Great stay for two people and two dogs. Area outside is fantastic for dogs - large grassy area. Hotel is super dog friendly. Only issue was our room was by a corridor door so I would ask to be at the end next time as the constant slamming made the dog bark. Some confusion with family opposite who kept knocking on their door to get in which set the dogs off as it sounded like they were knocking on our door. Walls quite thin so noisy neighbour on the phone at 11pm was disturbing. Ordered deliveroo to hotel, McDonald’s in the services for breakfast. Overall very good - what you expect for the price at a motorway services.

Good value for a single night. Polite staff, plenty of parking and room/bathroom clean. Difficulty finding how to get access when satnav took us to road at rear with big green gate. After explanation from check in young lady all became clear. Will use again.

Room was fine, staff friendly, but the whole place was quite outdated. I didn’t feel the selection of restaurants was very good and missed a proper hotel breakfast. It was ok as a service station hotel.

This was a great value stay in the vicinity of Drayton Manor. The staff were attentive and helpful and the hotel is attached to the services. The reception is not manned in a morning but it didn't really cause any issues other than trying to buy some breakfast vouchers. However we did manage to get some via help from a member of the team.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room comfortable although tv was very pixelated and did not work for more than a few mins. Reported to cleaner in the morning as no one on reception when I left. Fire alarm woke everyone at 05.10am. No one to tell us what had happened though as no staff on duty.Found out it was someone has a shower and bathroom door was left open and this set the alarm off.

Room facilities were good and it was a comfortable bed and good night's sleep. Fittings looked a bit dated but did their job. Wi-fi connection proved impossible and I had trouble accessing the car park [barrier not operating] but very pleasant receptionist sorted the barrier out.

As per usual roll up at 1am to a lovely welcome from Jen she’s a superstar. Rooms clean, spacious and warm. We’ve used a few Days Inn now Lockerbie and Gretna Green all are excellent.

Liked access into service station great if wet. Tired driving initially found it difficult to see and then find the entrance. Couldn’t get the fan to work no instructions or possibly broken.

We spent 3 nights here as we were visiting relatives. Nice big room which was generally clean. The wife was very happy as it had a bath although there were quite a lot of hairs down the plug hole. Something to be aware of, if follow goggle maps with settings set to no tolls you still go on the M6 toll road. We ended up paying £9 to use about 2 miles of the road. The other entrance is not clearly signed but you don't pay tolls. The hotel has easy access to the the service station if you get peckish.

Overall very good - what you expect for the price at a motorway services.

Great stay for two people and two dogs. Area outside is fantastic for dogs - large grassy area. Hotel is super dog friendly. Only issue was our room was by a corridor door so I would ask to be at the end next time as the constant slamming made the dog bark. Some confusion with family opposite who kept knocking on their door to get in which set the dogs off as it sounded like they were knocking on our door. Walls quite thin so noisy neighbour on the phone at 11pm was disturbing. Ordered deliveroo to hotel, McDonald’s in the services for breakfast. Overall very good - what you expect for the price at a motorway services.

Room was fine, staff friendly, but the whole place was quite outdated. I didn’t feel the selection of restaurants was very good and missed a proper hotel breakfast. It was ok as a service station hotel.

It was a clean and tidy room comfortable bed after a long drive food plenty to choose from then nice shower then bed nice stop between journeys

Hotel was OK for a one-night stop-off, but site facilities didn't work for me: no on-site restaurant, no licensed facilities of any kind (including shops), fuel price outrageous and constrained by tolls for driving off-site

This was a great value stay in the vicinity of Drayton Manor. The staff were attentive and helpful and the hotel is attached to the services. The reception is not manned in a morning but it didn't really cause any issues other than trying to buy some breakfast vouchers. However we did manage to get some via help from a member of the team.

Hot Hot water not able to even wash! Mattress springs coming through, need a week off work after trying to sleep here. Do not stay here, rip off.

I’d never stayed at a Days Inn before but was overall pleasantly surprised. Helpful staff, good size room, tea/coffee in room, comfy bed, was not noisy discount voucher for breakfast in services. Only downside was the shower was very poor, the mechanism on the tap was stuck so most of the water was coming out of the tap but only a small dribble out of the shower - downside in reception is unmanned when checking out so can’t report it so has to be in this review.

The only issues I had related to a charge for parking which was only required for checking into the hotel period. Secondly no fridge in the room which I think is certainly expected in any 4 star venue.

Our room was spacious , parking was secure. We used breakfast voucher through hotel at services. We had a very warm welcome at reception , with very helpful local info .
