Notre séjour a été agréable. Selon moi, les axes d’améliorations seraient : Réparation des boutons des douches dans le SPA Ajout d'un panneau sur le respect au silence dans les SPA ainsi que dans le couloir qui mène aux chambres. Ajout d'un coin lounge proche du BAR. Eviter de servir dans du plastique ou cartons, même aux abords de la piscine (déchets non recycler).

Très bon séjour passé au sein de l'hôtel, le personnel est très gentil, souriant et à l'écoute. Les plus : hôtel sur la plage, pour les all inclusive 50% de remise appliquée au restaurant attenant sur la plage, idem pour les transats & parasols. A proximité des commerces et activités. Les moins : piscine trop petite pour tout le monde, pas trop de dispo pour les transats.

Location was excellent for beach access. Meals were of very high quality and good value with a great range of choices. The hotel was immaculately clean. All staff were highly motivated, friendly and helpful. The room was well proportioned and comfortable with a great shower. The pool was small for the size of hotel and the outside area was cramped unless you went to the (busy) beach. I would definitely go again.

I did all inclusive, this was not a traditional all inclusive only select drinks are included, I would consider if drinks are priority for you look at other hotels which are truly all inc. Food was lovely and hotel clean, spa (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) limited to 45mins a day and has to be booked in advance. Gym has two machines and a selection of free weights.

Estubimos muy agusto, elnpersonal del hotel genial, la comida muy buena. Lastima que no pudimos disfrutat del spa porque ya no quedaban horas y al cerrar el hotel al dia siguiente no hubo opcion de utilizarlo al dia siguiente

Buen hotel en primera línea de mar. Lo mejor es la amabilidad y la atención del personal. Siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación del hotel es de las mejores en la zona porque da directo a la playa y no te enteras del tren porque pasa por detrás. La comida es variada, tipo buffet y de buena calidad. Solo veo 2 puntos de mejora: la limpieza que podría ser más precisa y el estado del spa que se ve un poco antiguo además de pequeño al igual que el gimnasio. Por lo demás todo bien. Gracias a todo el equipo, es muy probable que vuelva.

I really enjoyed this adult only hotel. Great location and all amenities in Santa Susanna are easily within walking distance. There was great entertainment every evening at the hotel’s beach bar. I traveled alone and I felt safe here. Enjoy your travels!

The staff was great! The beach is two seconds away. Our room was nice and clean, the gym is small but you have what you need. Large pools and spa. The food at the hotel was also great.

We stayed 12 nights at Alegria Mar with the all-inclusive option and checked out today. Our room with a sea view was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. A special thanks to Mateos and Jessica, the waiters who made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

We booked this hotel the first week of October and loved our stay here. Everything was just great! In my opinion the best hotel if you want to stay right on the beach in Santa Susanna. Excellent service, extremely clean and there was a wide selection of food at the buffet. We booked two different rooms different times. The Junior suite and twin/double room sea view, both very nice spacious with comfortable beds. If you book the junior suite you get extra perks like free sunbeds on the beach, time at the spa, slippers and robes, and no deposit on the beach towels. The location of the hotel is close to everything, if you want to grab a bite there are many restaurants around and shops to explore. The beach is wide and long and the sea was warm and very clean. There’s a bus station to go to Barcelona or explore little towns on Costa Brava. What we will remember is the friendliness of all the staff. They made us feel very welcomed and safe. Will book again when we come back. Thank you Alegria

Nous avons séjourné en demi pension ,le buffet est très varié et surtout très bon , Le personnel a l accueil est très sympathique et compréhensif. Notre seul petit bémol ,le ménage dans les chambres est fait trop tard ,à 13h30 toujours pas faites ,et comme nous sommes remontés en chambre ,elle n a jamais été faite .

