We end up adding a night for a total of three nights . We never received housekeeping & had to keep requesting towels & empty our trash, and toilet paper. The pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was great. The Staff was friendly and professional.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was spectacular with multiple choices. Although very disappointed to see no hot tub even though it was advertised online even with pictures. The pool was heated which was nice but it would be good to update website and online so people dont expect a hot tub during their stay. I chose this hotel especially for the hot tub.

My infant was bit by bed bugs during our stay. Room 313. Housekeeping did not knowing who to talk to about this when I asked to have a manager or supervisor come to the room. Once I went to front desk none of management was on property. She simply said leave it (the bed bug) here and they’ll call you. Negative, I stayed until the executive manager showed up after 11am. Ex. Manager said he would fully refund the room but did not provide a receipt until I asked for one. Shady, shady.

Our room and bathroom were very clean. The furnishings were very nice with the wardrobe, the chaise lounge chair and the office chair at the desk. Updated wall outlets with USB ports that were at the top of the nightstands. Lamps were easily reached to turn on and off from bed. Bed and linens were comfortable. The walls were not insulated well, we could hear the people next door talking at normal volume. The bathroom tub creaked when you got into it and sounded as if it would fall through. The staff was amazing though and they definitely made it a nice stay. Breakfast was also what one would expect

We love staying at this hotel the beds are absolutely amazing. The one thing that I’m not thrilled about is you can hear the outside road traffic pretty well also you can hear if somebody is making love in the room next-door. Fortunately, since the walls are thin, you can also provide advice or throw out ideas for the lovely couple.

My boyfriend lives there and sometimes we just like to get away for some privacy. He came out here to be with his son, daughter-in-law, and grandson for awhile. Plus, sometimes ill just rent the room for the weekend when he has to work. Its just very convenient for us.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and immediate stocking of the breakfast buffet! The 1 lady running that free breakfast was a kind and very clean energizer bunny! That woman had so much energy and really cared about making that the BEST breakfast buffet around!!! She really cleaned (sanitized? with her spray) every table as soon as the people left there. Too, the outside of the building was constantly cleaned. Staff were all great! What needed to be improved: My electronic door key wouldn't open the door on our second or third day so we had to find someone to use a key to let us in. They tried and tried to reinstall the card with no success. Still. the staff were great and never complained. The only other concern was cameras in the parking lot. We were told by a staff person there were no cameras in the parking lots and in Okmulgee, that was a problem to me.

Rooms were clean and nice comfortable. Breakfast worker attendant did not have enough food prepared. We had to asked the front desk if they planning on putting more food out, they said in few minutes but we waited 20 minutes. Only bacon came out and we asked if they would put more biscuit and gravy out the lady attendant said it would be another 30 minutes which means breakfast would be over and we already been waiting for 20 minutes already. So we and other guest just left without breakfast. Date 12/08/24 around 9am.

Great location. Walked in the room and smelled like B.O. There was mold in the shower. There was hair on the bed pillows(not ours). Had a spider on my bed. The worst was at breakfast there was mouse turds in the brown sugar container. Won’t stay there again.
