There was construction happening next door to the hotel so it was often noisy early in the morning (beginning at 6a). My room appeared clean up in check in but after unpacking I saw hair in the sink, shower and in all the corners of bathroom. There was also mold visible in the bathroom shower and on the ceiling. The shower door fell off one morning because the track and wheel had rusted & fell off. There were used napkins and Kleenex’s on the sides of the bed as well. The pool and outdoor areas were clean & inviting as well as the lobby and eating areas. The front desk were attentive and present when I came to and from the hotel each day as well. The hotel also offered a Grubhub primer which was unexpected and convenient. The Wi-Fi was strong and fast too.

The room was really nice. The property was really nice and quiet. The pool was alluring. I would give the stay 4 stars, only because the shower in my room didn’t appear to be the cleanest. It looked like there was a little mold in there.

Very clean hotel and very friendly employees. My husband is disabled and we were placed on an emergency in case there was an emergency. We stayed with our service dog (she’s a big girl) and we’re treated very well. They have an animal relief area complete with a picnic table and waste station. Breakfast was good with many options. My only issue was the back door leading into the hotel was very fickle. You use your room key to gain entry. This door liked our room keys sometimes but usually did not. When you are disabled in a wheelchair, this is not very easy to deal with as going around the entire hotel to the front doors is the only other option. And the front doors lock at specific time. I did report this to the front desk who said he would have maintenance look at it, but since people slam the door often, it probably won’t get fixed, or stay fixed. (Not exact words). Overall, very clean, friendly and a great stay!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern looking suites. Quick check-in, free parking right in front of the buidling. Safe neighborhood. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. I do wish the kitchen had dishrags and liquid dish soap. (They do give you dishwasher powder.) Other than that, very happy with this facility.

we always enjoy our stay here when we are at the pool, hot tub, front desk staff friendly, breakfast good, and comfy bed. I was worried about the elevator this visit it was shaking and it sounded like it needed someone to look at it for maintenance. It just made me uncomfortable. It's been our second stay now but I'm not sure if ac outside of the rooms broken or they just like to keep it warm in hallways. That's my only issue this visit.

The room was smelly and filthy. The door didn’t lock properly. But most of all, someone deliberately keyed my car in the parking lot and the manager said there was no camera recording…! The only camera they had was for the main entrance. So whatever happens in the parking lots, no one will notice And it’s your own risks.

Room was excellent. The LED lights took a little bit to turn on so the room felt VERY dark for a bit. Otherwise, it was impeccably clean, spacious. Breakfast was very good, and we will 100% stay at this location again. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you might need. I was only disappointed in myself that I didn't bring anything to cook my picky eater something :D

Very clean and staff wonderful. However, the mattresses in our 2 bedroom king suite were very uncomfortable and worn out. Pillows too soft without any neck support. Time to upgrade or change those out. Offer a firm and soft choice of pillows. The mattresses though? Buy some better replacements.

We liked that everything was super clean inside and out, the employees were very friendly. 🥰 the only thing is the shower 🚿 the water did not come out under pressure, there was very little water. But everything else is excellent ❤️

We all loved the room layout, so nice to have a separate living room and the sofa was comfy. The bed sheets were super soft and the kitchen was way more than we had expected. Service was nice and the breakfast excellent. I loved the overnight oatmeal. We were all there for a wedding and everyone enjoyed your amenities.

Overall ok experience. Second morning they either didn’t prepare enough or were done serving breakfast at 9. Sadly we were leaving and hoped to grab a bite before heading out on our 4 hour drive. The room size was good, kitchen satisfied our needs since we brought our dog. Decor in room is horrible and dated, shower had zero water pressure. Mattress was ok but pillows extremely uncomfortable.

When I arrived late in the evening, I was told that I didn't have a reservation. Then the hotel offered to book me a room, but I explained that I already had paid Travelocity for the two nights & showed my confirmation number and my receipt. I had to stand at the front desk for an hour while Travelocity talked to the hotel, and the lady at the front desk struggled to get the reservation corrected. She had to call someone to get the reservation complete in the system. Then when I got into a room, it wasn't the room that I paid for - it was a smaller room without a door between the living room and bedroom. I paid for a larger room. By that time, it was after 9PM and I was exhausted, so I stayed in the smaller room.

However, my cc was charged 2 additional times for reservations that were not mine. Called Hotels.com and was told they didn't make the charges. Called my cc CS dept to ensure my card hadn't been compromised. My cc CS confirmed the charges but said they had been reverse. Finally, I was very surprised that the breakfast had no bacon, sausage, nor fruits. They only had powered eggs, biscuits, and cream. There was no orange juices. Much less serving than what Homewood has provided in the past.

General manager is atrocious. She had a tantrum in from of me and her own staff . Night before she yelled at the staff making them cry over the phone. They have a new system and the GM wasnt willing to admit there are issues including not registering charges made by debit/credit on their pay systems. Rooms are clean. Bedding is ok. Hard mattresses and you can hear people in room above.

You can tell they take care of their hotel & take pride in it. Everyone was so kind. The room was clean & beautiful you can tell the housekeeping takes pride in their work. Check in staff were kind, so nice & accommodating anything we needed, information for restaurants or questions they were happy to answer. Thanks for a great stay you are by far a 5 STAR!!! Hotel in my book 😊

Great hotel! Was staying here out of town for a wedding. There was a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue. Front desk Syed was nice and helpful! Enjoyed our stay!

I stayed here during the 2025 Presidential Inauguration. It was a nice hotel. Great rooms, staff were friendly and only a 15 minute drive to the Ashburn Metro station! Overall great value for the price. Definitely would recommend if visiting DC on a budget.

My family had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. The hotel was conveniently located only 10 minutes from the event we were attending, and only 5 minutes from tons of restaurants. The staff were friensly amd welcoming. They also had a thorough knowledge of the area. The complimentary breakfast was actually full, quality meal. 10/10 will stay here again.
