Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen aber zunächst ein Zimmer, das deutlich von der Beschreibung abwich: eingeschränkter Meerblick, lauter Balkon durch Küchenabluft, kleinerer Grundriss, falsche Balkonabtrennung und nicht korrekt ausgerichtetes Bett. Erst nach wiederholtem Nachhaken erhielten wir ein passendes Zimmer am Folgetag. All-Inclusive Essen und Getränke waren enttäuschend: stark gechlortes Wasser, unübersichtliches, hektisches Buffet, wenig Finesse in den Themenrestaurants und ungenießbare Cocktails mit Ersatzprodukten. Der Service war gemischt. Freundlichkeit am Empfang und an der Poolbar ließ zu wünschen übrig, das Personal bei Reklamationen war unprofessionell. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das Reinigungspersonal, den Restaurantleiter im Ionion Restaurant und Shanna, ebenfalls im Ionion Restaurant, die sehr freundlich bedient hat. Strand und Pools sind sauber, der Strand eher unspektakulär. Die Hanglage der Anlage sorgt für viele Treppen, ist aber landschaftlich schön gestaltet und bietet fast überall Meerblick. Insgesamt schöne Anlage und guter Poolbereich, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns nicht. Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen. Ich vergebe 3 Sterne aufgrund des schönen Deluxe Zimmers mit Meerblick. Vom Speisen- und Getränkeangebot her würde ich 2 Sterne vergeben.

The site is lovely, although there's the constant sound of bugs (that sound like crickets) throughout the day. The room was more basic than expected. Told we have to pay for bottled water - which was unexpected. Dinner the first night was a nightmare. There was a label for a vegetarian pie and even though I double checked the contents with the chef who was standing close by, when biting into it, it contained pork. After reporting to the concierge, I was promised better labels by the following day - that was never followed through. The labels were the same - and when asking the chef for information the second day, I was told they didn't want to tell me incorrect information and therefore declined to give any advice. She said I should try the dishes at my own risk. The room had dead bugs on the walls. Clearly from previous guests who had used a slipper to squish a mosquito or two/three/four/five. The concierge sent a cleaner to remove these after reporting. The bed was hard and the spare blankets were covered in ex guest's hair. Even though this was brought up with concierge also, the blankets were never changed. Entertainment was lacking - very dated. Booked a dinner at the Ionio restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had no mention of this by staff - nothing special done for the occasion. The food was pretty tasteless there too. Pools were nice - guest reserved these with towels very early however. Overall, not the experience we had hoped for.

Lovely hotel, visited in August for 5 days, which was busy but still a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Concierge arranged a boat trip to the Blue lagoon and also a day to Aqualand water park for us, both very much worth doing. Clean bungalow, well equipped and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pools are excellent and the little beach with restaurant and crepe stall also excellent. Food is good and location is also good for Corfu old town (30 mins in taxi) and the airport. The resort is hilly but they provide lifts to and from the bungalows via golf buggies. Really enjoyed our stay 😊

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Vielseitiges und gutes Essen. Hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Lage in mitten von Olivenbäumen. Die Anlage scheint sukzessive ausgebaut und saniert zu werden, ohne nenneswerte Einschränkungen für die Gäste. Man muss sich über die steile Hanglage im Klaren sein. Es gibt zwar Shuttle die rund um die Uhr fahren, aber zur nächsten Bar können schnell mal ein paar Höhenmeter dazwischen liegen.

Cet établissement est très grand mais on ne s’en rend pas compte car tout est bien organisé. Entre les 3 piscines et la plage, facilité d’obtenir un transat, toujours de la place et du choix pour les repas. Facile d’aller à Corfou par le bus de ligne au pied de l’hôtel. Facile de louer une voiture et la garer.

The complete team was nice and friendly! The 2 different a la carte restaurants served good food. There was always the possibility to get some deck chairs with umbrella either at one of the two pools or at the beach. The Pizza and Pasta lunch at the beach bar was delicious. Each pasta and pizza were made fresh. The food in the main buffet restaurant was okay but very often cold and not very varied. The drinks included in the all inclusive deal were okay, the typical style in these medium level hotels. The fitness center was okay but not well equipped and no towels available. Taxi from the airport is 35 Euro and ~20 min. You only have power in the room when you plug the room key card (no other card is working). You only get one card which means you can not charge anything while you’re out or have the AC running. All in all it was a relaxing stay and good for the money we paid

