I booked several days in advance and requested a ground floor room as i am disabled and require a cane to walk. i checked with the property they said no problem. i had car trouble on the way down, and called them before 5 pm to tell them i would be checking in late. they assured me they would save my ground floor room. however, when i finally reached the property at 10 pm, after it took me 10 hours to make a 5 hour drive, they informed me that all the ground floor rooms were sold, and that they had no other vacancies. they put me upstairs on the back side where people were hanging out, drinking, doing drugs, and listening to somewhat loud music all outside on the balcony. all night all i heard was people carrying on and doors slamming. i barely got 5 hours of sleep before i had to complete the rest of my drive, which was an additional 9 hours to San Diego
