Ein gelungener Urlaub , jedoch ist es sehr schade , dass mit einem Aquaworld Hotel geworben wird und es so wenig Ringe zum rutschen gibt und die Rutschen so früh schließen … ansonsten ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Service… alle Mitarbeiter sind stets bemüht, alles zu geben…

Grote familie hotel met goeie personeel. Veel groen en voor ieder leeftijd is er wat te doen. 16+ relax pool is een aanrader als je geen kids om je heen wilt. Strand is breed en groot. Het hotel heeft zeker heel veel onderhoud nodig! Het is geen elite hotel, maar jammer dat niet alle kamers een badkuip hebben. Eten is prima.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist schon etwas älter aber voll in Ordnung. Auch die vielen Sport Möglichkeiten ist gut. Leider ist abends nur die Lobby Bar als einzige Anlaufstelle möglich im Hotel, somit bei dem großen Hotel unmöglich entspannt einen Drink zu sich zunehmen ohne lange anstellen.

Toller Pool mit verschiedenen Rutschen, ideal für ein Familienurlaub.

Personal und Sauberkeit waren okay. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung. Die Aktivitäten finden leider häufig zeitgleich statt und dazwischen längere Leerzeiten (z.B. Bogenschiessen und Dart um 16 bis 17 Uhr). Das Essen schmeckt, die Auswahl ist sehr gross und man kann praktisch den ganzen Tag über irgendwo Snacken. Die Lage ist gut, in 5 Autominuten ist man im Stadtzentrum Belek (Taxi 5-10 Euro). Dort ist es sehr touristisch, alles in Euro bezahlbar und voll mit klassischen Touristenshops. Der Stand war unser Highlight. Sehr sauber, ruhig und man fand meist einen Liegestuhl. Das Hotel ist klassisch auf Familien ausgerichtet, viele Hochstühle und Rutschbahnen/Aktivitäten.

10 night stay. Pools were great and beach is lovely. Kids loved the ice cream hut. We enjoyed the night entertainment and dj partys. Foam pool party on Friday and Monday were good fun. The rooms are basic and slightly dated but beds are comfy enough to get a good sleep. Air con was acceptable and did cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. Lots of choice in food but not to the best qualities. The Mexican and Turkish specialty resturants were no better. We got what we expected for the price we paid and was happy. Staff were friendly and polite. Local taxi were quite expensive for such short trips.

Alors nous avons plusieurs points à voir pour cet Asteria... Nous avions fait fait avec mon épouse un Asteria il y a quelques années et je peux vous dire qu'on est très très loin de ce standard... Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais certaines choses sont à revoir .. -Chambres catastrophique avec odeur persistante venant des sanitaires, toilette bouche des le 1er jour, moustiquaire cassé , douche a revoir, coffre cassé qui a été changé , volet des portes fenêtres inutilisable.. bref la chambre est très vétuste et a refaire.. -nous sommes arrivés a 21h15 le samedi et on nous a proposé aucun repas , nous avons du courir au restaurant afin de pouvoir prendre un p'tit truc a manger après un long voyage. Le personnel dans l'ensemble est gentil. - la piscine principale est chaude et sale et vétuste ... Les 2 autres piscines étaient bien surtout la Family pool mais faut y aller pour trouver une place sur toutes les piscines car les gens ne respectent rien en laissant leur serviette toute la journée mais ça c'est parce que c'est toléré par le personnel et donc nous nous sommes retrouvés plusieurs fois à mettre nos affaires a même le sol - toboggan au top et plage au top - restaurant bien avec plusieurs choix ,très varié mais dommage qui y avait pas plus de spécialités turc... - parc du complexe très beau et très verdoyant - animation catastrophique qui n'est pas du tout adapté a des enfants. Asteria est un bon hôtel où vous passerez quand meme un bon séjour

Abgewohntes Hotel. Das Zimmer war erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung halbwegs sauber geputzt. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat den Namen nicht verdient. Service und Personal waren aber TOP!!!! Sehr freudlich, sehr zuvorkommend, sehr bemüht. Die Anlage im Gesamten ist sehr grün. Der Strand und der Pool waren auch sehr gut. Schöne Abendveranstaltungen. Viel Programm für Kinder. Das Essen war gut, große Auswahl.

