The room was very humid with signs of mold in the bathroom. We had to keep the door and window open to get some air in. We stayed a family of four, and there was little to no room to unpack. We asked for cleaning which was not done until the second time we asked where we were provided new towels. No change of the trash bin, bed linen etc. The floor looked dirty, there was trash underneath the bed from previous guests. The restaurant was connected to the hotel and included breakfast. Despite all the motivational quotes about fantastic food, the disappointment was real. I wonder if anything was cooked in the kitchen or just reheated. We found a fly in the cereal, the bacon was undercooked and chewy, the waffles were dry even when drenched in sirup. All in all a disappointing experience and we would opt for a different hotel the next time.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel war extrem schmutzig und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war völlig unzureichend. Unser Zimmer war schlecht gemacht und es sah so aus, als wäre die Bettwäsche überhaupt nicht gewechselt worden, was wirklich inakzeptabel ist. Während unserer Reise durch Schottland haben wir in insgesamt fünf verschiedenen Premier Inn Hotels übernachtet. In allen anderen waren wir sehr zufrieden, sowohl was Sauberkeit als auch Komfort anging. Dieses Hotel hingegen war ein kompletter Reinfall und entsprach in keinster Weise dem üblichen Standard der Kette. Aus diesem Grund können wir dieses Premier Inn leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Dommage 2 grandes serviettes pour 4 , pour 2 nuits dont une tres usé avec traces jaune .

Comfortable. Bed was nice. Heat and hot water. The staff at check in was warm and friendly. The tub and and floors could have been cleaner. There were some crumbs under a night stand and though the shower might have been passable for a rough week at home i dont think it would be a nice bath