Overall the hotel and its grounds are great. The views from the bungalows are stunning. Initially we were reallocated a room in the hotel which is not what we paid for. We were told this was an upgrade but upon entering the room we realised it was not what we were expecting. I complained and it was sorted immediately and we were allocated a bungalow room which was perfect. The room was large with a section for my daughter to sleep in. It was just us two and we felt safe and looked after the entirety of the trip. The hotel is set into a hillside so it quite steep to walk around but the golf buggies are great and fun to ride on. I did not have to wait longer than a few minutes for one. The beach and sea was perfect. There are some small stone on the shoreline but it's all sand underneath. The sea is clear, you're able to see the fish swimming beneath you. The food was good and fresh quality ingredients although it does get a bit repetitive. The pools were great too - I preferred the relaxing pool the most as it had the best views and a great bar. I really enjoyed this holiday overall and would definitely recommend and consider returning one day.

My husband and I had a fabulous vacation here. The room was exceptional, as were the pools. There was one worker who transported us on arrival and on more than one occasion, which was simply outstanding. (He was smallish, with dark hair and wore glasses.) For others to know, this resort is on a hillside, and it is ALL steps. The hotel has employees who will transport you around in golf carts, but there are still steps everywhere. They are great if you call and let them know you'd like a ride. The pools were large, and there were always enough loungers. The only downside is that you had to go to the bar for drinks; there were no waitstaff in the pool or beach areas. The beach doesn't have great sand, but the swimming is excellent, with clear water and minimal waves. You are also given a key in exchange for a towel; you only get one, so if you would like more, please pack your own. The same applies to water; you are given one bottle upon arrival, and then you must purchase more or carry a refillable bottle. The food was better than average, and the main buffet always had good options that differed daily. The two à la carte restaurants served excellent food, and the Ionio was particularly impressive, boasting excellent staff. The Paralia Beach staff were bordering on rude, which was a bit odd as all the other staff were so lovely. So, all in all, it was a pretty good experience, with good food, lots of steps, and great relaxation.

the hotel was ok but i won't say it was good nor excellent as the others guest. the buffet was ok with good selection but nothing special. the reception lady (older blonde lady) and the bartender (older guy with glasses) i found them both very rude and really put me off, im sure they have worked for the hotel long times but they should know better with their bad attitude this will discourage guest coming back to their hotel. also the pool wasn't clean and it was very slippery and also they let the window open in the bathroom which allowed a lots mosquitos came in and we have bitten a lots during our sleep. in conclusion we will not come back again for sure

After reporting to the concierge, I was promised better labels by the following day - that was never followed through. The labels were the same - and when asking the chef for information the second day, I was told they didn't want to tell me incorrect information and therefore declined to give any advice. She said I should try the dishes at my own risk. The room had dead bugs on the walls. Clearly from previous guests who had used a slipper to squish a mosquito or two/three/four/five. The concierge sent a cleaner to remove these after reporting. The bed was hard and the spare blankets were covered in ex guest's hair. Even though this was brought up with concierge also, the blankets were never changed. Entertainment was lacking - very dated. Booked a dinner at the Ionio restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had no mention of this by staff - nothing special done for the occasion. The food was pretty tasteless there too. Pools were nice - guest reserved these with towels very early however. Overall, not the experience we had hoped for.

La struttura è molto bella, le camere comode, il personale dell’hotel (escluso Fram, vedi più avanti) veramente professionale ed attento, i massaggiatori della spa molto qualificati. Il cibo non manca mai ed è di qualità superiore. Campo da tennis e da padel pressoché nuovi, le piscine belle e con un panorama da cartolina. Nel complesso ci siamo sentiti coccolati e mi sento di consigliare la struttura. Qualche nota dolente: - l’animazione seguita da Fram è pressoché inesistente. Durante la giornata zero attività e gli animatori non coinvolgono gli ospiti. Sicuramente da migliorare - pulizia delle camere non da 4 stelle, lenzuoli mai cambiati in una settimana e pavimento spazzato solo dopo 5 notti di pernottamento - spiaggia piccola, in piena stagione penso sia difficile trovare posto sui lettini - campo da beach volley non utilizzabile per ghiaino, buche e legni (!) a definire i bordi.

