The hotel looks very upkept and charming from the outside. When we went to take a shower there was no shower curtain and no shower gel. The shower curtain did get replaced but not the shower gel. The towel rod came loose from the wall. The whole place could use a paint job.

The room was perfect for our four day three night stay in Massachusetts. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and everything we needed was present. The breakfast was great with Belgian waffles, fresh croissants, and fruit. Coffee could be stronger but that’s most hotels…in my opinion. We will stay again if we are back in the area!

The desk staff was not accommodating when we asked for a lower level room. They wanted to charge us more for a less expensive room. They did not provide maid service during our stay.

The room was just ok. You can hear absolutely everything outside going on whether its people or trucks/ cars driving by on the main road. For the price you get what you pay for. The staff was incredibly personable and helpful so none of this is any reflection of them. We had a child running around above our heads for about an hour before i called to inform the front desk to ask them to quiet down. The bed was a king and is HARD. Basic tv no smart tv which is stated but geez. We skipped the breakfast. Didn’t seem all that appealing
