At check in we were given the room we asked for. The 2 bedroom suite was clean as always. Breakfast is not so varied or tasty but some requests are granted, and staff there are helpfull and friendly. Bellboys always helpful and cleaners are friendly. Some reception staff not good with English and did cause an 800 BHT Booked airport Taxi confusion which nearly may have caused missing our very early morning flight which was distressing and after pointing out the problem, reception finally managed help to arrange another taxi. The hotel is close to BTS and shopping complexes.

Lovely room. Nice hotel. Downside that only one elevator was working so we spent lots of time waiting for the elevator. Even took the stairs from floor 20 because we got tired at waiting for it. Other than that all good.

First of all, I was forced to stay in Bangkok, eight more days than planned due to the situation in the Middle East Evergreen Place, upgraded me, they sent me a basket with fruit Everything was very nice, especially with the cleaning lady, who every day ask me how I was The location is very good, the pool and the gym excellent If I should say, one think that bothered me a little bit, what’s the elevator the only two and it seems that that’s not enough