Lhotel a mal vieillis, le neccessaire n’est plus fait correctement, ma mere sest fait piquer par une punaise de lit, 60€ de medecin, la reponse de lhotel, aucune le directeur fait l’autruche, et se cache. Un bruit abominable, demande de changement de chambre, les conditions des autres chambres restantes encore plus bruyante que l’ancienne. Vraiment une tres mauvaises experiences, je vous conseille pas. Ce qu’il les emporte cest quon paye, sans satisfaire la demande client, vreiment c’est abominable.

Essen & Getränke: Große Auswahl, aber fast alles kalt – selbst beim Live-Cooking. Frühstück mit guten Backwaren und frischem Omelett, ansonsten lauwarm. Nous avons passez un super séjour, l’hôtel est très beau, la vue sur mer de notre balcon était magnifique ! Le personnel au top et une hygiène impeccable (chambre nettoyé et draps changé tous les jours)

We booked this hotel the first week of October and loved our stay here. Everything was just great! In my opinion the best hotel if you want to stay right on the beach in Santa Susanna. Excellent service, extremely clean and there was a wide selection of food at the buffet. We booked two different rooms different times. The Junior suite and twin/double room sea view, both very nice spacious with comfortable beds. If you book the junior suite you get extra perks like free sunbeds on the beach, time at the spa, slippers and robes, and no deposit on the beach towels. The location of the hotel is close to everything, if you want to grab a bite there are many restaurants around and shops to explore. The beach is wide and long and the sea was warm and very clean. There’s a bus station to go to Barcelona or explore little towns on Costa Brava. What we will remember is the friendliness of all the staff. They made us feel very welcomed and safe. Will book again when we come back. Thank you Alegria

Overall good , although I had a problem with the bed , I had booked a double bed and got twins. I was told they didn’t have any double beds available.

Room basic but bright and clean. Comfortable bed. Hot water in shower unpredictable. Local area however, very noisy. Neigbouring beach bar and hotels with night time entertainment, along with neighbouring campsite, accommodating large numbers of teenagers.

En revanche les chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées, vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines (discussion, éternuements, toilette...). Location was excellent for beach access. Meals were of very high quality and good value with a great range of choices. The hotel was immaculately clean. All staff were highly motivated, friendly and helpful. The room was well proportioned and comfortable with a great shower. The pool was small for the size of hotel and the outside area was cramped unless you went to the (busy) beach. I would definitely go again.

First solo trip, hotel was incredible, the reception staff couldn’t do enough to help, assist and guide! Truly amazing! The restaurant staff were not as helpful unfortunately, I was all inclusive and a little intimidated being alone and I felt the staff could have been more encouraging, most days I was nearly finished my food before someone would approach me for a beverage, they would say rather loud, dining alone and then clear the other setting of plates and cutlery from my table, when asking them a question they answered in a very condescending way, it wasn’t overly busy so couldn't understand why I would be treated this way. The food was lovely, loads of options and very fresh! The spa was great and the hours it’s open is fantastic. Housekeeping staff were great. There are so much beer the hotel, an huge strip for food, drinks and shopping. Train station is 6 min walk and takes over 1.5 hour to get into Barcelona city. Overall would highly recommend staying here. Fantastic!!!

We stayed 12 nights at Alegria Mar with the all-inclusive option and checked out today. Our room with a sea view was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. You can hear everything that happens on your floor, so privacy is a big concern. The front desk staff are great, but kitchen staff were disproportionally pushy, which was strange because the meal service is a buffet. Beds are quite stiff. Spa is nice. All-inclusive food restrictions are confusing and mistakes will provoke the kitchen/bar staff. Night cleaning folks kept us up at night making recreational noise. We eventually became uncomfortable interacting with the kitchen staff and resorted to external restaurants.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the evening reception staff (Miguel and a lovely young lady we didn’t catch the name of sorry!) very helpful, kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable, spa was nice and relaxing. Dining was lovely, lots of food options and the waiting staff we very helpful and kind also. It was an all round lovely, relaxing stay. Accueil chaleureux et chambre vraiment magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Beaucoup de choix au buffet en demie-pension. Seul petit bémol, nourriture froide la plupart du temps. Aussi, le camping à côté est très bruyant mais tout se calme après 23 heures. Vraiment beau séjour et à recommander sans hésitation!

