We stayed in a lovely villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marvida hotel which had many swimming and was extremely kid friendly along with easy access to the beach. Our only dislike for the kids is we was not aware that the kid rides were not including within the price as situated within the hotel complex, However this was made up with the customer service which went above and beyond. Nothing was too small for them to deal with and most definitely one of my best experience. A massive thank you to Yesim Asik and Mehmet. All enquiries we had also prior to travelling were dealt with fast and promptly. thank you once again. Amanda

Bayram tatilinde ailecek konakladık, son derece kibar ve ilgili personele sahip bir otel. Aile odası rezervasyonumuz vardı fakat daha müsait olduğu için bize daha geniş olan villa tipi oda tahsis edildi, ilk girişte böyle bir jest bizi mutlu etti. Tüm çalışanlar gayet kibar ve ilgili, yemek kalitesi gayet yerinde. Otelin genel temizliği ve bakımlı oluşu bizi memnun etti. Gece şovları ve gün içi aktiviteler güzeldi. This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings. I liked the coffee place a lot and the choice of ice cream was good. There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach area was well organised with a lot of sunbeds. And the sea was really great. For the cons: The swimming pools were not heated (it was the end of October) and very cold to swim. And the food was very repetitive.

Für Familien mit Kinder eine super Anlage, da den Kindern mit den zahlreichen Angeboten nicht langweilig werden kann. Bei der Auswahl am Essen ist man leicht überfordert da es viele verschiedene Gerichte gab, veganes, Detox Getränke, Diät, kindgerechtes etc. Kinder Club Team wirklich sehr sehr gut, jedes Kind wurde miteinbezogen und positiv motiviert am Geschehen teilzunehmen.

Staff was very helpful - they were friendly and very polite. Villa rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Pool was a bit small for all the guests and it was too crowded at times. Food options were great. The beach was beautiful. kids club activities could be better they were all very short - the activities were done outside area rather than inside it was too hot to do anything some days. the team members for kids club should speak english and turkish at least - many of them didnt know either.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement adapté pour les familles notamment celles avec de jeunes enfants. Il y a de nombreuses activités qui y sont proposées et des spectacles différents tous les soirs. La nourriture est très bonne bonne et variée. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Führungskräfte/Management waren sehr nett und gesprächsfreudig. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abends abwechslungsreich, es gab verschiedene Themenabende (Türkische Nacht, Internationale Nacht, Seafood Night,…). Es wurde seitens der Chefköche auch auf Sonderwünsche, für unseren 11Monate alten Baby, eingegangen. Leider waren die Cocktails nicht sehr lecker, hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial. Am Pool gab es frische Gözleme. Hatice ablas Gözleme sind sehr zu empfehlen :) Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und wurde jeden Tag von Ayse abla vorbildlich sauber gereinigt. Allerdings wurde das Zimmer am vorletzten Tag (Sonntag) durch eine andere Person „gereinigt“, die am Zimmer nichts gemacht hat. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer wie gewohnt ordentlich und sauber gereinigt. Die Abendaktivität ist für Kinder unter 3 Jahren nicht geeignet. Daher wird es für Familien mit Kind/-er unter 3 Jahren abends langweilig. Hierfür müsste noch ein Konzept entwickelt werden. Im Großen und Ganzen fanden wir es für den Preis angenehm. P/L-Top, aber kein Wow-Effekt, würden für das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen.

Konaklamamız başlangıçtan bitişe süperdi. Restaurantlar havuzlar hamam spa mükemmel ötesiydi. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Yöneticiler sürekli müşterilerle iletişim halindeydi ve bu on numara bir durum. Çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha gelmeyi düşünürüz.

This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings. I liked the coffee place a lot and the choice of ice cream was good. There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach area was well organised with a lot of sunbeds. And the sea was really great. For the cons: The swimming pools were not heated (it was the end of October) and very cold to swim. And the food was very repetitive.

