Nice and quiet area, good apartments ,

The front desk service was below average but the woman and younger girl running the breakfast shift were so welcoming and nice. They kept the dining area super clean and food fresh. The room was not what you would expect for the price. The bathroom sink overflowed the entire time and even though I asked the front desk to fix it they never came. The shower was another story: the shower bed didn’t keep the water in and the entire bathroom would flood. We ended up using all of the towels to dry the floor and when we placed the sign to have the room cleaned, yup, they never came. To being our luggage to the room we had to walk endlessly and walk up several flights of stairs or drive around and up a huge hill and hem walk with our luggage and go down two long set of stairs cases. No one ever offered to bring our luggage to our room. No one ever asked us if things were ok. I would NEVER come back to this hotel and do not recommend.

We had a great stay here, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially the girls on the anamacion team. They were always cheery and even though our daughter is too young to participate in most things they always spoke to her and tried to include her, making balloon animals for her etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet family break on Ibiza.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The property is very large so it is nice that they will shuttle you to your room with your luggage. The property is far outside of the city so the beach at the bottom of the hill is not very busy and allows for relaxation and rest. I would recommend this property to a friend. The only issue we had was that the windows and doors are required to be closed for the A/C to work and the doors are old and do not close properly so we had to prop a piece of furniture against the door to keep it closed. WIth that the A/C was not very cold and had to run for several hours to make very little difference.

Lovely self catering apartment. Very nice location and weather superb. The area of ibiza is a bit all inclusive so there was not much choice in way of restaurants in the small village/town as it seems most eat at their all inclusive hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean, nice pool etc - I would recommend. One small issue was that the air con was in the kids bedroom area (living room) and there was no air con unit in the adult bedroom - kids were very cool, we were baking ...