Buen hotel en primera línea de mar. Lo mejor es la amabilidad y la atención del personal. Siempre sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación del hotel es de las mejores en la zona porque da directo a la playa y no te enteras del tren porque pasa por detrás. La comida es variada, tipo buffet y de buena calidad. Solo veo 2 puntos de mejora: la limpieza que podría ser más precisa y el estado del spa que se ve un poco antiguo además de pequeño al igual que el gimnasio. Por lo demás todo bien. Gracias a todo el equipo, es muy probable que vuelva.

I really enjoyed this adult only hotel. Great location and all amenities in Santa Susanna are easily within walking distance. There was great entertainment every evening at the hotel’s beach bar. I traveled alone and I felt safe here. Enjoy your travels!

Nous avons séjourné en demi pension ,le buffet est très varié et surtout très bon , Le personnel a l accueil est très sympathique et compréhensif. Notre seul petit bémol ,le ménage dans les chambres est fait trop tard ,à 13h30 toujours pas faites ,et comme nous sommes remontés en chambre ,elle n a jamais été faite .

I did all inclusive, this was not a traditional all inclusive only select drinks are included, I would consider if drinks are priority for you look at other hotels which are truly all inc. Food was lovely and hotel clean, spa (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) limited to 45mins a day and has to be booked in advance. Gym has two machines and a selection of free weights.

This is a beautiful property situated right on Santa Susanna beach. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Food is good, but not excellent. As it is a very expensive all inclusive, we expected that it would have several different kinds of restaurants. Not a buffet style for every meal. We have gone to several all inclusives in different parts of the world, this food definitely is not top quality. The workers in the restaurant are wonderful and friendly, very hard working. The Hotel has some strange rules about where they serve their coffee and alcohol drinks. You could not get a coffee with your meals, except at breakfast, unless you walked up a full flight of stairs. They had lots of desserts…. again good but not excellent. ALL inclusive shouldn’t mean all inclusive. At the bar counter very few drinks were part of the all inclusive, just the basic alcohol drinks absolutely no fancy drinks. That is one thing that every all inclusive we’ve been at have always included. All in all, four out of five is being generous …. it really is more of a three out of five, but because of where it is situated on the beach & many of the friendly, sweet hard workers we gave it four out of five. liked that it was close to the beach. I dislike that the pool was cold and there was only one restaurant on the compound so wasn't much options. Still had to pay for room service even though it was all inclusive and the drinks are not that good. Alcohol drinks sucked for us

For dinner, beverages including water are not included. Beach towel have a 10 Euro deposit each. Room safe’s are 5 Euro a day plus deposit. They are very strict on meal times. They close off dining room between meals.

Room was fine, if you are on the South side and have a sea view. Beware the construction site next door working 6 days per week. It was noisy dusty and smelly from non stop bonfire. Close proximity to the town and numerous restaurants and right on the lovely beach. Spoilt by over development with hotels which seems to welcome hen parties and loud groups. Claims to be 4+stars. I think it is a 3. Food in the restaurant is tasteless slop appart from salad and desert. Everything is buffet food and we are out elsewhere all the time after the first night. Pool is small and cold in May.

L'hôtel est fantastique ! Nous y allons depuis plus de 10 ans avec mon mari donc c'est qu'il n'y a rien a redire ! Chambres nickel, la vue exceptionnelle, le matelas tres confortable, salle de bain top avec douche a l'italienne. Le personnel est très agréable et dévoué, merci pour vos petites attentions chaque année... a faire et refaire sans aucun doute. Si je peux émettre une critique constructive ce serait juste de changer les oreillers qui sont trop dur et d'en mettre des moelleux en plume de canard ou mémoire de forme. A l'année prochaine
