The place was very spacious and clean. However, finding the key box and entering the house was very difficult even with video instructions. They advertised having an airport shuttle and upon request we were informed it wasn’t offered. We had a late night flight and had a difficult time navigating and getting inside of the house.

The owner of this property left us abandoned and helpless. We arrived in Rome after 11pm, which the host knew in advance and acknowledged. Though the check in window was earlier than this, we thoroughly communicated our late arrival with the staff, and they assured us that it was okay. They did not indicate that there would be any issues with our late arrival especially since we have advanced notice. When it came time to check in, the host was unresponsive even after multiple calls and messages to every number we could find associated with the booking. We were left on the streets late at night and in unfamiliar country where we didn’t speak the language, putting us in an extremely dangerous position. The host abandoned us and left us with no place to sleep. It was an horrible experience and I would hope that no one has to go through that like we did. The owner was not apologetic at all and dismissed our disappointment. Again, I would absolutely not recommend this host and I warn others to stay far away from this listing.

Everything is nice except little problem in check in , I can’t hold anyone because apt and belong to someone when I call number not exist, I have ask people live there to help n I have carry my luggage down stair far from the road because taxi can’t come in , room is nice n big in the morning I carry my luggage again up stair n hurt my back . I have come twice pick up my luggage while my Lemo wait outside the gate , walk far away
