Por lo general bien, como otros años, excepto la piscina climatizada que está el suelo deteriorado y mi hijo pequeño se cortó en los dedos. La chica del puesto de socorro necesita un buen curso de primeros auxilios, ya que no tenía ni idea de hacer la cura hechandole alcohol y dejándolo peor de lo que estaba, me dijo que es que el agua oxigenada no salía ( si no corta el pitorrillo como va a salir....le dije . Y que no sabía cómo quitar el pitorro....increíble pero cierto lo que estaba viendo. Que clase de socorrista es...si solo era hacer una simple cura... Por otro lado, tanto en la reserva online en vuestra página como por teléfono en el propio hotel y allí en persona, como bien dije era para una sorpresa de aniversario y todos los años nos suelen poner una botella de cava o algo y este año la chica de recepción me dijo que estaba todo preparado pero en la habitación no había absolutamente nada y ya por fatiga no quise insistir aunque se le haya olvidado a quien lo tuviese que llevar.

Die Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das schlimmste ist die Lage hoch auf einem Berg, weit weg von 2 möglichen Stränden (grobe Kieselstrände). Es soll ein Bus-Shuttle alle 20 min. fahren. In Wirklichkeit nur 1 x pro Stunde. Es passen aber nur 34 Personen in den Bus, so dass man auch mal noch eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten kann. Wenn man Pech hat (wir hatten 2 mal hintereinander Pech) kommt der letzte Bus nicht und man kann eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne eine halbe Stunde lang den steilen Berg zum Hotel hoch laufen. Das Essen in der Kantine ist nie warm, maximal lauwarm oder kalt. Die Atmosphäre in der Kantine gleicht einer industriellen Großkantine - sehr ungemütlich. Der Gesamteindruck war einfach schrecklich, diese Anlage werden wir nie wieder besuchen.

Food is pretty bad. The pool is nice and there are nice balconies in the rooms. The facility is a bit dated and things are pretty banged up. Its not 5 minutes to the beach more like 20-25 up a sognificant hill.

The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc

Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie en ontbijtzaal. Ruime en schone kamers. Lekker ontbijt met ruime keuze. Het hotel ligt op 20 minuten loopafstand van het strand van La Herradura. Berg op en af maar dat is het dubbel en dwars waard. Wat een heerlijk strand met fijne restaurants! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid Hotel Best Alcazar :)

The food is average, but interestingly, the all-inclusive deal does not include drinks at lunchtime or dinner. Not even water or soft drinks. Breakfast includes juices and water. The WiFi internet is abysmal, with a lot of drop-offs. Rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but visitors do smoke on a balcony, so the balcony door needs to be shut to avoid smoke coming inside your room.

Espectacular todo , ha sido una estancia de 10 , me ha tocado una habitación con vista increíble , grande y cómoda , bien separada con otra puerta del pasillo para mayor silencio . La cama enorme y cómoda , el baño con bañera con todo lo que necesitas y más. Mucha amabilidad de parte de los trabajadores, las instalaciones son además divertidas. Lo unico que si llegas caminando hay que subir una cuesta bastante larga y no hay ningún sitio para comprar comida así que si o si se debería comer en el hotel. De todas formas tienen un buffet muy variado Repetiria sin dudas !

El hotel bien, mi problema es con Expedia ya que la habitación que contraté no se parecía en nada a la habitación que me dieron, ya que era una habitación muy pequeña para entrar cuatro personas, hemos estado como ratones enjaulados

Ya es la segunda vez que estoy en este hotel. Muy buenas habitaciones y unas instalaciones en las que cabe destacar los buenos precios del bar de la piscina. Si añadimos pensión y aparcamiento también a precios muy asequibles el resultado es una estancia altamente recomendable.

Lo unico malo es que hay que pagar el parking, por que no hay sitio para aparcar. Y las carreteras son muy estrechas y en cuestas. El hotel bien y los empleados excelentes, para repetir sin duda

The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc

Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie en ontbijtzaal. Ruime en schone kamers. Lekker ontbijt met ruime keuze. Het hotel ligt op 20 minuten loopafstand van het strand van La Herradura. Berg op en af maar dat is het dubbel en dwars waard. Wat een heerlijk strand met fijne restaurants! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid Hotel Best Alcazar :)

Die Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das schlimmste ist die Lage hoch auf einem Berg, weit weg von 2 möglichen Stränden (grobe Kieselstrände). Es soll ein Bus-Shuttle alle 20 min. fahren. In Wirklichkeit nur 1 x pro Stunde. Es passen aber nur 34 Personen in den Bus, so dass man auch mal noch eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten kann. Wenn man Pech hat (wir hatten 2 mal hintereinander Pech) kommt der letzte Bus nicht und man kann eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne eine halbe Stunde lang den steilen Berg zum Hotel hoch laufen. Das Essen in der Kantine ist nie warm, maximal lauwarm oder kalt. Die Atmosphäre in der Kantine gleicht einer industriellen Großkantine - sehr ungemütlich. Der Gesamteindruck war einfach schrecklich, diese Anlage werden wir nie wieder besuchen.

Lo unico malo es que hay que pagar el parking, por que no hay sitio para aparcar. Y las carreteras son muy estrechas y en cuestas. El hotel bien y los empleados excelentes, para repetir sin duda

Food is pretty bad. The pool is nice and there are nice balconies in the rooms. The facility is a bit dated and things are pretty banged up. Its not 5 minutes to the beach more like 20-25 up a sognificant hill.

Espectacular todo , ha sido una estancia de 10 , me ha tocado una habitación con vista increíble , grande y cómoda , bien separada con otra puerta del pasillo para mayor silencio . La cama enorme y cómoda , el baño con bañera con todo lo que necesitas y más. Mucha amabilidad de parte de los trabajadores, las instalaciones son además divertidas. Lo unico que si llegas caminando hay que subir una cuesta bastante larga y no hay ningún sitio para comprar comida así que si o si se debería comer en el hotel. De todas formas tienen un buffet muy variado Repetiria sin dudas !

The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the pools are icy cold and unusable by kids and adults. The food is average, but interestingly, the all-inclusive deal does not include drinks at lunchtime or dinner. Not even water or soft drinks. Breakfast includes juices and water. The WiFi internet is abysmal, with a lot of drop-offs. Rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but visitors do smoke on a balcony, so the balcony door needs to be shut to avoid smoke coming inside your room.
