We came to town for a family wedding. The cabin was beautiful and very spacious. Communication with host was very pleasant. There were plenty of towels for showering but not for the lake or pool. Just commenting on it because it was something I overlooked when packing for the trip so wanted to remind others. Thank you CJ for helping to make our trip so memorable by providing us with a beautiful home to create memories in.

We recently stayed at this cabin in Lake Ariel and overall had a nice visit. The inside of the cabin was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, inviting, and made for a relaxing stay.We were a bit disappointed with the outdoor areas, particularly the back patio. The photos on the listing did not accurately reflect the current condition of the exterior. The biggest issue was the grill, which was heavily rusted and looked nothing like the one shown in the listing photos. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. After we contacted the host about our concerns, he responded promptly and had a brand-new grill delivered to replace the old one. We appreciated that he took the issue seriously and worked quickly to resolve it.If the exterior areas are updated to better match the listing photos, this property would provide an even better experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, loved the cabin itself, and appreciated the host’s responsiveness when concerns were brought to his attention.

First, the Check-in was Horrible I was given the Wrong Address so when I tried to check in with Security office they had no Record of the Address. I was Sent to the North Gate to contact the Vrbo person which I was unable to but thank God there was a more Seasoned Security Guard there that said the Address needed to have a -3 after the Address. Second Every Outdoor Amenity at the house that includes the BBQ Grill that was Horrible, The Firepit Was Unusable a the Chairs Couldn’t have been any Worse. So After buying Food to Grill and Firewood to burn we were unable to do Either. Third My 75 year old Father I had stay in the Downstairs Bedroom which was the Bunkbed Room one night while he was Turning over the middle of the bed Gave way an he was Stuck in the middle Sandwiched in. There was No Slatting or Plywood under the Mattress. He was a Little Traumatized to say the least. On top of All these Horrible Things all Manager Said was “ Thank You for the Feedback we will try to do Better in the Future” So this Review is For anyone that Cares about there Stay a little more then The Vacationers after Them. Please Be Very Careful because this Management Company has like 26 Homes in the Hideout. The House it Self was Amazing, But Everything other then That Horrific!!!
