Grosse Zimmer, gut Bed, sehr gute Klima Anlage (jetzt während des hitzewelles wichtig). Pool und grosse Parkplatz. Teppichboden in Zimmer hat schon "best before date" überschritten, ich hätte lieber Fliesen.

Check in und Check out war schnell und sehr freundlich. Das erste Zimmer hat uns nicht zugesagt (direkter Blick ins Zimmer gegenüber). Der Tausch des Zimmers war vollkommen unkompliziert. Das komplette Hotel bedarf einer Modernisierung und Renovierung. Möbel sind alt, die Leselampen funktionierten bei uns nicht, der Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad hing nutzlos herunter ... Es gibt einen schönen Außenpool, der allerdings nicht beheizt und sehr kalt ist. Der Innenpool hat eine angenehme Temperatur, ist aber mit hohen Umrandungen und nur einer hohen Leiter sehr altbacken. Neben dem Pool gibt es eine Sauna. Der große Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist kostenlos. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn sehr gut. Heidelberg erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee eher nicht. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Es standen Kinder am Buffet die alle Lebensmittel angefasst und wieder weggelegt haben und sogar vom Marmeladenlöffel genascht haben und ihn wieder in das Marmeladenglas gesteckt haben. Das war der Moment, in dem für uns das Frühstück vorbei war. Fazit: Dem Preis nicht angemessen.

We had a good time. We were a 20 minute drive from Heidelberg. The hotel is only a few minutes drive from grocery stores and restaurants located across the main road. The indoor pool was nice to use at the end of the day.

An diversen Ecken sollte mal renoviert werden. Der Parkplatz könnte mal, wie auch andere Ecken, von Unkraut und Wildwuchs befreit werden. Das Pflaster sollte dringend ausgebessert werden, da an einigen Ecken Unfallgefahr durch stolpern besteht. Rund um den Pool ist auch einiges zu machen, da auch hier nicht mehr alles am neuesten Stand ist.

It was a very nice hotel and the room was excellent. The pool and fitness areas were all excellent as well. The only criticism was that the bar was not open at all and the breakfast was very busy. On the whole a very nice hotel and would be very happy to stay again.

I enjoyed our stay here very much! Convenient for us with a car to get to Heidelberg and the town of Waldorf. The outdoor pool was nice. We really enjoyed the area around the outside bar beside the pool even though it was closed due to rain. It was a lovely relaxing space to have a drink and watch the sky.The indoor pool was a lovely second! We never got to use the sauna with our busy schedule. The staff was super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was incredible! The only bad thing for us was there was not elevator access to our room. This made it difficult to get our luggage to the room and out of the room when it was time for check out. My mother was traveling with us a little older in years and the stairs are hard for her. Staff offered to help us when we went to check out since they realized that we did not have a way to utilize the carts with no elevator. The ice machine did not work so we had to get and request ice from the restaurant, which was far away from our room. It would have been nice to have a bucket available to have filled instead of a cup at a time. (This did not affect our stay or our experience just something to mention) We would certainly stay again, but request a room that was more accessible.

Hotel war sehr sauber, und ruhig. Lage aufgrund Nähe zur Autobahn ist für eine Nacht sehr gut, wenn sie von dort aus zu ihrem nächsten Ziel wollen. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Bei unserer Buchung hat das Hotel einen Fehler gemacht, wurde aber sehr entspannt und zufriedenstellend gelöst.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Fleckige Teppiche, angelaufene Fenster, alles etwas muffig. Das Personal ist nicht unfreundlich, aber wortkarg und scheint etwas unmotiviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat Höhen und Tiefen, Kaffee, Brötchenauswahl, frisches Obst sind super, die lieblose Präsentation, die karge und schon etwas betagt wirkende Aufschnittauswahl und die fleckigen Stühle und Teppiche trüben das Erlebnis. Insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok, Wohlfühlfaktor fehlt.

Ruime kamer met prima bedden. Badkamer erg gedateerd en niet schoon. Als je in het bad zit, dan zie je de zwarte randen onder de zeephouder en in de toiletpot. Ook schimmel op de voegen en afbladderend plafond. Prima ontbijt en diner.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich Stehen geblieben in den 90 er. Teppich alt versift muffelt .im Allgemeinen Gehören die Zimmer renoviert. Neuer laminat Boden etwas Farbe und es wäre etwas besser von der Optik. Sauberkeit hier ist noch massiv Luft nach oben Das heisst die Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Positiv ist das Frühstück hier gibt man sich Mühe Und ne gute Auswahl.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg-Walldorf! The property was spotless and well kept, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and a great start to the day. We booked the family room with two floors and two restrooms, which was perfect for us and our two kids—so much space and super convenient. Sorry to say but the hotel and it's furniture and amenities are very dated. There was also a bit too much dust in my room in various places. I felt like in the hotel from "The Shining", especially in the corridors :) Still, are you visiting SAP and just need place to sleep? It's ok.

