Overall the hotel room and location is great. But the fitness room is small and only has about 4-5 equipments, and it won’t be open until 7am which I consider a bit late. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel entrance is right next to MTR station. Highly recommended

Excellent location. Next to exit 6 of MRT. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Front desk speaks English well. Safe location. Only issue I had was their unwillingness to alter stay due to flight delay resulting in 24 hour delay in arrival and basically lost one day stay because unable to shift my stay by one day. So if there is flight delay they may not help. Had sent all the documentation that it was Delta Airline that caused issue, they went by policy. Hotel restaurant decent, all the staff great. Gym good but bring your own towel. Business area does not have printer or computer but more a rest area.

Hotel location is excellent. Free parking facility is good. I was confused about how to get the free parking, so I ended up paying for the first night parking. Hotel staffs were great. We left a folio in the room. They are able to delivery the item to me in time.

The staff who checked us in wasn’t too friendly. She did not mention about the business centre and gym facilities on the 2/F. There are no amenities such as toothbrushes and alike. The room is spacious and relatively clean, the bed is comfortable. The access card didn’t work well in a few occasions. Otherwise, the hotel is located right next to the subway station red line which is a huge plus.

今回、3泊で初めて利用しました。とても気に入り、台北の定宿にしたいと思いました。　とにかくMRTの出口から数歩でホテル玄関という便利さ。　部屋とバスルームの広さも台北のホテルとしては貴重です。スタッフは皆さん親切で日本語を話してくれます。ホテル玄関にはグリーンの植え込み、隣りは小さな公園があり、市内にしては緑が多く和めます。ビジネスセンターの小さな部屋にはコーヒーマシーンが。その外に屋根付きのテラスと庭があり、テーブルと椅子も有ったりします。細かい心遣いを感じました。ベッドは硬めの厚いマット、寝心地良かったです。枕は合わなければ別の物に替えてくれました。残念点は、ランドリーが無いのと、洗面ボールが使いにくかった、部屋の広さの割に照明が暗め、位です。、松山機場駅にも台北駅にもMRTは乗り換え無しで行けるので便利でした。

Very convenient and great location to access transportation sources. Well manner room service staff and front desk as well. The only suggestion is hoping in the future stay can have yoga mat, balance board or BOSU Balance Trainer at exercise room for elder customers. Mahalo!

初めて泊まったホテルですが、かなり気に入りました。小ぢんまりしていて、清潔で新しくアットホーム感を感じられました。ほぼ駅直結でMRTを使うには非常に便利でした。一つ残念だったのがフィットネスジムが小さかった事です。しかし、これは小さなホテルなので仕方ないことですね。ホテルのレストランも近隣の住民の方々のご利用が多いようで美味しいのでしょうね、恐らく。

Fantastic location near Daan Station (literally the entrance is outside the hotel door), very friendly and helpful staff. However due to eco friendliness, they don’t offer many toiletries or amenities anymore. Would be even better if they offer coin laundry.

駅からのアクセスが良く、周辺にコンビニも複数あるので便利でした。客室は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。２泊ごとの部屋清掃とのことでしたが、シーツ交換やスリッパの交換程度で、床のゴミなどは掃き掃除はないようです。アメニティは歯ブラシなど何もないので、持参が必要です。シャンプーとボディソープはありますが、トリートメントはないので、こちらも持参をおすすめします。

The hotel is a bit dated and needs some major updates. There is a red stain under the bath scale and the area around the sink wasn’t cleaned properly. The hotel is located right next to Daan station, and it’s a 20min walk to Sogo department store. So it’s very easy to get around.

Didn't expect the balcony room is located at 2nd floor. As the website picture show certain angle can see 101 view, so diappointed. The balcony just beside the mrt but sound proof when the door close. No breakfast. Swensen's was just located at 1st floor of the property. Room cleaning every 2 days, stay for 3 days, found that the cleaning not so details, the toilet bowl was fill by some hair which pour from the dustbin and did not flush away.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The red line is right outside the hotel door and is central to a lot of places. It’s also a really quiet and safe area. My only negative was that the room and linens were not really clean and had stains on them. I had to request to change them several times. The toilet also started smelling bad halfway through our trip. The beds were really hard.

Had high hopes for this stay. The room was spacious and the decor was modern. The location is a plus, being close to the subway station and having a direct bus to the airport nearby. However, the room design was very impractical and inconvenient. The power outlets were installed in strange, almost unusable places. All the lights and controls had to be operated through a single central panel, which was frustrating to use. Furthermore, the staff weren't very welcoming. During check-in, they provided very little information. Unfortunately, these issues made the stay disappointing.

Clean and spacious room with a great view. Staff was efficient and quite friendly as well. Only bummer was that there was no built in heater and we froze for the first night before they provided a portable heater after we asked from the second night onwards. It helped a little but the room was still quite cold because of winter.

Wanted to enjoy our stay, but there was a leak in our room and once we notified hotel staff instead of assuring us by moving us to a room that is not flooding they took hours after we came back from our plans to do so. An international call was also charged from our room and honestly it wasn't about the cost but with the less than mediocre stay, they could've at least made us feel better. Just the difference between customer service integrity. There were nice staff and there were stoic staff...couldn't save how I felt about the property already. Location is convenient, probably the only positive part I felt about the stay. I'm fine with never staying again. I've stayed at a better property in the area.

This is a great hotel. It was my 2nd stay here. Very clean, big and quiet room at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and nice. More importantly, its location is excellent. Located right in front of a metro station exit, it is extremely convenient for getting around Taipei city. The area has many restaurants and stores, so we had a very comfortable stay. My wife and I really love this hotel. When we go to Taipei next time, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Great location right next to Daan MRT station. Lots of dining options near by. Staff are polite and helpful. I was worried about the noise seeing as my room was next to a rail line, but no issue as the sound proofing is excellent.

Exit 6 of the Da'an Station is literally in front of the hotel. Taipei 101, CKS Memorial and Taipei Main Station are a few stops away. Many restaurants nearby and there are two SOGO department stores about 10 minutes by foot. I stayed in a 101 view room. To be honest, it's not worth it to pay extra for the 101 view. I enjoyed my stay.

とにかく駅の出口前がホテルなのが便利だった。コンシェルジュの男性がとても親切で感じがよく、いろいろ情報を教えてくれた。レストランの朝食は、台湾らしいものがよいと思いお粥を頼んだが、食パンとジャムとバターがついていたりしてお粥の味を引き立てるものでなく、美味しくなかった。部屋やその他の設備は、清潔で安心して使えた。

This hotel is very convenient, very near to train station. There are many eating place near the hotel as well. Hotel does not have breakfast, but you get 10% off on weekday and 5% off your total bill on weekend at Swenson, which is in the hotel for hotel guests. Price for breakfast set are very reasonable and big portion. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Bibby, the concierge guy, always smiling and helpful. Appreciate and please reward his great service. There is another man staff at the front desk who is also very helpful who i would like to thanks him for his great service too. We are on the king room, Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I will stay in this hotel again if i go back to Taipei. Our room face Taipei 101 with full view.

Nice hotel right next to the metro station, very convenient. Room with view of Taipei 101. Staff were friendly. The only con is the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. You have to find food elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice and well equipped. However, there was no pot for coffee and cup for drinking which is very strange . I had to use the glass for brushing teeth to drink water. Otherwise the hotel is up to my expectation.