Staff was very helpful - they were friendly and very polite. Villa rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Pool was a bit small for all the guests and it was too crowded at times. Food options were great. The beach was beautiful. kids club activities could be better they were all very short - the activities were done outside area rather than inside it was too hot to do anything some days. the team members for kids club should speak english and turkish at least - many of them didnt know either.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement adapté pour les familles notamment celles avec de jeunes enfants. Il y a de nombreuses activités qui y sont proposées et des spectacles différents tous les soirs. La nourriture est très bonne bonne et variée. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Führungskräfte/Management waren sehr nett und gesprächsfreudig. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abends abwechslungsreich, es gab verschiedene Themenabende (Türkische Nacht, Internationale Nacht, Seafood Night,…). Es wurde seitens der Chefköche auch auf Sonderwünsche, für unseren 11Monate alten Baby, eingegangen. Leider waren die Cocktails nicht sehr lecker, hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial. Am Pool gab es frische Gözleme. Hatice ablas Gözleme sind sehr zu empfehlen :) Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und wurde jeden Tag von Ayse abla vorbildlich sauber gereinigt. Allerdings wurde das Zimmer am vorletzten Tag (Sonntag) durch eine andere Person „gereinigt“, die am Zimmer nichts gemacht hat. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer wie gewohnt ordentlich und sauber gereinigt. Die Abendaktivität ist für Kinder unter 3 Jahren nicht geeignet. Daher wird es für Familien mit Kind/-er unter 3 Jahren abends langweilig. Hierfür müsste noch ein Konzept entwickelt werden. Im Großen und Ganzen fanden wir es für den Preis angenehm. P/L-Top, aber kein Wow-Effekt, würden für das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen.

Hotel insgesamt hat uns gut gefallen. Mitarbeiter ausser Rezeption sehr freundlich und gut geschult. VIP von Expedia wurde regelrecht ignoriert. Habe 6 mal nachgefragt an der Rezeption, niemand wusste was davon.

We stayed in a lovely villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marvida hotel which had many swimming and was extremely kid friendly along with easy access to the beach. Our only dislike for the kids is we was not aware that the kid rides were not including within the price as situated within the hotel complex, However this was made up with the customer service which went above and beyond. Nothing was too small for them to deal with and most definitely one of my best experience. A massive thank you to Yesim Asik and Mehmet. All enquiries we had also prior to travelling were dealt with fast and promptly. thank you once again. Amanda

It had everything for a family holiday. Some of tge staff could have been a bit more helpful. If you ask for something, they just point it to you to DIY. The reception staff, bell boys were great. We have a few issues and they resolved it. The manager also agreed we can check out late which was good.

Öncelikle ben bu oteli seçmeden yapılan yorumları ve memnuniyet derecesine bakarak tercih ettim. Yapacağım yorumuda elimden geldiği kadar objektif yazacağım. Otel kalite olarak beş yıldızın bir tık altında fakat çalışanlar ve hizmet mükemmel odalar biraz küçük ama muhteşem bir sistem kurmuşlar her an her şeye yetişiyorlar ailece 4 gün kaldığımız tesiste her türlü problemi çözecek bir muhteşem organizasyon var yemek kalitesi biraz düşük ağustos dönemi kaldım otel full dolu olduğu için çok kalabalıktı ama ilginç olan bu kalabalıksa muhteşem bir sistem organizasyonu kurulmuş işler aksamada kimseyi madur etmeden işi çeviriyorlar. Çalışanlara ayrı bir teşekkür ediyorum tamamen müşteri odalı memnuniyet odaklı çalışıyorlar umarım patronları haklarını veriyordur. Deniz 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde fakat sahilde güzel bir hizmet ve muhteşem bir denizi var. Ailece (5 kişi) kaldığımız marvidaya tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyor ve herkese rahatlıkla tavsiye ediyorum

Bayram tatilinde ailecek konakladık, son derece kibar ve ilgili personele sahip bir otel. Aile odası rezervasyonumuz vardı fakat daha müsait olduğu için bize daha geniş olan villa tipi oda tahsis edildi, ilk girişte böyle bir jest bizi mutlu etti. Tüm çalışanlar gayet kibar ve ilgili, yemek kalitesi gayet yerinde. Otelin genel temizliği ve bakımlı oluşu bizi memnun etti. Gece şovları ve gün içi aktiviteler güzeldi. Otel daha çok çocuklu ailelere yönelik bir otel içerisinde minik bir lunapark bile var bu yüzden ortalıkta çok fazla çocuk görürsünüz özelliklede 0-6 yaş çok fazlaydı. Odalar biraz eski ve plaja uzak yine de bizim için güzel bir tatil oldu.

