This was our second stay at Roydon's and won't be our last. Room was very clean, bed was extra comfortable, the staff are lovely and very helpful. It's a great bonus to find a great place that accommodates dogs.

My young daughter and I stayed here for two nights when she needed an operation (we live about 3h away) The staff were absolutely lovely and the room was really comfy, clean, and nicely decorated. We also used the pool which my daughter enjoyed. Uber eats/menu log could find us easily when we ordered delivery and we also had a nice breakfast that we ordered from the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay - which was appreciated given the circumstances.

We travel for work a lot and also bring our toy cavoodle. This was one of the best pet friendly rooms. It was a mid week stay so the BBQ area out the front of the room was not being used. Could possibly be noisy if it was. Great area for the dog to get to the grass.

This has to be one of the best Motor Inn’s I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were immaculate and well styled. We were very pleased to see that toaster and microwave were included, as well as a decent sized fridge. Staff were extremely helpful and we hope to return whenever staying in Tamworth.

Realistically priced. Managers are very helpful nothing is a bother. Our motel room had everything you need for your stay, beds are very comfortable and the was quiet room. I relaxed in the pool which was very inviting. It is our half way stop driving Sydney to visit family. We have been staying here for years. Th motel is also pet friendly. Across the road are walking trails and sports ovals. We also have breakfast recommend the bacon and poach eggs. Always have takeaway delivery of local Chinese restaurant Dragon Place-great food after a 6 hour drive.

I would like to single out the breakfast service to the room: It arrived at the exact promised time and was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and generous in helping size - never had a better motel breakfast brought to our room before. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, the location is convenient and parking is right outside your door. Great value for money. Although an older motel the rooms have been refurbished to a high standard with obvious thought to the comfort of the guests. Best shower we have ever experienced in a motel. We have stayed at many bottles and this would rate with the best of them.

My husband and I have stayed at Roydons Motor Inn at Tamworth for many years. It is a pet friendly motor Inn where our 2 small dogs were able to stay in our room. Across the road from the Motor Inn is Tamworth Sporting ovals and walkways. A great place to let your dog off leash. The motel rooms have all the mod cons and the contents are updated regularly. They are very clean and even though you are on a busy road it is very quiet. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They cook a very generous bacon and poach eggs on toast at a moderate price. The local Chinese Restaurant has a delivery service and the Malay/Chinese food is of a high standard and delivery is prompt. Walking distance to shopping centre. We travel a lot and the Roydons Motor Inn is one of the best we have stayed in at affordable price.

The owners have done a wonderful job renovating these rooms. They are modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Everything you need for a good night. Great shower, bed and linen. It’s in a noisy spot and not walkable to restaurants etc - that’s the trade off for a pretty competitive rate. I’d stay again.