This is a a very large resort. The beach has lovely golden sand and is very well maintained. There are plenty of loungers for all those who want one. The swimming area is large and roped off. The main pool is well presented as are the gardens throughout the property. The main buffet area and choices are plentiful. Staff friendliness was a mix and should be reviewed. The Fitness Centre is in disrepair and should be invested in immediately. The guest rooms and bathrooms are ok. The waterpark needs more inflatables. All this said, this is not a 5 star property. We rate it maximum 3.5 to 4 stars. Expedia should really reclassify this hotel.to match the stay of the facilities as mentioned.

The best beach in the area. Greenest territory around. Very clean. Walking distance to close town nearby Belek. Amazing staff. Delicious food with great choices for all age groups. Water park is a big plus. Many guests but never overcrowded. Amazing place!!!!!

Otelde temizlik namına birşey yok. Havuzların zemini bile pis, Aqua merdivenlerindeki paspaslar yırtık, yemekler sözde çeşitli ama hiç lezzetli değil, yani kısacası hijyene dikkat etmeyen bir yönetimi olan pis bir otel

Overall, our stay was okay, but we won’t be returning. We spent 10 days in the two-story loft room, which we didn’t feel was worth the extra cost unless you truly need the additional space. The room itself was disappointing—floors were never cleaned, and housekeeping only occasionally refreshed the room. The resort grounds were well-kept, with a nice beach area, a lively large pool that was always very crowded, and a quieter relaxation pool we enjoyed. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, though communication was sometimes difficult since most spoke primarily Turkish, Russian, or limited English. The food was mostly very good, but I unfortunately experienced food poisoning for three days, likely from salads or undercooked meat. Other frustrations included extremely slow Wi-Fi, which was completely down in our room for more than two days. If your idea of a vacation is drinking heavily, lounging by a crowded pool, and loading up on buffet-style food, you’ll probably enjoy this resort. But if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is not the place for you.

Alles IO bis auf die Sauberkeit, die ersten Tage wurde gründlich gereinigt und die letzten 2 Tage nur auf Anfrage bei den Damen ob mein Zimmer vergessen wurde. Ansonsten super Essen und immer freundliches Personal

Leider Zimmer alt und nicht sauber. Trotz Rückmeldung nicht sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle unzufrieden. KIDS CLUB schrecklich. Mitarbeiter kümmern sich nicht um die Kinder und spielen mit dem Handy. Abends die Animation gab es nicht jeden Tag und die Animationen sind mittelmäßig. Strand ist schön. Pool war nicht sauber. Wir haben 10 Nächte verbracht. Leider allgemein nicht ausreichend und entäuschend.

ROOM: We were in room 6306 and even though it was spacious, it could have been better! ❌Little issues like missing skirtings, marks on walls, broken blinds, bath didn’t drain, no cups for tea/coffee, mini fridge hardly filled up, only 4 beds for 5 people, tv’s didn’t work… ✅ Lots of room, beds made daily, powerful shower, 5th bed brought when requested next day, cups brought when requested same day, 2 large bathrooms, mezzanine was fab for family, nice balcony, garden view (peaceful), air con was good, lots of storage space… CLEANLINESS: ❌Room cleaning wasn’t great standard, blob of suncream or something on staircase in room when we arrived which was there until we left!, a good few days no toilet roll was given, same sand on floor for 3 days, toilets not cleaned thoroughly, sticky hand prints on glass all around the hotel which was there the whole 11 days, piles of plates and rubbish in corridors for days, often dirty cups when handed drinks… ✅Beds made daily (not sure if clean sheets daily!), sinks cleaned, fresh towels daily, thorough cleanliness around the pool, always bartenders collecting cups and plates etc, sun loungers clean.. POOLS: ❌Water slide cut my son’s foot (ripped skin off), busy pool bar- long queues! ✅Beautiful pools, clean, tidy, lots of sun loungers available, lots of umbrellas, lots of choice of pools, relax pool is stunning, lovely water temperature, pool activities great, DJ great, lots of room.. Schöne Anlage, gut gepflegt und es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und alles was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt. Rießige Essensauswahl und immer was geboten auch an Animation. Sind das zweite mal dort und würden wieder hingehen.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind nicht so wie beschrieben, sehr sehr dreckig. Der Boden wird gar nicht geputzt, selbst nachdem die Putzfrau da war, war es sehr dreckig. wegen eines Sitzplatzes beim Abendessen oder dem Frühstück musste man sich prügeln. Das Essen schmeckte gar nicht. Kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, alles abgestanden und es stank nach Kanalisation. am Poolrand stand ein offener Elektrikkasten mit offener Stromzufuhr; nach zweimaligen aufmerksam machen auf die Gefahr wurde immer noch nicht gehandelt. Bilder sind vorhanden und können gerne zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bloß nicht zu empfehlen !!!

