We were woken up at 7am because the whole ceiling of the outside corridor had collapsed and water was dripping everywhere. The room had not been propenly cleaned when we arrived. The walls of the room are paper thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the adjacent rooms.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!

Nice room with ensuite, lovely size swimming pool. But the breakfast was disappointing, no English fry up . It's a very large building. Like a university.

The hotel is 30 minutes by tram.from the centre of Alicante but has plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean Breakfast choice is quite limited but adequate Front desk staff are great Friendly and helpful as no information board or pack is available I would return

Déçu de la vétusté de l'hôtel très Déçu de la qualité du restaurant de cette hôtel ça ressemble plus à un vielle hopital que d'un hôtel 3 étoiles je ne recommande pas cette hôtel ça ne vaut pas son prix... c'est hôtel ne devrait pas valoir plus de 40euro la nuit.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!

Really friendly and helpful staff, room and amenities were really clean. Pool was nice and comfy seating around it. Had the breakfast and it was very nice. Room is basic but comfy bed and clean bathroom. Local to shops and easy to find.

Lovely stay. Very clean on arrival and daily housekeeping - All staff from reception to housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating. Great sleep just needed an extra pillows which was provided on request. Rooms were quiet and spacious with great air conditioning. Fantastic location!! Walkable for various highlights and restaurants/shops and very easy tram/bus access to beautiful San Juan beach. Breakfast buffet had a fairly good variety and plenty seats. Pool was perfect - Good sun from midday.

The hotel is part of the university complex. With this in mind, the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals is really a cafeteria for students. But don’t let that put you off, as the food is good quality and for a very reasonable price.