Wir sind nach zwei Tagen in ein anderes Hotel gezogen. Es ging schon damit los, dass der Check in erst um 16 Uhr erfolgen konnte weil kein Zimmer bereit stand. Dann Zimmertür geöffnet und die Türe war ausgehängt und lies sich nicht schließen. Immerhin konnten wir zügig das Zimmer wechseln. Zimmer insgesamt scheinen sehr abgewohnt zu sein und sind dazu noch sehr hellhörig. Poolbereich könnte was her machen. Dazu fehlt aber zum Beispiel in der Toilette beim Pool ein richtiges Licht. Handtücher gab es um 19 Uhr dann auch keine mehr. Personal war mit einer Ausnahme auch nicht wirklich freundlich. Insgesamt daher keine Weiterempfehlung zu diesem Hotel.

Although the hotel clearly has some age, it is clearly being kept up very clean and welcoming to its visitors. The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. The A/C cooled very well although at times it was a bit noisy. My biggest issue was the Wi-fi as it had a poor signal, but my room was very far away from the main building and that probably had much to do with the weak signal. The staff was very helpful and always had a great smile to share with its visitors. They clearly enjoy working there. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and certainly will use it again if I am in this area.

A nice hotel to stay in. The room was very spacious, I was impressed by the size of it. Having a small fridge in the room was also a bonus. We appreciated the free water, coffee/tea in the room. The outdoor and indoor pool were both very nice. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The hotel is a little old-fashioned in it's styling, but that wasn't something that really bothered us. The nearby town is only just over 10mins walk away, and there are quite a few restaurants to choose from there. The surrounding area is also very pretty, I went out for a 10k run and really enjoyed running through fields and forests and by a small lake. My only complaint is that we stayed for 3 nights, and on both the second and third day our key cards had been de-activated at midday as if we were checking out that day so we had to go back to reception and the get the key cards activated again, which was a little bit annoying. But the hotel was very good value for money, so I can forgive this slight issue. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Wir sind nach zwei Tagen in ein anderes Hotel gezogen. Es ging schon damit los, dass der Check in erst um 16 Uhr erfolgen konnte weil kein Zimmer bereit stand. Dann Zimmertür geöffnet und die Türe war ausgehängt und lies sich nicht schließen. Immerhin konnten wir zügig das Zimmer wechseln. Zimmer insgesamt scheinen sehr abgewohnt zu sein und sind dazu noch sehr hellhörig. Poolbereich könnte was her machen. Dazu fehlt aber zum Beispiel in der Toilette beim Pool ein richtiges Licht. Handtücher gab es um 19 Uhr dann auch keine mehr. Personal war mit einer Ausnahme auch nicht wirklich freundlich. Insgesamt daher keine Weiterempfehlung zu diesem Hotel.

We received an email the previous day to say reception would be closed at our arrival time (3pm), giving us access instructions. Not only was reception closed, but the whole place was deserted. An honesty bar was available, but the restaurant was closed. Obviously 3rd January is a quiet time of year, but several other guests did arrive. We didn't have the 19 Euro breakfast. The room was quite small, but was newly decorated, with large TV, good WiFi and comfortable bed. A small bathroom with a shower was also new an modern. I'm sure the hotel has a completely different feel in the summer. It's a stunning building with lots of history.

Die engagierte Mitarbeiterin der Spätschicht, Frau Weiß hilf mir in einer Not-Situation und blieb dabei ruhig und sehr freundlich. Professionelle Kraft mit laufendem Tourismus-Studium als Background. Besser kann man Hotellerie nicht lieben. Insgesamt werde ich das Hotel für meine kommenden SAP-Zertifizierungen ausschließlich nutzen - es gibt kaum was zu bemängeln und ist für GF-Reisende eine ehte Bereicherung. Weiter so!

Hotel war sehr sauber, und ruhig. Lage aufgrund Nähe zur Autobahn ist für eine Nacht sehr gut, wenn sie von dort aus zu ihrem nächsten Ziel wollen. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Bei unserer Buchung hat das Hotel einen Fehler gemacht, wurde aber sehr entspannt und zufriedenstellend gelöst.

We had a good time. We were a 20 minute drive from Heidelberg. The hotel is only a few minutes drive from grocery stores and restaurants located across the main road. The indoor pool was nice to use at the end of the day.

Hotel was very nice, but poor vegetarian choice in restaurant. The gemuse curry was Luke warm ….. so a disappointment. However the staff were very pleasant. Also the bar was closed off for some reason. Despite the food the hotel was very nice.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til en hurtig overnatning på vejen gennem Tyskland. Store gode værelser. Restauranten glædede vi os til, men den var lidt en skuffelse. Vi fik et mavetilfælde efter maden. Der er hurtiglader på stedet.

It was nice to have a family room were whe could stay with 2 adults and 3 kids. You can see it is an older hotel. But it was clean. Nobody told us to make reservation for diner so we waited untill restaurant opens and then could not eat there, have to find something else. Not funny with tree young children. I would book a different hotel in the area. The room was not ready for check-in at 15. 16.30 we had our room but during the waiting time we could not be told when it would be ready and we were told just to sit around and wait. The poolarea was unappealing - even our children didn’t want to go there after a days travel. The restaurant didn’t have space for us. The breakfast was ok.

We enjoyed our time with our three kids in the family suite and would book again! I will say, be prepared that even though there is a restaurant in the hotel do not expect to get a table unless you've arranged reservations prior. We were turned away and needed to order food. It was not a big deal, but did alter our plans a bit as we did not expect to need this as hotel guests. Pools were both great and we thought the room was very large and comfortable as well as clean.