Ich war vor zwei Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel (ehemals Aquaworld Belek) und es ist immer noch sehr schön. Leider hat sich an der Anlage nicht viel verändert, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich weiß, dass das Hotel älter ist und renoviert wird, aber es war doch an vielen Stellen recht schmutzig, auch im Zimmer. Das Personal hat zwar sauber gemacht, aber es hätte besser sein können. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung hätte nicht geschadet. Das Personal war meistens freundlich, vor allem weil mein Mann Türkisch spricht, aber als wir eine andere Familie kennengelernt haben, die nicht so gut behandelt wurde, hat man gemerkt, dass es da Unterschiede gibt. Die Fotografen und der Betreiber der Wassersportgeräte waren ziemlich aufdringlich. besonders der Fotograf Superman. Einer der Betreiber der Wassersportgeräte verfolgte sogar meine Bekannte bis ins Meer und versuchte, sie dort anzufassen. Was für mich so gar nicht geht. Der Kinderpool weiter hinten hatte große Schäden. Ich musste aufpassen, dass meine Kinder sich dort nicht verletzen oder auch schlimmeres. Was mich sehr gestört hat, war die Rettungsschwimmerin, die bei jeder Kleinigkeit Pfiff. Die Rezeption war eher unfreundlich, aber es gab auch einen positiven Lichtblick: Halil an d. Poolbar war super nett. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch, und ich habe die Befürchtung, dass die Qualität nachlässt. Ich bin enttäuscht, weil ich seit 15 Jahren jedes Jahr in d. Türkei war

The staff were friendly. The property had lot of pools and a very good relax pool for adults. However, the bars around the pools had very limited options although it says ultra all inclusive not sure what the ultra is. Only the lobby bar served some good beverages but it is too far from the pools. The food is not bad but not exciting. Everday the same menu almost. The room is very old and the bed is uncomfortable. Air conditioning at night is automatically shut down not sure why so you wake up all wet from the heat. Many times You have to tell them to clean the room otherwise it was left uncleaned. I was supposed to get a garden view duplex room an upgrade for being a gold member however i got a very bad duplex room with no view.

Very beautifull resort, food was great, staff were very friendly and helpfull but the rooms very not 5star worthed. Rooms were old, the facilities in rooms were poor. Airco was making too much noise.

Das Hotel ist super schön in einer Art “Wald” gelegen. Die Wege sind kurz, die Pools und liegen ausreichend vorhanden. Leider ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend renoviert werden. Es sind einfach viele Defekte in den Zimmern, Schränke, Hocker, Bodenleisten, einfach defekt. Das Bad ist veraltet und ist sehr abgenutzt. Das Essen ist jedoch reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, hier wird nicht gespart. Der Strand ist gut, die liegen in großen Mengen vorhanden.

