When I checked in the man took a photo of my ID with his phone. When I asked why he did that he said their scanner was broken and he needed a copy of it. Something felt off about that and the whole place gave a creepy vibe. The floors were so dirty! The room smelled like cigarettes and the toilet would not stop running. I was told I couldn’t get a different room or a refund. I left immediately.

Minus… I feel the price was a little steep. Broken light bulb socket and carpets needed cleaned . Breakfast area was sparse and room was very warm and uncomfortable. Plus.. bed was clean and staff was nice.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! This hotel was a nightmare for our family. We were disgusted by the stained, stuffy carpets on the stairs, hallways, and in our room. I hope those stains were not from "pet-friendly hotel" business. The bedsheets were also stained, so we couldn't even bring ourselves to cover up with them—we had to use our own clothes instead. Sleep was impossible anyway because the hotel sits right next to the highway, and the roaring traffic noise kept us awake all night. Charging $140 a night for dirty rooms and zero sleep is absurd. The breakfast didn't help either; it was just basic toast, bagels, and cereal, and the waffle batter was so watered down that the waffles came out soggy and mushy. Parking was also very limited. Luckily we arrived early to find the last one spot for us.
