Check-in / Check-out Check-in: Anytime Check-out: 11:00 AM Late check-out may result in additional charges or termination of stay A valid ID card issued by government / valid Passport should be presented , must be physical documentation All guests involved in reservation must provide identification document 2. Payment & Stay Full payment is required before or upon check-in The hostel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay due to rule violations No refunds will be issued in cases of rule violations Any payment already made for services shall not be refunded Animals are not allowed in the hostels 3. No Outside Guests ❌ No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed inside the hostel at any time ❌ This includes all rooms, dorms, and common areas. ✔️ Any unauthorized person will be considered trespassing. ✔️ Violations will result in: Immediate termination of stay (no refund) Removal of all involved persons from the property Police involvement if necessary under the Trespass to Property Act 4. Conduct & Behaviour Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests ❌ No excessive noise, harassment, violence, or illegal activity. ❌ No food and drinks in the room ❌ No room light in the room after 12am midnight ✔️ Guests must follow all instructions from staff 5. Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM From 10:00 p.m. till 6:00 a.m. peace at night has to be kept in all rooms, corridors ,the grounds and common areas. All noise should be avoided. Failure to observe the peace at night may result in immediate ejection 6. Safety & Security ❌ Do not allow individuals to enter the premises ✔️ Guests may only use their assigned bed/room ✔️ The hostel reserves the right to enter rooms for safety, maintenance, or emergencies - Our women’s dormitories are intended to provide a comfortable and safe environment for guests whose gender is listed as female on their government-issued identification. Management reserves the right to reassign accommodations when necessary to ensure guest safety, comfort, and operational requirements. 7. Damage & Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused and any hostel asset lost will be charged accordingly The hostel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings 8. Right to Refuse Service / Removal The hostel reserves the right to: Refuse service to anyone Immediately terminate a stay without refund Any person who refuses to leave when instructed will be treated as trespassing and may be removed with police assistance By staying at this hostel, you agree to abide by all house rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. Check Inn CA Policy and Conditions: Cancellation policy: The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
