. Great Breakfast and clean, safe accommodations. Will definitely be staying at Del Mar Inn in the future when visiting the Rosarito area. Special thanks to front desk staff Jessica and Sandra who are excellent English speakers. Took care of my every needs.

Very slow check in and check out. Receptionist is always on the phone with costumers or on the radio with hotel staff. They would not let me check out because they said a small towel was missing from the room. They repeatedly asked me about the towel. Am I supposed to do an inventory of the towels when I check in!!

Very nice, clean hotel. The room was spacious, had a large flat screen TV with cable channels. Included breakfast, which was good. It has a very convenient location, walkable to restaurants and shopping as well as the night life/bars which made it a tad bit noisy at night but only would be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. That staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely return in the future.

The place was very clean and quiet. I got it because breakfast was included, they did not open for breakfast it all the morning that we were there.

Overall great experience, great coffee shop across the street. Free breakfast at the hotel, and it is great!

The waiters and waitresses in the restaurant during the complimentary breakfast were not nice and welcoming. I stayed 4 nights and I did not go back for breakfast after the third night because they had an attitude and helped other people who came after us first. Everything was excellent except the customer service during the complimentary breakfast

Very clean and the staff was excellent. If you are looking for a modern hotel this is not for you , but I must add it is not old or in bad condition, it was perfect for me. Cleanliness is top even the outside areas are being cleaned. Breakfast is included and it’s not just a continental. I had eggs, bacon, potatoes and a cup of fruit with granola and honey and your choice of coffee or orange juice👍 there is also other breakfast options available for an added fee which they deduct what your free breakfast would cost from that, so that was a plus. I would stay here again.

Great location and the staff is excellent. Did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Don’t be fooled by “breakfast included” it is not breakfast. Options are very limited if almost non existent. Fortunately there’s many places nearby to eat a delicious breakfast.

Our sheets smelled like urine. They no longer offer full breakfast buffet only continental which is like 3 food items and cereal. We had stayed here a few times before because of the breakfast convenience but will probably not stay here next time.

The place is clean, comfortable bed , good breakfast buffet and great service.
