Good size room. Cleaned each day which was good. Good shuttle bus to town - shame it doesn’t run on a Sunday when we had all of our suitcases! Also a shame that reception had no ideas about the local bus service. A bit frustrating as Uber cars are not keen to come out that far.

Alldeles utmärkt och bekvämt hotell, med överraskande fint SPA högst upp i hotellet och bastu på taket. Väldigt stora och välutrustade lägenheter, och mycket vänliga personal (bortsett den trötta och arga medelåldersherren som jobbade på frukosten, som behöver gå en kurs för att lära sig hur man pratar med hotellgäster.)

Great price for a very nice hotel with generally excellent service. Handy for business travel (I didn’t want to be near Munich centre). Free underground parking. McDonalds next door which can be handy for a late dinner. Breakfast had very good variety and good quality

Sehr schönes Apartment - Hotel mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Fitnessraum und Sauna sind ebenfalls dabei. Frühstück ist etwas teuer aber gut. Tiefgarage inbegriffen.

Easy property to drive to with plenty of free parking, outside the main city area, and 24 hr lobby. Breakfast had a good variety, and there is a McDonald's in the same parking lot. We checked in late at night with our dog and everything was super easy.

Für ein oder 2 Zwischenübernachtungen sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel bietet kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. The hotel was incredibly up to date. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. It was clean and spacious. They filled our fridge with snacks and drinks everyday at no charge. The parking was easy to access. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved it!

Teníamos varias reservas en el hotel. Algunas de ellas eran de solo 4 días y eran previas al inicio de una feria muy importante en la ciudad. Las 3 reservas que teníamos estaban completamente confirmadas por el establecimiento, pero la sorpresa en mayúscula fue, cuando un día de forma unilateral nos cancelaron la reserva que transcurría antes y durante la feria. Aún mas increíble cuando al hacer la reclamación nos indican que podemos volver a reservar la habitación pero esta vez pagando 4 veces mas de lo reservado para las noches en cuando la feria transcurría. Es indignante este trato! Ojo si en algún momento encuentran buenos precios, seguramente se lo cancelen dos días antes de llegar y les dejen a ustedes en un problema mayúsculo y ellos se desentiendan completamente

Tenía una reserva confirmada en este hotel realizada con bastante anticipación. Sin embargo, pocos días antes de mi llegada, el hotel canceló unilateralmente mi reserva sin darme una razón válida. Al intentar volver a reservar, descubrí que las mismas habitaciones y fechas estaban disponibles, pero a un precio tres veces más alto, justo coincidiendo con los días de una feria importante en la ciudad. Es evidente que el hotel aprovechó la alta demanda para deshacerse de las reservas antiguas y revenderlas mucho más caras. Una práctica absolutamente poco ética y decepcionante. Me quedé sin alojamiento a último momento y con precios desorbitados en toda la ciudad. No recomiendo reservar aquí si viajas en fechas de eventos o ferias: tu reserva no está segura. Una experiencia totalmente frustrante y una falta de profesionalismo por parte del hotel y una decepción también por parte de Hoteles.com por no proteger al cliente en este tipo de situaciones.

The room was so lovely, the staff were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Though it's not as close to the City centre there is a bus that comes regularly with a bus stop super close to the hotel. So many stores around the hotel so you can get anything you want. Would 10/10 recommend.

Easy property to drive to with plenty of free parking, outside the main city area, and 24 hr lobby. Breakfast had a good variety, and there is a McDonald's in the same parking lot. We checked in late at night with our dog and everything was super easy.

Wir waren Geschäftlich auf einem Event in der Arena sehr gute anbiendung zum Hotel und Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstück hat mir leider nicht so gut gefallen die Ausstattung wie zb: ich bin allergisch auf Kuhmilch es gab aber leider keine alternativ Milch zur Auswahl und vom essem her keine große Milchersatzauswahl. Ansonsten sehr schönes sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal!

Great price for a very nice hotel with generally excellent service. Handy for business travel (I didn’t want to be near Munich centre). Free underground parking. McDonalds next door which can be handy for a late dinner. Breakfast had very good variety and good quality
