Hemos disfrutado de 2 noches en la habitación familiar del May Altafulla, todo muy bien pero por poner algún comentario de mejora: * Ayer los extranjeros bebian copas dentro de la piscina y con vasos de cristal. No nos pareció bien. * Las dos camas de 90 de la habitación no tenían colchones sino que eran sofás y muy duros. Esto se deberia mejorar. * el secador de pelo es anecdótico. He estado en hoteles con secadores de verdad. Por lo demás la atención y el servicio muy buenos. El desayuno muy bien. Saludos, Amaya

Séjour parfait . Hôtel situé face à deux pas de la mer . On ne va se le cacher il est incroyable. La chambre est magnifiquement décorée. Très belle couleur , spacieuse , le lit est géant et très confortable. Grande Salle de bain , balcon . Je vous parle pas de la propreté y a rien dire c’est impeccable. La piscine sur le toit avec son bar …. Incroyable! Le petit déjeuner est variée autant sucré que sale . Je recommande tout est fait pour passer un super séjour . Le petit village est super , mer , restaurant , le beau château au bord de l’eau …. Foncez vous aller passer de belle vacances .

A very lovely hotel. Everything about the hotel is smart, modern & clean. The roof terrace and pool are lovely areas to chill but the promenade & sea are only about 60mtrs away if you want to be on the beach. The staff are charming & helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

Beautiful new property right next to the beach. Was comfortable (firm beds, blackout curtains, and quiet), beautiful, with top notch service. The air conditioner worked well but we could t get the room cold enough for what we like for sleep, but the room was still cool. Was a wonderful experience and we recommend it and would stay there again.

Lovely modern hotel with beautiful roof top pool. We booked a family room for four nights in August for 2 adults and 2 children (age 11 & 14). We had an end family room in floor two which was a good size with a sliding door creating a separate area for the children. Only issue here was paying adult prices & children’s beds were small. We had a great size balcony with table & two comfy chairs, it would be great idea to have a small line here for drying swimwear. The room itself was clean with a huge bed but only one chair for four people! Plenty of space for clothes storage and a safe. The bathroom was huge, but didn’t have air circulation so was always damp & towels didn’t dry in here at all. You have to request clean towels each day as they operate a policy where they only change them after three days. We had to request daily clean towels as they just didn’t dry in the room. Our bedding didn’t get changed at all in four nights. The air con in the room isn’t great unfortunately, one night it was really cold which was great, but the rest of the time it was not cold enough. We visited during a heatwave and needed it to be much better. Nice toiletries but they say they are eco friendly and still use tiny plastic bottles for toiletries and water - please use glass refills for water and larger refillable toiletries. Also pool towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Didn’t dine at at restaurant. Rooftop lovely but drinks pricey!

This hotel surpassed all expectations- and I travel a lot! The breakfast (that we had included) was UNREAL, fresh, hot and so much variety. Customer service in the restaurant as well as the front desk, was hands down - amazing. The room, we had a family suite. Very very spacious could easily sleep 4! Pillows were lovely. Very clean. Cold Air Con. And lastly, the unreal infinity pool on the roof! Bar service. Relaxing. It was breathtaking. This hotel is quite literally 10 steps to the beach front, and walkable to a few little side streets of shops/restaurants. I reccomend this hotel over any in the area 11/10! Thank you for such a relaxing holiday

Hotel encantador, tranquilo y con muy buena ubicación frente a la playa. Buenas habitaciones, espaciosa, cama comodisima y un desayuno bufet muy completo. Zumo natural, que siempre se agradece. This was my second stay and I absolutely loved it again. Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff were wonderful. Staff at the ground floor restaurant for lunch and at the rooftop bar were a hit or miss which affected the experience a bit. I messaged upon booking to request a high floor. I was not aware that the category I booked was on the ground floor only. I didn’t receive a response until the day before arrival when the property was booked and I couldn’t change the category anymore. I would have been more than happy to pay a higher rate to not be on the ground floor if I had known sooner. Other categories were still available when I booked. Anyway, the response I did receive was very kind and I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Top opgeknapt hotel. De kamers en het restaurant zien er prima uit, echt waarde voor je geld. Het dakterras is geweldig. Hele mooie plek met een goede bar en het zwembad. Voor de deur zit een leuk strandje, de moeite waard om over de boulevard te lopen.

Bra hotell 1 minuts gångväg från stranden med en pool på taket med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Passar både för familjer och de som vill ha ett bra barhäng på taket. Lugn stad så är ni ute efter party så stänger det mesta vid 23 tiden.
