Chambre correcte avec un kit hygiène apprécié. Environnement agréable mais un parking fermé serait un plus. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Repas du soir un peu basique, simple. Légère déception à ce niveau. Je n'ai pas trouvé la salle de sport ni le spa malgré l'indication d'aller au sous sol. Juste le restaurant...

Absolutely unacceptable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff came across as arrogant and completely unprofessional—hardly what you expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. When an issue came up, I had no choice but to escalate it to the manager, and even then, I was treated with a shocking lack of respect. No apology, no accountability—just attitude. As for the rooms, calling them “basic” is generous. They feel outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard this hotel claims to offer. There’s nothing remotely luxurious or even comfortable about the setup. Honestly, this place does not deserve its 4-star rating. It’s overpriced for what it offers, and there are far better hotels nearby that provide much better value for money and, at the very least, treat their guests with basic courtesy. I would not recommend staying here.

Vue sur Plage dégagée. Par contre le spa était fermé et ça nous a contrarié. La télé est tombée en panne et n’a été réparée que le lendemain. En ce qui concerne la nourriture c’était correct mais certains plats étaient froids. L’accueil était cependant excellent.

This hotel is pure peace and beauty. Located right on one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches my eyes have ever seen, it was a dream stay. The atmosphere is calm, the surroundings breathtaking, and the view from the balcony is worth a million dollars. Everything about this place is simply perfect – I can’t recommend it enough
