Looks beautiful but actually the sinks in both rooms were clogged with dirt and hair and there was food under our beds. Staff told us no family option was available when we went to book at reception, so we looked online and booked a family room!!! Embarrassing for staff when we went back to reception to check in. Room also wasn’t ready. Son went to use the gym and equipment was broken. Could be a fabulous place but just didn’t meet the mark.

This is a good properties well kept, but staff could.be more.on their toes. For example, the refreshments offered at check-in often ran out, the sauna or hamman invariably did not work, and although I was entitled to an upgrade and late check out, neither was provided to me although there was obviously an upgraded room available because I could have booked it myself on their website when I checked. I these perks are subject to availability, when they are available and not offered it's the sign of a stingy hotel that is putting profit over ita guest's comfort. The hotel is very convenient to the airport as it's right across the street on a 5 minute walk to the TGV train station.

I checked in late at 1.30am exhausted after a long day travelling and was given a key card that didn’t work so had to go back to reception from floor 7 to get it fixed. The WiFi didn’t work. Towels were old and thin. Conditioner pump broken in shower. Body lotion empty. Disappointing

Réception professionnelle, ménage de la chambre incomplet : linge sale traînant dans la chambre, poils et cheveux pas nettoyés dans la salle de bain, boîte amenities usagée pas jetee, table à repasser sortie pas rangée… comment peut on donner pour «prête » une chambre dont le ménage a été interrompu avant la fin ?? On va à NH parce qu’on attend un service de qualité, pas ce genre d’aventure d’hôtel de seconde classe.

Minibar sin rellenar, debiendo bajar a recepción a avisar para que no lo facturen luego. Y ni siquiera una botella de agua ya que la habían consumido con lo demás. Espejo de pie de la habitación lleno de manos. Limpieza muy limitada Wifi pésimo (6-7a planta) por lo que no pude trabajar lo esperado No es admisible esa categoría y precio con el servicio. Pros: Right across the street from terminal 1. Excellent staff. We were able to check in at noon, even though their check-in technically isn't until 3 PM. Although expensive, the buffet options for dinner and breakfast were very good. The breakfast was probably one of the best buffets I've ever had. Cons - Bed was very firm and the windows in the room did not open. Even though the air conditioning was adequate, I love the ability to breathe in fresh air when I'm spending time in my room.

The room was great, clean, comfortable and quiet. Only thing was that the tv did not get many channels- no CNN, Aljazzera, etc The heating in the room was up.way too high 24,5°!! I turned it down, what a waste of energy tho'!

Unfortunately, we had a very sad experience with NH Lyon. There were 10 family members, and my sister-in-law had her jewelry stolen inside the hotel. In addition, $400 also disappeared. The hotel refused to take responsibility for what happened. After this incident, we spent the rest of our vacation together in the Alps. Following this, we had another reservation for another date, this time December 29, 2025. The reservation was cancelled without a clear reason two days before check-in. This caused me financial loss as I had to book another hotel at the last minute. I hope they improve. Thank you.

The reception staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable – a 4-star experience, including the bed. The amenities were perfect. I highly recommend the restaurant and the incredible buffet. I've rarely seen such a generous, plentiful, and excellent selection. Be careful, though, as it's easy to overindulge! As for the breakfast buffet, oh my goodness, it was perfect. The only slight drawback was that the scrambled eggs could have been a little creamy. The restaurant staff were top-notch and classy, and very pleasant to deal with. The check-in staff were also friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at the NH Hotel in Lyon, my wife experienced a theft inside our hotel room while she was using the hotel’s facilities (gym and breakfast). Her jewelry and wallet were kept inside her handbag in the room. Jewelry with precious stones was taken, while other items were left behind, indicating a selective theft. What made the situation unacceptable was the hotel’s response. We were initially advised not to file a police report, as the hotel stated they were reviewing the situation internally. Hours later, this guidance changed, and we were told to proceed on our own. The hotel did not take responsibility, blamed my wife for not using the room safe, suggested that external insurance should cover the loss, and offered no compensation or gesture of goodwill. Hotels are expected to provide safety and accountability. Unfortunately, this was not our experience here.

Check in was terrible. Only one person on duty despite there being a queue of people. Was told at the desk that I had left on my previous visit without paying a restaurant bill. That however was inaccurate, I had checked out on my previous visit and told everything was in order. I therefore assumed that my meal had been debited from the card I had offered as a deposit. As this was in the early hours of the morning and there was a queue of people waiting to check in I left it till the morning when I had an early departure. However as punishment for what the hotel saw as my transgression I was given a room on the top floor right beside the lift. It was like trying to sleep in a box that is subject to constant scraping and thumping. Needless to say I got no sleep even with earplugs in. I complained when I checked out both about the accusation of leaving without paying my restaurant bill and the horror that had been my room. The desk staff said they would deal with the matter by email. I received nothing from them except a copy of my bill.

No easy way to get from Terminal (raining) to hotel...signage not as good as for the hotel attached to the terminal. But once at NH it was great including a terrific dinner with excellent staff (hostess and servers) and the room was wonderful.

After 10 days traveling, and with an early flight the next morning, it only made sense to stay near the airport. I would hesitate to spend an entire vacation here, unless I had a car, because it is a half hour drive into town. That said, for sheer travel convenience, this place is perfectly located. It is relatively new, clean and contemporary. The lobby is warm and welcoming, as was the staff. The bed and pillows comfortable, and the shower was great.

Great stay at NH hotel, perfect for an overnight stop before an early flight. Junior suite was perfect for kids to be in a separate area, and the sofa bed was very comfy. We enjoyed a buffet dinner in the restaurant, service was excellent.