Öncelikle ben bu oteli seçmeden yapılan yorumları ve memnuniyet derecesine bakarak tercih ettim. Yapacağım yorumuda elimden geldiği kadar objektif yazacağım. Otel kalite olarak beş yıldızın bir tık altında fakat çalışanlar ve hizmet mükemmel odalar biraz küçük ama muhteşem bir sistem kurmuşlar her an her şeye yetişiyorlar ailece 4 gün kaldığımız tesiste her türlü problemi çözecek bir muhteşem organizasyon var yemek kalitesi biraz düşük ağustos dönemi kaldım otel full dolu olduğu için çok kalabalıktı ama ilginç olan bu kalabalıksa muhteşem bir sistem organizasyonu kurulmuş işler aksamada kimseyi madur etmeden işi çeviriyorlar. Çalışanlara ayrı bir teşekkür ediyorum tamamen müşteri odalı memnuniyet odaklı çalışıyorlar umarım patronları haklarını veriyordur. This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings. I liked the coffee place a lot and the choice of ice cream was good. There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach area was well organised with a lot of sunbeds. And the sea was really great. For the cons: The swimming pools were not heated (it was the end of October) and very cold to swim. And the food was very repetitive.

The facilities are amazing when traveling with kids. Lots of different activities available to keep you and your kids entertained. However, the food and the food variety are very disappointing. If you’re not picky or don’t care about the food/drinks, this place would be a 5/5. If you do, I rate it a 3/5 because of how disappointing the food was.

Für Familien mit Kinder eine super Anlage, da den Kindern mit den zahlreichen Angeboten nicht langweilig werden kann. Bei der Auswahl am Essen ist man leicht überfordert da es viele verschiedene Gerichte gab, veganes, Detox Getränke, Diät, kindgerechtes etc. Kinder Club Team wirklich sehr sehr gut, jedes Kind wurde miteinbezogen und positiv motiviert am Geschehen teilzunehmen.

Staff was very helpful - they were friendly and very polite. Villa rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Pool was a bit small for all the guests and it was too crowded at times. Food options were great. The beach was beautiful. kids club activities could be better they were all very short - the activities were done outside area rather than inside it was too hot to do anything some days. the team members for kids club should speak english and turkish at least - many of them didnt know either.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Führungskräfte/Management waren sehr nett und gesprächsfreudig. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abends abwechslungsreich, es gab verschiedene Themenabende (Türkische Nacht, Internationale Nacht, Seafood Night,…). Es wurde seitens der Chefköche auch auf Sonderwünsche, für unseren 11Monate alten Baby, eingegangen. Leider waren die Cocktails nicht sehr lecker, hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial. Am Pool gab es frische Gözleme. Hatice ablas Gözleme sind sehr zu empfehlen :) Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und wurde jeden Tag von Ayse abla vorbildlich sauber gereinigt. Allerdings wurde das Zimmer am vorletzten Tag (Sonntag) durch eine andere Person „gereinigt“, die am Zimmer nichts gemacht hat. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer wie gewohnt ordentlich und sauber gereinigt. Die Abendaktivität ist für Kinder unter 3 Jahren nicht geeignet. Daher wird es für Familien mit Kind/-er unter 3 Jahren abends langweilig. Hierfür müsste noch ein Konzept entwickelt werden. Im Großen und Ganzen fanden wir es für den Preis angenehm. P/L-Top, aber kein Wow-Effekt, würden für das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen.

From where to start. Everything was terrible. Hotel desperately needs renovation and improvements. Rooms are stinky and 30 years old. For 5 star hotel food options were like 3 star. Prices are very expensive and only 5 types of food. People are going outside to buy their own food. Kids starved as hotel served same type of food 3 days in a row.