Erst nach wiederholtem Nachhaken erhielten wir ein passendes Zimmer am Folgetag. All-Inclusive Essen und Getränke waren enttäuschend: stark gechlortes Wasser, unübersichtliches, hektisches Buffet, wenig Finesse in den Themenrestaurants und ungenießbare Cocktails mit Ersatzprodukten. Der Service war gemischt. Freundlichkeit am Empfang und an der Poolbar ließ zu wünschen übrig, das Personal bei Reklamationen war unprofessionell. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das Reinigungspersonal, den Restaurantleiter im Ionion Restaurant und Shanna, ebenfalls im Ionion Restaurant, die sehr freundlich bedient hat. Strand und Pools sind sauber, der Strand eher unspektakulär. Die Hanglage der Anlage sorgt für viele Treppen, ist aber landschaftlich schön gestaltet und bietet fast überall Meerblick. Me and 2 friends stayed here for 7 nights from 22nd-29th September 2024. We shared a room which had a balcony and a sea view. The hotel was kept very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the customer service was great. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Highly recommend this hotel.

The selection of food was of high quality at this resorts buffet restaurant and there were always several options for vegetarians. The food labels were missing allergy information, it would be good to include this information. We booked deluxe rooms with a great view from the Balcony - these were great but beware of the screeching noise of chairs being dragged across the floor from 6.00 am each morning as these rooms are directly below the restaurant. Complimentary wine, fruit and water were a nice touch. The shower cubicle was very small, and a bit mouldy, the shower head was rectangular in this room so wasn't a good shower experience. However, in the other deluxe rooms we had booked there were round shower heads in the cubicles. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. We asked to borrow an iron and this request was delayed for over a day as someone else had borrowed it and not returned it. Seems like there was only 1 iron and ironing board to serve all the hotel guests. Limited evening entertainment and not very much to do on a rainy day, but the hotel did provide several board games and all-inclusive drinks all day to keep guests entertained. The other restaurants also served good food, waiters could be more attentive though and ensure that they explain that some wines are included in the all-inclusive package rather than passing over a wine price list first in the hope that diners will purchase special wines!

Amazing place, food at all restaurants was top notch, staff was great, property was clean and very nice and quiet pools & bar areas. All inclusive too!!! Only bad thing I could say is the bed was rough for someone with a bad back. Would definitely stay here again, amazing views as well from every area of the resort.

We had a new deluxe room which was, all the furniture was brand new and modern with a walk in shower. The views of the sea were amazing from our balcony. The food and drinks were fantastic even Bailey's was part of the all inclusive. Staff were always polite and courteous Overall 5 stars.....

Overall the hotel and its grounds are great. The views from the bungalows are stunning. Initially we were reallocated a room in the hotel which is not what we paid for. We were told this was an upgrade but upon entering the room we realised it was not what we were expecting. I complained and it was sorted immediately and we were allocated a bungalow room which was perfect. The room was large with a section for my daughter to sleep in. It was just us two and we felt safe and looked after the entirety of the trip. The hotel is set into a hillside so it quite steep to walk around but the golf buggies are great and fun to ride on. I did not have to wait longer than a few minutes for one. The beach and sea was perfect. There are some small stone on the shoreline but it's all sand underneath. The sea is clear, you're able to see the fish swimming beneath you. The food was good and fresh quality ingredients although it does get a bit repetitive. The pools were great too - I preferred the relaxing pool the most as it had the best views and a great bar. I really enjoyed this holiday overall and would definitely recommend and consider returning one day.

The property is really nice. Howrver, no one told us that one keycard HAD to be in the the card holder for the electricity to work. The towel card system wasn't clearly explained and had going back and forth trying to get a towel for beach or pool. We were "upgraded" from a "superior" to a "deluxe" room which didn’t mean anything. There is no door for the shower in the bathroom which was a surprise. Not a huge deal but still. The staff is really nice and buffet was always clean and had fantastic food.

the hotel was ok but i won't say it was good nor excellent as the others guest. the buffet was ok with good selection but nothing special. the reception lady (older blonde lady) and the bartender (older guy with glasses) i found them both very rude and really put me off, im sure they have worked for the hotel long times but they should know better with their bad attitude this will discourage guest coming back to their hotel. also the pool wasn't clean and it was very slippery and also they let the window open in the bathroom which allowed a lots mosquitos came in and we have bitten a lots during our sleep. in conclusion we will not come back again for sure

Lovely hotel, visited in August for 5 days, which was busy but still a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Concierge arranged a boat trip to the Blue lagoon and also a day to Aqualand water park for us, both very much worth doing. Clean bungalow, well equipped and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pools are excellent and the little beach with restaurant and crepe stall also excellent. Food is good and location is also good for Corfu old town (30 mins in taxi) and the airport. The resort is hilly but they provide lifts to and from the bungalows via golf buggies. Really enjoyed our stay 😊

Hotel clean with amazing/friendly staff. The choices at Buffet restaurant never dissapointed us .. public transit in front of hotel which brings you directly to old town Corfu. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Corfu !