Eine sehr große Anlage und sehr weitläufig. Wir sind mit zwei weiteren Familien eingereist. Eine der Familie hatte ein 3 Jahre altes Kind und wurde weit vom Hauptrestaurant und Hauptpool verlagert. Die Zimmer Einrichtung waren sehr alt (kann man sogar als Antik bezeichnen), das Badezimmer sehr alt, verschimmelt und schmutzig, die Lüftung im Bad hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. In den ganzen zwei Wochen wurde unsere Bettwäsche 1x gewechselt. Der Boden wurde 1x geputzt und das auch nur oberflächlich, was unter und hinter dem Bett war, blieb bis zum Schluss liegen. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Zum Essen gab es leider jeden Tag das Gleiche und sehr wenig gewürzt, teilweise hat sogar Salz gefehlt. Es gab aber mehrere a lá Cart Restaurants in dem man insgesamt 2x pro Zimmer reservieren dürfte. Was wir Vorteilhaft fanden, war, dass die Anlage bei der Größe mehrere Pools hatte. Es war sogar ein Relax Pool ab 16 Jahren vorhanden, aber leider gab es zu wenig Liegen an dieser Pool. Für uns kommt dieses Hotel nicht nochmal in Frage.

Harika bir doğal alan içinde kurulu otelde iş için 2 gece kaldım. Fiyat uygundu. Otel kalabalık olması sebebi ile restoranda rahat yer bulmak sorun oldu. İkram edilen içkilerin markası bildiğim markalar olmadığından çok deneyemedim . Odanın ekipmanları belki de sezon sonu olduğu için biraz yıpranmıştı ama hertaraf temizdi. Cuma akşamı eğlencesi çok iyiydi

Nice hotel with huge well kept and very green area. Good food and fast service at the bars. We stayed at family room located far away from the main restaurant and pool - about 10 minutes walk. Rooms are outdated with bad light, no toiletries were provided, which is very uncommon for Turkey. They offer free mini bar with one daily replacement, but it was never filled up during our 4 day stay. In general it is a good 4* hotel.

Die Hotelanlage ist weitläufig und großzügig angelegt. Es ist angenehm und viel Platz trotz der Menge an Gästen. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend und anständig ausgestattet, nur das Bad hat eine Modernisierung dringend nötig. Sonst aber, ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

The buffet food and Mexican ala carts (only ala carte) restaurante available for us to book) were awful. Luckily the pool side bar that was open from 11am - 2am wasn’t bad which saved us for the week. Room smelt damp. Shower flooded and we had to call reception every day to top up mini bar. Maid knocked on our door every morning at 9am to clean.

They hotel is good but what i saw there the staff they were overladed and they couldn’t provide good service to us , also the food in restaurants it was not in good level

It was amazing, they also allow us to have an early check in at 10 am, as our flight was in the morning. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The place is family friendly, all of us enjoyed so much. Yes also the food was amazing and every meal was different and delicious.

Hotel grounds are a bit hilly, so fair bit of incline changes. Accessiblity ramps are everywhere. Staff, overall good, some need to be taught how to smile though. Not many of the staff speak any English but not really a problem. Cleanliness, overall pretty good, minor things with bins at main pool being dirty, rooms were clean and tidy. Food, very good actually, decent selection of hot and cold food, like any all inclusive bit repetitive. Restaurants, this was the hotels major let down and why I would give it 5 stars, the main restaurant is simply too small, so finding a table is pot luck and involved walking around for 10-15 mins to wait for one to become available. It's a free for all, although main restaurant opens at 7, they were allowing people in at 6.30, so either get there early or about 8pm. There's two other restaurants that serve an al a carte menu, worth going to, but they don't open on Sunday. So main restaurant is packed on a Sunday. Lunch was much better, more open places and worked much better. Maintenance, gardens and grounds are well looked after, but other areas are neglected, broken tiles Overall the place is trying really hard to be a 5 star but falls short on simple things, but it's one of the better hotels I've been to in the area for trying to be 5 stars.

Wir waren 11 Tage in dieser Anlage und waren absolut zufrieden mit allem. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit die Managerin Tatiana , an der Rezeption der Berkan sowie viele andere wie der Muhammet waren immer da wenn man sie braucht

The worst hotel, the worst staff ever. I have traveled 71 countries and stayed at thousands of hotel. This is absolutely the worst people.

