False advertising, way smaller. Dirty sheets. Had us on 3rd floor. Stairs were brutal. Did have elevator that helped but tiny. It did the job, we explored all day anyway and very convenient location.

メジャーな観光地は徒歩で行けるし路地にあるのでとても静かでした。お湯もちゃんと出る（勢い良し笑）。タオルの交換は１日おき。食器は一応“ある“けどバラバラで可笑しかった。１階の４人部屋を３人で使いましたが、荷物をひろげたら足の踏み場がなくなるくらいのスペースしか無く、窓から外は見られません。ストレスだったのは部屋の鍵が開けにくかったこと。４泊しましたが一度もスルッと開けられなかった（涙それでも諸々高値のローマなので一泊の金額を考えたら充分な滞在でした。とにかく立地が良いので再訪アリです。

Spotless, and in a great area. These are mini apartments with a small kitchen and excellent showers. Not luxurious but perfect for our needs.

This hotel is a basic no frills hotel. It is not a “hang out in the hotel” type or hotel. Room is clean but not fancy. It is 30 minute walk to Vatican, Coliseum, Trevi and Pantheon. I would stay there again. The shower was amazing

Tres bon emplacement pour visiter Rome, mais chambre non conforme aux photos. Kitchenette partagée avec une autre chambre. D'ailleurs la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas. Il faut entre 5 et 10 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Sinon la chambre etait propre.

Helt ok rum, nära till allt och särskilt ett mysigt litet torg med massor av restauranger. Vi blev uppgraderade till en lägenhet med två rum vilket var bra så barnen fick eget rum. Vi är väldigt nöjda, byte av handdukar och städning var annan dag.

First off, the rooms are small and don’t look like the photos at all, at least not our rooms. That being said, if you’re like us and use your room to keep your things, sleep and shower then I would highly recommend this place. Beatrice was very nice and communicative. Our place was next to an amazing plaza with tons of amazing food places to eat and a morning farmer’s market. The chocolate/ Croissant place just outside our place was amazing. Location wise , this place was perfect. In walking distance to the Pantheon, The Vatican, and the Piazza Navona and not far from everything else. We were able to walk everywhere. This is the best part of this place. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re looking to get the best experience while in Rome. FYI- be prepared to pay €5 per person per night for the city tax. This is over and above the room rate usually paid in cash.

Great location! Staff was easy to deal with. We arranged a late check in and clear instructions were left for us to get in. Room is small however I think this is normal for the location. This is not a 5 start but We had no issues with plumbing or hot water as seen in previous google reviews. Bed was a little too firm and we should have brought earplugs. Would recommend to stay here as location is excellent and overall was a good experience, fair price.

Forst of all this property is a very very old and the management did not spent any money to keep up. Example, bathroom is terrible, shower head and faucets are terrible. Toilet is weirdly located where a petite person cannot sit and forget about a big build person. Beds are the worst, old spring mattress and looks like the sheets are from 18th century. This place could definitely use some room fresheners.

We loved our stay at Bollo Apartments. The size of the room was great, We had two young children and having the upstairs and downstairs was very convenient. We didn’t really see many staff- as the hotel is most unstaffed at reception, but we were lucky and were able to drop our luggage off before check-in. There is a very convenient and helpful bag storage shop just around the corner, If you need arrive before you check in, or plan leave Rome after your checkout and don’t know what to do with your bags. The only downside for us was that the children need to be really closely monitored to use the bathroom, It is up the stairs and the staircase is quite unsafe or small feet.

First off, the rooms are small and don’t look like the photos at all, at least not our rooms. That being said, if you’re like us and use your room to keep your things, sleep and shower then I would highly recommend this place. Beatrice was very nice and communicative. Our place was next to an amazing plaza with tons of amazing food places to eat and a morning farmer’s market. The chocolate/ Croissant place just outside our place was amazing. Location wise , this place was perfect. In walking distance to the Pantheon, The Vatican, and the Piazza Navona and not far from everything else. We were able to walk everywhere. This is the best part of this place. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re looking to get the best experience while in Rome. FYI- be prepared to pay €5 per person per night for the city tax. This is over and above the room rate usually paid in cash.

Great location! Staff was easy to deal with. We arranged a late check in and clear instructions were left for us to get in. Room is small however I think this is normal for the location. This is not a 5 start but We had no issues with plumbing or hot water as seen in previous google reviews. Bed was a little too firm and we should have brought earplugs. Would recommend to stay here as location is excellent and overall was a good experience, fair price.

False advertising, way smaller. Dirty sheets. Had us on 3rd floor. Stairs were brutal. Did have elevator that helped but tiny. It did the job, we explored all day anyway and very convenient location.

Wonderful apartment for our family of 4 in a great location. Plenty of delicious restaurants and cafes within 100m from the door, easy walk to a huge number of sites and attractions. Got a bit noisy outside on Sat night, but we always travel with earplugs anyway :) Would definitely stay again!

The property is cozy but clean and walkable to all the main attractions in Rome, as well as shopping and eating places. The staff is very friendly as well. The area is a little noisy and the property is quite old. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient place to stay. Walkable to all major sites in Rome (Vatican, Trevi, colosseum, Spanish steps, etc). Highly recommend for sightseers.

Tres bon emplacement pour visiter Rome, mais chambre non conforme aux photos. Kitchenette partagée avec une autre chambre. D'ailleurs la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas. Il faut entre 5 et 10 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Sinon la chambre etait propre.

The location could not have been better. Right near the Piazza and the staff was super helpful. The beds were surprisingly very, very comfortable, and the air conditioner was freezing. All around a really great experience.

Bra kommunikation inför resa och super trevlig kontakt Roberto. Fantastiskt läge nära till sevärdheter (gång avstånd)! Rent och städning var 2a(?)/3e dag. Familjerum högst upp, något lyhört på natten (från gatan) och lägenheten var ganska sliten. Toaletten var väldigt trång, då duschkabin var placerad så nära, man fick sitta på sidan. Inget att rekommendera om man är storvuxen, borde kanske förmedlats vid bokning. Fungerade för mig som är normalbyggd och under 180cm lång. Läge och personal 5 stjärnor av fem! Rum max 3 stjärnor...

My family and I have nothing to say but great compliments to the place and staff! Roberto especially helped make us feel at home, sharing his honest insight and advice to make the most of our trip. The room itself is very clean, with great amenities, a beautiful balcony, and cold air conditioning. We loved how the building was in walkable distance to all the famous sightseeing spots in Rome, like the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Vatican City. Overall, would highly recommend, and if we ever were to come back to Rome, this is the first place we’ll book!
