Absolutely the worst experience, first of all, our room didn't have air conditioning, we'll there was an appliance there but didn't work, it did came out air form there but hot, they try to fix it however they couldn't, they gave us and stand up fan, that made lots of noise, they couldn't give us other room and no solutions whatsoever, we ended up sleeping without air in plain summer

Staff was very kind and gave us recommendations.

Staff was very cooperative but the facilities need a bit of upgrade. No napkins, limited toiletries.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just around 20-minute ride by direct bus from Venice Piazzale Roma, the main station. Around the hotel, there are several coffee and pizza shops, along with a Lidl supermarket, making it very convenient.The bus stop is just a 2minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and super clean, and the bathroom was excellent too. I particularly loved the balcony.The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, and the staffs are friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Venice. Highly recommended!

The hotel is under new ownership so it had new furnishings. The pillows weren't very nice and the towels thin, but the blockout curtains worked well. There were people arguing a couple of rooms down during the night. The local boys used the hotel corner as a hang out area, they were not a problem but didn't feel comfortable. Make a lovely coffee.