The front desk was terrible, they were not helpful at all. The rest of the hotel staff was great

Son dakika şansımıza mıdır bilinmez ana binada 6.Katta konaklama şansı bulduğumuz için odayı banyo dışında beğendiğimizi söylebilirim. Banyo eskiydi perde vardı ve kokuyordu. Yemek konusuna gelince yemekler genel olarak iyi et ve mezeler konusunda çeşitlilik azdı, aynı menüler tekrar ediyordu. Akşam yemeklerinde özellikle otelin kapasite üzerinde misafir ağırladığı belli oluyordu. Oturmak için masa sırası bekliyorduk. Tükenen yemeklerin yenisi ya gelmiyordu ya da çok geç geliyordu. Otel çalışanları dört dörtlüktü bahsetmeden geçemeyeceğim. Hepsi üst düzey efor sarf ediyordu ve güler yüzlü son derece saygılıydılar. Sosyal etkinlikler fena değil. A la carte yetersizdi en azından italyan restoranı için konuşacak olursak söyleyebilirim. Havuzunun büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Snack restoran ortalama ve dondurma iyi marka idi. Village odalardan rutubetli kötü bir oda gelmiş olsa idi şuan tamamen farklı ve son derece berbat bir yorum yapacağımı tahmin ediyorum. Tv kanalları sürekli donuyordu. Çay ve kahve servis edilen dükkan ile çalışanları da çok iyiydi onu da söylemeden geçemeyeceğim.

The hotel is good. Staff was very friendly and the Hotel Management very customer-oriented and focused! Furthermore, the restaurant provides always fresh and delicious food. The beach is very beautiful and clean. You can have a great time at this hotel while enjoying the relaxing surroundings.

Restaurants, this was the hotels major let down and why I would give it 5 stars, the main restaurant is simply too small, so finding a table is pot luck and involved walking around for 10-15 mins to wait for one to become available. It's a free for all, although main restaurant opens at 7, they were allowing people in at 6.30, so either get there early or about 8pm. There's two other restaurants that serve an al a carte menu, worth going to, but they don't open on Sunday. So main restaurant is packed on a Sunday. Lunch was much better, more open places and worked much better. Maintenance, gardens and grounds are well looked after, but other areas are neglected, broken tiles Overall the place is trying really hard to be a 5 star but falls short on simple things, but it's one of the better hotels I've been to in the area for trying to be 5 stars.

Overall, our stay was okay, but we won’t be returning. We spent 10 days in the two-story loft room, which we didn’t feel was worth the extra cost unless you truly need the additional space. The room itself was disappointing—floors were never cleaned, and housekeeping only occasionally refreshed the room. The resort grounds were well-kept, with a nice beach area, a lively large pool that was always very crowded, and a quieter relaxation pool we enjoyed. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, though communication was sometimes difficult since most spoke primarily Turkish, Russian, or limited English. The food was mostly very good, but I unfortunately experienced food poisoning for three days, likely from salads or undercooked meat. Other frustrations included extremely slow Wi-Fi, which was completely down in our room for more than two days. If your idea of a vacation is drinking heavily, lounging by a crowded pool, and loading up on buffet-style food, you’ll probably enjoy this resort. But if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is not the place for you.

Eine sehr große Anlage und sehr weitläufig. Wir sind mit zwei weiteren Familien eingereist. Eine der Familie hatte ein 3 Jahre altes Kind und wurde weit vom Hauptrestaurant und Hauptpool verlagert. Die Zimmer Einrichtung waren sehr alt (kann man sogar als Antik bezeichnen), das Badezimmer sehr alt, verschimmelt und schmutzig, die Lüftung im Bad hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. In den ganzen zwei Wochen wurde unsere Bettwäsche 1x gewechselt. Der Boden wurde 1x geputzt und das auch nur oberflächlich, was unter und hinter dem Bett war, blieb bis zum Schluss liegen. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Zum Essen gab es leider jeden Tag das Gleiche und sehr wenig gewürzt, teilweise hat sogar Salz gefehlt. Es gab aber mehrere a lá Cart Restaurants in dem man insgesamt 2x pro Zimmer reservieren dürfte. Was wir Vorteilhaft fanden, war, dass die Anlage bei der Größe mehrere Pools hatte. Es war sogar ein Relax Pool ab 16 Jahren vorhanden, aber leider gab es zu wenig Liegen an dieser Pool. Für uns kommt dieses Hotel nicht nochmal in Frage.

