Two story hotel with no elevator. Wonky television service. Front desk employee helped me bring things to my room and tried to fix TV. I eventually figured it out. No excuse for the owners of this place to have no accessible front door or elevator in 2025. Thumbs down.

The photos displayed on the website show a much different look. The mattress is like sleeping on an air mattress as it was very low to the floor. The bathroom was missing Kleenex and the shower gel was empty. The bathroom floor and walls could use some cleaning. We didn't even stay our 2nd night because of the bed but still had to pay for it. Won't stay again.

The staff was very accommodating of what they could help with, but unfortunately, they were fully booked at the time and could not switch a room after ours had a strong odor. Once again, the staff did what they could and allowed us a later checkout, but unfortunately, overall the corporate or owners needs to take some time and revamping outdated flooring that is carrying smell smells.

Hotel could be a 10! But beds are horrible! We have stayed twice in different rooms along with family members in other rooms and same census. The beds are trash! Can literally fill the springs! They make crunch noise when ya move. Beds need replaced before anything else! So to make this place awesome! Pool area is FANTASTIC! 1. New COMFORTABLE beds 2. Shower heads with wands like they have in pool restroom. 3. Breakfast could use a little revamp.

TV issues was a big negative for me. The desk clerk gave it her full effort to take care of us which was greatly appreciated. She ended up calling in a manager who nicely came in and got to work while she was there. But she was clearly not all that thrilled to be there, my wife and I both got the same read on it and she left and immediately as she left we had the same problem. The desk clerk came back and got us back on but still could not change stations. All in all, A+ to the desk clerk.

Overall a great stay, have been here yearly for the past 4 years. The room updates are very nice, hotel in general is clean, as is the pool area. Only complaint is that the beds seriously need to be replaced- very hard and uncomfortable, and make a lot of noise. The bathrooms could use a little updating as well.

The hotel was nice overall. They have a water cooler so you can fill your water bottles for free, which was a nice bonus. The mattress should have been replaced about 2 years ago, It was very uncomfortable. I only got about 2 hours of sleep even though i was exhausted. The pillow was so big that my neck is killing me today. Some new mattresses and pillows, this would be a 4 star hotel.

This was a trip away for my wife and me, and I rented a room with a whirlpool tub. The room itself was quite spacious; that part was nice. The whirlpool tub is pretty small, and more than that the water was BARELY warm! We couldn’t stay in the tub very long because the water was hardly lukewarm, even with only the “hot” water on and after they “fixed” it. So, no value for us there in the price of the room. I needed help from staff to turn the TV on. She came to the room and jiggled some wires in the back and said “It’s tricky to turn on. We’ve had complaints from other guests too.” While walking down the pool my wife and I overheard her saying the same things to another guest who also had the same problem with their TV. Our room had a king size bed, and we felt nearly every spring. My wife woke with back pain and not feeling well. I tossed much of the night.

The staff is excellent and it's super clean. I feel guilty stating the negatives, but it was the worst nights sleep ever. The pull out bed was unbearable, I ended up sleeping on the floor (or trying to). Considering the main part of getting a hotel room is to sleep after a long drive, it failed in this area. Plus the tv remote didn't work and fridge kept popping all night. The sleep (or extreme lack of) killed me though.

This hotel is very clean and well run. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Temperatures were very cold during my stay and they were gracious about a late checkout as I had a bit of trouble getting my truck started. Highly recommend this establishment.

The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating.

Make sure you dont want to stay longer than you booked. I explained why i just did a week, and told them i was here for work and i would be here for over a month or two. When i went to go pay, i couldnt pay for another week, because someone booked my room for the next day. And they couldnt do anything about it because it was booked online, and they didnt know what to tell me. You know ive NEVER been told i couldnt stay where i was, or continue paying for my room. And i have NEVER had anyone just not even really want to help. The cleanliness and spacious room was amazing. But i will not be back!

The front desk clerk didn’t know how to pull in the Expedia reservation even though she could see it. Interest she just charged me again giving the excuse it was for incidentals (even though the amount was more than the total Expedia charge). I spoke with the manager this morning when and she claims she fixed it but now we still have the full charge pending on our credit card in addition to the Expedia charge. Grrrr. Breakfast is basically non existent. Don’t even bother thinking you will eat here. The room was nice but for the charged, we at least expected breakfast other than boxed cereal and bagels

I think this is the cleanest hotel in the USA. Very clean, lots of easy parking, safe, near (as in you can walk there near) a grocery store, sandwich chain & the Golden Arches.

Warning.. long review By far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Of course I was a little leery when I booked because it wasn’t a hotel company I had hear of but based on all of the good reviews and reasonable price we booked. The gal at the front desk was super nice and helpful! Our room was nice and comfortable. You can tell they were in the process of remodeling, not only from the signs posted, but in our room there was paint missing where it looks like old window curtains were hung, but didn’t affect us one bit. And our mattresses were uncomfortable, but maybe those are to be replaced down the road. And I’m super picky about my bed 🙃 The pool area was nice! Had a decent sized swimming pool, a hot tub as well as a little kiddie pool for smaller children. Our son had a blast. Not sure how many guests were staying the same night we did, but it was so quiet. Hotel was right off the interstate and close to many eating establishments and the grocery store was a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff and great location. The only thing was the hot tub was not working and after my training I really was looking forward to using it. Otherwise the hotel is very clean, friendly and helpful staff and the sauna was lovely. Having a market right next door was also nice.

Reception was welcoming. Property seemed a little off the beaten path, but was peaceful and quiet. A very nice American Legion walking distance next door with good service and food. Breakfast seemed sparse, but it offered plenty to fill us up for the day. A very good stay overall.

Was disappointed in the breakfast. When the two of us went down to checkout and have breakfast there was only one egg and 2 pieces of ham left… and they were cold. . We skipped it as didn’t care to wait while more was made…
