Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington North

Parking lot has very few spots in front. The room seemed pretty aged and the coffee wasn’t good….other than that, everything was fine.

Morning desk staff was very rude. Breakfast staff left the area for over 30 minutes after asking for more waffle batter then was told breakfast was over. So i walked in the food service room and got my own batter. It was sitting by the door ready to go. Totally unacceptable especially after not being able to properly check in with the system being down that night. The suite we stayed in needed painting and other cosmetic work. Another family sitting with us from Texas said his bed had a dip in the middle and he rolled to the middle and was stuck there all night. If the staff was not rude and did what they were suppose to do i would not write this review. No im sorry, no i apologize, no nothing..stay at your own risk.

Excellent Breakfast

The pullout sofa bed had a dirty cover on it and there was a lot of food mess discovered when pulling it out. Staff were not helpful at all. Requested extra blankets and pillows as we needed to use the pullout and could only get 1 extra blanket and zero pillows were available... 4 pillows total for a room that can accommodate 6 people. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend.

It was a very nice stay !
