The hotel itself isnt bad, quite a good location and room itself was ok. Were we had an issue was the check in and communication woth the staff. First day we checked in we had an extremely awkward check in with a member of staff who seemed to disbelieve that I was attending the hotel with my daughter, which made my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. We were asked if we wanted our room tidied during our stay and I confirmed that would be great, yet the cleaners did not attend once during our stay. All in all, would have been better stay had the staff been more customer friendly.

Hotel was good especially for the price. Amenities were okay, could be improved. Stains on carpet, but room was clean nevertheless. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was poor for the price. Tiny cups for water or juice, literally one sips worth, not ideal to get up for drinks every sip.

Nice hotel, needs a bit of TLC, bed and shower good which is a win. Fuming at 5am when i had half an hour of what sounded like bin men smashing the car park up!

Only problem was parking, non-cancellable booking and advised after booking made of £ 10 car park fee, had to pay as could not cancel ! Car registration details not linked to room number so if blocked in, that is how you will stay !