The service and the staff were very cooprative and did every thing to assist us in any way. Special thanks to christina who help us to get the right room and escort us in everything. The facilities are great, the pool, the food, the help we got from the concierge booking us in wonderful trips during our stay. The room was OK, but there were some issues. First we order a queen bad with a shower and a tub, we didnt exactly got it and there were some issues with the room like the matress was litlle bit with bumps, the toilet and the shower were together, not enough place for a person to take a shower without floating the floors the same with the Tub. It didnt damaged our vacation, but it would have been excellent. Our stay with this resort was really wondeful and I'll definitely will recomend it, just make sure the room is new/renovated.

First we order a queen bad with a shower and a tub, we didnt exactly got it and there were some issues with the room like the matress was litlle bit with bumps, the toilet and the shower were together, not enough place for a person to take a shower without floating the floors the same with the Tub. It didnt damaged our vacation, but it would have been excellent. Our stay with this resort was really wondeful and I'll definitely will recomend it, just make sure the room is new/renovated.

My husband and I had a fabulous vacation here. The room was exceptional, as were the pools. There was one worker who transported us on arrival and on more than one occasion, which was simply outstanding. (He was smallish, with dark hair and wore glasses.) For others to know, this resort is on a hillside, and it is ALL steps. The hotel has employees who will transport you around in golf carts, but there are still steps everywhere. They are great if you call and let them know you'd like a ride. The pools were large, and there were always enough loungers. The only downside is that you had to go to the bar for drinks; there were no waitstaff in the pool or beach areas. The beach doesn't have great sand, but the swimming is excellent, with clear water and minimal waves. You are also given a key in exchange for a towel; you only get one, so if you would like more, please pack your own. The same applies to water; you are given one bottle upon arrival, and then you must purchase more or carry a refillable bottle. The food was better than average, and the main buffet always had good options that differed daily. The two à la carte restaurants served excellent food, and the Ionio was particularly impressive, boasting excellent staff. The Paralia Beach staff were bordering on rude, which was a bit odd as all the other staff were so lovely. So, all in all, it was a pretty good experience, with good food, lots of steps, and great relaxation.

Concierge arranged a boat trip to the Blue lagoon and also a day to Aqualand water park for us, both very much worth doing. Clean bungalow, well equipped and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pools are excellent and the little beach with restaurant and crepe stall also excellent. Food is good and location is also good for Corfu old town (30 mins in taxi) and the airport. The resort is hilly but they provide lifts to and from the bungalows via golf buggies. Really enjoyed our stay 😊

Eine tolle Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nettes Personal, gute Auswahl beim Essen, Strand ein bisschen klein. Dafür konnte man an der Beachbar eine super leckere Pizza genießen mit Aussicht aufs Meer und das Festland. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cet établissement est très grand mais on ne s’en rend pas compte car tout est bien organisé. Entre les 3 piscines et la plage, facilité d’obtenir un transat, toujours de la place et du choix pour les repas. Facile d’aller à Corfou par le bus de ligne au pied de l’hôtel. Facile de louer une voiture et la garer.

We just returned from our vacation with our 5m son. Hotel has great location, with fabulous sea views. Restaurant had a lot of options for food and drink. All staff was very approachable. Overall, great experience. Have in mind that hotel is located on a (very steep) hill, so expect to have some training walking around, though have in mind that hotel area has well maintained gardens so this doesnt come difficult and hotel offers golf buggies for going around. 4 stars for facilities given as wifi is not encrypted, and tv’s are not connected online (5 stars for overall experience). This is not crucial for a summer holiday as you will likely be outside entire day, however, we had one entire day of summer thunderstorm with heavy rain, because of which we had to stay in room for entire afternoon.

