It was okay, it was cheap, and therefore didn't expect much, reception only open at certain times, which is a pain, room was ok , a little dirty, and bed was hard, but it's proximity to Paris was a plus point (you still have to get a train or tram , 45 mins), as most city hotels are three to four times more expensive.It was a bit tricky to find, as you drive through an industrial estate

Encore une fois, des problèmes rencontrés sur place avec la borne automatique qui ne sait pas retrouver votre réservation, pourtant déjà payée sur Hotels.com le jour même. Résultat chambre payée 2 fois car la borne demande le règlement également. Impossible de faire autrement .... Système vraiment défaillant.....

Horrível, péssimo atendimento, apenas uma jovem morena que foi educada e gentil. Banheiro pequeno, limpeza não favorável, café da manhã muito ruim. Morades de rua entrando no estacionamento no hotel. O hotel tem a recepção e antes da recepção tem uma recepção selfe e fui aquecer um lanche quando cheguei o morador de de rua la dentro tinha tirado a tomada do micro-ondas para carregar o celular, para mim isto foi o cúmulo, um cheiro insuportável. Não recomendo o hotel.

Nous avons réservé 1 chambre PMR et 1 chambre 3 lits pour une nuit. La chambre PMR est spacieuse avec un lit king size confortable. La chambre 3 lits est petite mais reste confortable pour des enfants. Nous avons apprécié l'excellent accueil des réceptionnistes ! Seul bémol : les climatiseurs ne rafraichissent plus suffisamment, les chambres sont restées chaudes, un entretien serait donc à prévoir ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux, mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir des croissants, pains au chocolat et charcuterie pour 6,50 € par personne, cela reste basique mais l'essentiel est présent. Globalement un très bon rapport qualité prix !

It was the first time that we left a hotel on short notice. The surrounding is really shady and the entire hotel looks more like a very cheap motel. Self-Checkin did not work for the first 5 tries (be sure to carry multiple credit cards with you!) and nobody could be reached to help out. However, the worst was the room: It was dirty and the linen have not even been arranged (and, I suppose, also not changed). We immediately contacted Expedia and booked another hotel for the layover of one night.

C’est une catastrophe. J’ai des photos de l’hôtel sale. Il y a des blattes ! Lavabo, chasse d’eau; tout est cassé. Pas de service de ménage, fenêtre enfoncé par des cambrioleurs, jamais réparé ! Obligé de bloquer avec une chaise. Parking jamais fermé, donc des gens de la zone industriel se gare sur le parking. La moitié de ce coin est occupé par des escortes girls ! La HONTE ! Plus jamais !

A fuir! Ils ne répondent même pas au téléphone ni aux messages. En arrivant dans la chambre la lumière était allumé et les lits défaits, les serviettes sales par terre. Ils n'ont jamais nettoyé ni changé les draps. En pleine nuit nous avons du dormir dans les lits sales car personne répondait au téléphone.

Instructions for late arrival were clearly given and check-in was easy, but it all went downhill from there. We found someone sleeping on a rucksack between the doors of reception, which instantly gave the impression of the place being unsafe. The room smelled of tobacco and the towels were all over the place, one in the sink (were you are supposed to leave them when used) and another one on the wardrobe, both wrinkled and slightly stained. I doubt they were even cleaned before our arrival. The room is small, which I expected, but the only thing that seemed prepared for our stay was the bed. All the rest smelled and felt used. I would much rather pay 10€ extra and have a clean room. I feel we were deceived by the pictures, which make everything look spotless and brand new Won't use this chain again.

I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel if you’re staying for tourism. The rooms are extremely small, no room to walk or shower. When I say small, think 160 sq ft. The shower is literally a little corner in an extremely small bathroom. The setup they advertise for sleeping is not functional. If you have luggage, good luck as you’re going to have t climb up and down it with it, and even if you request a first floor, they won’t accommodate you , you’re left to luck of what’s available that day. There’s no real on site staff to help. Again, this place is not for tourism. It appeared to me that it was being used for construction and business workers - we saw people who appeared to be on tourism leaving as well. I had to leave 1 day of my 7 day booking and forced to rent an Airbnb with no refund offered or anything.

The young lady that was at the reception desk was so helpful, she assisted, and answered all my questions. She is trustworthy, nice and helpful. I needed to charge my phone, but i didn't have the European connector type, the receptionist lend me hers, i was so glad she did. She also spoke English which helped a lot. I was stayed in this hotel to go watch the mountain bike event at the Olympics.

We had Two rooms booked and paid for our stay. The system gave us one room door key. We struggled but in vain. We called and left message with no reply. Two of our group had to go to another hotel and pay for a room for the 17night. In the morning I spoke to reception who fully denied every thing. She was a very RUDE and horrible lady who refused to help. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

Two of our group had to go to another hotel and pay for a room for the 17night. In the morning I spoke to reception who fully denied every thing. She was a very RUDE and horrible lady who refused to help. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

Encore une fois, des problèmes rencontrés sur place avec la borne automatique qui ne sait pas retrouver votre réservation, pourtant déjà payée sur Hotels.com le jour même. Résultat chambre payée 2 fois car la borne demande le règlement également. Impossible de faire autrement .... Système vraiment défaillant.....

Self-Checkin did not work for the first 5 tries (be sure to carry multiple credit cards with you!) and nobody could be reached to help out. However, the worst was the room: It was dirty and the linen have not even been arranged (and, I suppose, also not changed). We immediately contacted Expedia and booked another hotel for the layover of one night.

Horrível, péssimo atendimento, apenas uma jovem morena que foi educada e gentil. Banheiro pequeno, limpeza não favorável, café da manhã muito ruim. Morades de rua entrando no estacionamento no hotel. O hotel tem a recepção e antes da recepção tem uma recepção selfe e fui aquecer um lanche quando cheguei o morador de de rua la dentro tinha tirado a tomada do micro-ondas para carregar o celular, para mim isto foi o cúmulo, um cheiro insuportável. Não recomendo o hotel.

Nous avons réservé 1 chambre PMR et 1 chambre 3 lits pour une nuit. La chambre PMR est spacieuse avec un lit king size confortable. La chambre 3 lits est petite mais reste confortable pour des enfants. Nous avons apprécié l'excellent accueil des réceptionnistes ! Seul bémol : les climatiseurs ne rafraichissent plus suffisamment, les chambres sont restées chaudes, un entretien serait donc à prévoir ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux, mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir des croissants, pains au chocolat et charcuterie pour 6,50 € par personne, cela reste basique mais l'essentiel est présent. Globalement un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Instructions for late arrival were clearly given and check-in was easy, but it all went downhill from there. We found someone sleeping on a rucksack between the doors of reception, which instantly gave the impression of the place being unsafe. The room smelled of tobacco and the towels were all over the place, one in the sink (were you are supposed to leave them when used) and another one on the wardrobe, both wrinkled and slightly stained. I doubt they were even cleaned before our arrival. The room is small, which I expected, but the only thing that seemed prepared for our stay was the bed. All the rest smelled and felt used. I would much rather pay 10€ extra and have a clean room. I feel we were deceived by the pictures, which make everything look spotless and brand new Won't use this chain again.