The property was lovely, could’ve been better if it was up to date. The bathroom doors don’t have locks, the blinds for the bathroom is OUTSIDE of the bathroom!! AC wasn’t working as it should. Housekeeping only done the beds, NOT sweep or clean properly. Having a lovely apartment but we had to compromise on the food. Food was not nice at all! Same food EVERYDAY, very bland. Myself and the kids had chips, pasta and burgers everyday. Being in Turkey you would’ve thought you would get decent Turkish food. The A LaCarte Turkish restaurant wasn’t any better, just food taken from the rest and plated fancier. Would not be returning anytime soon. Different pools were lovely, beach was amazing!! So yes some nice things but the food definitely was a let down…

The food didn’t taste good. And they serve the same thing everyday. And also when it is all inclusive usually that includes room service.

Harika bir doğal alan içinde kurulu otelde iş için 2 gece kaldım. Fiyat uygundu. Otel kalabalık olması sebebi ile restoranda rahat yer bulmak sorun oldu. İkram edilen içkilerin markası bildiğim markalar olmadığından çok deneyemedim . Odanın ekipmanları belki de sezon sonu olduğu için biraz yıpranmıştı ama hertaraf temizdi. Cuma akşamı eğlencesi çok iyiydi

Odaya girişin 15:00’te olması ve Restaurantta yer bulma sorunu dışında harikaydı.

Öncelikle otel Antalya’nın en gözde tatil bölgesinde ve 5 yıldızlı otel olması nedeniyle hizmet ve kaliteli olacağı düşüncesi ile seçtim ama maalesef tam bir hayal kırıklığı ile karşılaştım Yemek kalitesi oldukça vasat her gün tavuk ve köfte den başka ana yemek bulma şansınız yok Oteldeki içki kalitesi oldukça kötü , tüm içecek ve kokteyller kağıt bardak ile veriliyor ,tam bir rezalet!!! Küçük bir örnek vereyim bardan tekila istedim kağıt bardakta servis yapıldı tuz olmadığını belirttim bana tuz kalmadığını söylediler ,şaka gibi değil mi!!! Ana havuz suyu artık yeşile dönmüş ve bildiğiniz lağım kokuyor hiçbir şekilde temizlik yeterli değil Sabah kahvaltısı omlet sırasında tam 25 dk bekledim!!!personel sayısı yeterli değil ve oldukça kabalar … Odalar eski ve bakımsız bildiğiniz dökülüyor Oyun salonu kiraya verilmiş ve oyun aletlerinin jetonları fahiş fiyatlarda resmen insanları soyuyorlar Oğlum zıpzıp a binmek istedi 7 dk için 500 tl ödedim Olumlu yanları ; Aquapark yeterli ve eğlenceli , denizi kum ve oldukça güzel ,denize sıfır bir otel ,orman içinde Ve tekrar ediyorum bu otelin tüm içecek servisi kağıt bardak ile yapılıyor , gerçekten şaka değil !!! Kesinlikle bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Otel 4 yıldız seviyesinde , doğa ile iç içe mükemmel , yemekler 3 yıldız seviyesinde , personel iyi , otele ilk dün 1-1-1 puan vermeyi planlarken sanırım operasyon müdürü Tatiana hanımın sorunumuzu anında çözmesi necesinde 10-10 puanı haketti .allollü İçecekler çok katesiz , yemek , meze çeşiti çok gibi ama hep aynı tat , bir malzemeyle 10 çeşit tatlı meze yapılıyor , orta sınıf bir otel çok lüks aramayın , deniz , havuz , aquapark imkanları yeterli