TL;DR: The resort is nice, but not for everyone. (We: couple in our early 30s with no children.) I thought a lot about whether to rate the resort a 3/5 or 4/5. Ultimately, our stay was enjoyable, but it is not a place for us and we would not return. Pros: attentive staff; dining areas were beautiful, views were amazing, nice balcony, spacious room. Cons: uncomfortable bed, dirty beach, subpar food (e.g., all desserts, ice cream, Ionio restaurant), bugs crawling through the drainage of our bathroom We stayed here for 3 nights and luckily booked a food tour in Old Town, which was the highlight of our Corfu trip. The resort is pretty far out from the airport and Old Town, so we took a 40 minute bus ride. Der Aufenthalt war eine hervorragende Auszeit vom Alltag. Das Personal wär stets freundlich und hat versucht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Hervorragende Lage an der Ostküste Korfus. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor dem Gelände erreichbar. Direkter Strandzugang und leckeres Essen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The selection of food was of high quality at this resorts buffet restaurant and there were always several options for vegetarians. The food labels were missing allergy information, it would be good to include this information. We booked deluxe rooms with a great view from the Balcony - these were great but beware of the screeching noise of chairs being dragged across the floor from 6.00 am each morning as these rooms are directly below the restaurant. Complimentary wine, fruit and water were a nice touch. The shower cubicle was very small, and a bit mouldy, the shower head was rectangular in this room so wasn't a good shower experience. However, in the other deluxe rooms we had booked there were round shower heads in the cubicles. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. We asked to borrow an iron and this request was delayed for over a day as someone else had borrowed it and not returned it. Seems like there was only 1 iron and ironing board to serve all the hotel guests. Limited evening entertainment and not very much to do on a rainy day, but the hotel did provide several board games and all-inclusive drinks all day to keep guests entertained. The other restaurants also served good food, waiters could be more attentive though and ensure that they explain that some wines are included in the all-inclusive package rather than passing over a wine price list first in the hope that diners will purchase special wines!

The complete team was nice and friendly! The 2 different a la carte restaurants served good food. There was always the possibility to get some deck chairs with umbrella either at one of the two pools or at the beach. The Pizza and Pasta lunch at the beach bar was delicious. Each pasta and pizza were made fresh. The food in the main buffet restaurant was okay but very often cold and not very varied. The drinks included in the all inclusive deal were okay, the typical style in these medium level hotels. The fitness center was okay but not well equipped and no towels available. Taxi from the airport is 35 Euro and ~20 min. You only have power in the room when you plug the room key card (no other card is working). You only get one card which means you can not charge anything while you’re out or have the AC running. All in all it was a relaxing stay and good for the money we paid

La opción ideal si buscas un espacio para relajarte y olvidarte de todo. De entrada las instalaciones son de primera calidad y la atención de todo su personal es magnifica. Algo que nos maravillo fue la comida ya que sus buffets están muy bien servidos y con muchas opciones durante todo el día, y eso si, una mención especial a las cenas Griegas, son simplemente espectaculares. Sin duda volvería a regresar aquí. Como tip adicional, es más fácil llegar y moverte en auto y si lo haces en línea el costo es muy bajo y te ahorras muchos contratiempos.

Loved staying here. Buffet restaurant had great choices and staff were very helpful. Nice setting with lovely views. Would stay here again.
Loved staying here. Buffet restaurant had great choices and staff were very helpful. Nice setting with lovely views. Would stay here again.

Overall the hotel was great. Food choices and quality were excellent (particularly breakfast and dinner). Drink selection was good too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily (if you want that) but option for DND. 3 pool choices and access to the beach means that you aren’t struggling to get a sunbed (June holiday) and gives you a variety of places to go depending on what you want that day. The gym needs to have some antibacterial spray in so that people can wipe down equipment after use as it gets very hot and sweaty in there. The hotel is quite remote, you can get a bus into Corfu which takes around 45 (traffic dependant) but no-where to really walk to from the hotel itself. So if you want to be able to go out with ease then would not recommend this hotel. Whilst it is a hilly resort, nothing is actually that away and is walkable. They do offer a golf buggy shuttle service if you need it though!

Hôtel très bien,personnel souriant à l’écoute. L’hôtel n’est pas adapté aux handicaps de part sa situation géographique tout en hauteur,mais un service de voiturette est disponible toute la journée. Le seul bémol aura été le SPA avec une personne ambigu dans ses explications et bien évidemment nous nous sommes fait avoir… Mais c’est un très bel hôtel à recommander Logement ,restauration parfaite.
