The heater to the pool was not working. We were told we could use the pool across the street instead. Got to that pool and found out it was closed as well. Very disappointed 😞 😔

There was a problem with the key card system. Our room keys needed re-programming a couple of times and no one could open the fitness facility because the key reader was broken. The breakfast was terrible and the carpets needed a good cleaning. We would not stay there again. Glad it was only one night.

Great, helpful staff. Pool was out of order as they have been waiting on a part for well over a month. Breakfast was nice every morning. Complimentary ice tea and lemon water in the lobby. Definitely convenient location to the freeways. Spacious rooms.

The fact that this hotel was rated exellent was a joke. From the moment we pulled up we felt like we had been ripped off. The parking lot had absolutely no street lights on the entire stay. When I checked in the woman at the front desk was more interested in having a discussion with another someone else and having a conversation on her phone then helping me. The elevator barely worked. We didnt use it after the first time. It was later marked out of order. The room was moldy smelling, damp, and had water stains on the ceiling. There was peeling drywall throughout the room and the rest of the hotel. We even saw mold in what should have been a vending area but was empty. The sad part about it is we stayed in this hotel maybe 4 years ago and it was really nice. The only good part about our stay was walking out the door when we left.

We stayed in a suite since there were 6 of us. As soon as we opened the door, the musty smell hit. The carpet was even damp. We all woke up feeling sick with headaches. The hallway also had an odor. Staff were kind and breakfast was fine.

Mold on second story ceiling in hall way. Floor in room very rough and bumpy. The floor by the ac unit on wall is almost nonexistent and felt like I was going to fall through. Just felt dirty.

The staff is very friendly but this place is absolutely disgusting. There were someone's dirty clothes in the pool area, dirty towels on the floor in the pool, old food on the floor, the water had a whole wigs worth of hair in it. The room had stains EVERYWHERE. the furniture was black from stains, spider webs on the ceiling. It was just really gross and i will not stay at comfort suites again. We could not wait to check out.

It was a relaxing weekend!! Did not try the breakfast or go to the pool area, just relaxed. It was close to food and shopping which was nice. The room was not terrible gross but you can tell short cut in cleanliness was done. There was hand prints on the head board, a cob web from ceiling to water spicket, mirror in bathroom was smeared. But I have seen worse, so not as bad as it could be!!

The room smelled a little moldy/musty and the tv, microwave & shower head didn't work properly. Dead flies littered the top of the air unit. But the service was nice and said they'd fix things for the next guest. I hope they do.

There was an actual hole in the floor/wall junction by the a/c unit and another hole/depression in front of the unit covered by carpet. It was hot in the room so turned on a/c which was extremely loud. The room is large but the bed was wedged between a pony wall and the exterior wall so the person next to the wall had no room to get in and out of bed.

Took 4 attempts to get into a room. First room TV didn’t work. No apology - switched rooms key didn’t work - then gave us room with wrong beds - new room key didn’t work again - then finally did and person working did not think the inconvenience of it all was a big deal. Breakfast was medicore

The reviews say people had problems with their room keys. I didn’t think it would be that big of deal but it turned out to be a huge deal. I was locked out of my room for over 2 hours. There wasn’t anyone working the front desk. Had to call corporate and they called the owner. An employee that takes care of the pool took care of the situation. I canceled th rest of my reservation and left.

James, the guy working the desk was fantastic at making sure everyone had everything they needed. He definitely went the extra mile to put a smile on everyone he encountered faces. The clerk who helped me check in was a true gentleman! I enjoyed his cheerful attitude very much! All the staff was very pleasant and the weekend was clearly a busy one with graduation, baseball tournaments and everything else. They juggled all the jobs with grace despite the fact that they seemed to short-staffed.

Probably one of my worse stays in recent memory. Maybe i just got a bad room. Hopefully it wasnt like that for others. Heater had trouble working and no hot water in my room. Most of the problems started later at night where it was too late to do anything about it. They were shorthanded which was very obvious. Check in took a long time. Room wasn't ready for about an hr. After checking in. Nothing against the front desk clerk, but she was trying to do the work of 3 people and looked very stressed. I felt bad for her. It was only for 1 night so i toughed it out in my room.

The room needed some attention. Shower had something fall off the wall at some point and tore wall paper and drywall out there was a spot on the wall behind sofa that was missing paint a drywall, and next to the aircondioner there was a place that looked rough. Concrete and bricks were crumbling. Front desk guy was less than friendly. Our keys to room didn’t work well? I think it might have been the lock on handle.

Next to very busy 1-35, at times heavy truck traffic. if you are a light sleeper could be a problem. Get a room on other side if possible. breakfast had good choices, eggs, bacon waffles, yogurt. many restaurants close by.

My family and I have stayed at this property for several years. It is definitely in need of updates and repairs. Overall, it was clean, but is looking very run down. Carpet in our room was worn. Sofa very saggy and loose. Only one person staffed in the morning to manage checkouts and breakfast. Breakfast left a lot to be desired; stale biscuits/bread products, empty fruit bowls, gravy that appeared to be reheated from previous days. At check out I had a list of things needing maintenance attention in our room. Overall, I would return to this property again, just because it is convienent for our needs when in Salina KS. Hopefully though, there are updates on the horizon.

The little asian lady that ran the breakfast was aweaome! She was so hospitable and made some awesome breakfast burritos! Our room was sooo clean. Room 102 and we had so much room, 2 queens and a sofa sleeper! Will definitely stay again. Older property, but well kept!

When I checked in the gentleman was on the phone discussing a guest on the second floor and how to handle getting them removed. We had three adults and three children on our reservation. We had a suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa which is what I requested. We had three bath towels and our a/c fan was not blowing. The room was very warm. I went down to the desk to get towels and see about the AC problem. I was given the towels but was told nothing could be done about the A/C, after a while it will cool down. I wasnt happy but at that point there wasnt a sollution so we hat a hot night. I had to make another trip downstairs to get sheets for the sofa bed because there were none in the room. Breakfast in the morning, cold eggs. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

This was rated an 8.8 and nearly $200. Not even close to worth the cost. The night clerk was out front smoking when we arrived. The room smelled like smoke and marijuana. The beds were ok, but everything felt dingy and run down. Room is very small and tight. Mold in shower. Original toilet seat with chips and cracks in it. The breakfast lady was extremely rude and not helpful. The coffee was cold and she did not offer to brew more. Def
