It offers 5 separate bedrooms, a double bed on a mezzanine, 3 bathrooms (one en suite on the ground floor), 2 toilets, a spacious living/dining room, foosball table, fully equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, and an outdoor patio with fire pit and darts. The 2,000 m² enclosed, private plot features a pétanque court, ping-pong table, above-ground pool (open mid-May to mid-September), play area (swing and slide), and a mini-farm with 5 hens.
