Bed was uncomfortable. And limited parking had to wait to get out of the lot .breakfast was not much had to wait over 30 min to try and get something need Someone to manage it.

Friendly, Pleasant staff!! Indoor pool was VERY cold and hot tub was not even luke warm. Rooms need major update, bathroom door had no hinges to shut it & floor had a lot of masking tape holding holes together…. Breakfast was SUPER good though, coffee was on point 🙂🙂

Nice location. Easy access on and off highway. No road noise. Well lit at night. FREE breakfast was good with a bit of variety. Easy checkin and checkout. Mattresses were all stained. Shower had broken tiles and faucet dripped. Toilet was not bolted securely to the floor. AC unit in second bedroom sounded like a jet engine. Has fridge and cooktop but no pots, pans or utensils. Hot tub was lukewarm and not all jets were operational.

The floors were nasty even walking in the hallways and they put us in a room that was facing towards the roadway and the road noise is crazy too loud to try to sleep. The beds are hard. Only stay here if it’s your only option.

I wish I could post pictures but I can’t. I encourage you to read the reviews I left on their site. There was a wad of pubic hair on a shower chair and a man’s pleasure ring in the floor. Room had not been cleaned!

To many Halloween decorations for a hotel. It was inside and out and just over the top tacky ! Mold around the bathtub, tissue box was empty beds were not comfortable and one seemed to be broke on one side.

We arrived very late and the staff was still very friendly. We got in about 2:45am from a very long drive and were able to get quickly and easily checked in with a warm greeting and a smile! The room was nice, though pillows a little small. Upstairs the room above people were very active, though, which was annoying trying to fall asleep to, but it was the day before Thanksgiving, so people were likely celebrating being near family a bit late.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. The hotel was fairly clean but I had trouble at check in. The guy told me that the room didn’t have a sleeper sofa that’s not what I reserved so I showed him my reservation then he said we don’t have those available. He tried to sell me a more expensive room which I declined and just took what I had booked. When we got up there it was actually correct glad I didn’t pay for something else I didn’t need. Then the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush unless you took the back off and did it by hand. The tub was so slow to drain you were shin deep in water before done showering and the bed was probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on out of any hotel ever. Also the breakfast wasn’t good at all. You’ll want to eat somewhere else. It’s probably the best hotel in Bowie but I wouldn’t stay here unless you have to. It was pretty clean is the only good thing.

Was called at a 15 until three, and ask if I was still coming. According to my itinerary, check in was at 3 PM, and that I did not have to pay until I arrived according to hotels.com, that they wanted my payment over the phone, which I gave. Not to mention, I bought a bag of chips and two sprites upon check-in from their general store and it was $12! Breakfast tasted horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were in town with our family for a wedding and stayed two nights. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and personable. The interior and exterior were clean and well kept. The room was very nice, very comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, etc. It was nice and fresh and very tasty. No complaints at all and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should we ever be passing that way.

I paid online and my credit card showed it was paid via text message. Upon check in, the lady at front desk said you paid card ending ####? I said the number does not match my card and she said I need to pay with my credit card. I was about to do this but remembered I had received a text from my credit card that this was already paid and I showed the lady my text from my credit card company and she accepted the proof. I hope this was unintentionally done by the lady at front desk! Had I not think fast on my feet, I would have been doubled charged! And what a hassle and time to reverse it! Hotel was clean but very noisy from highway noise (be sure to bring ear plugs) and a little bit up. Bed was comfortable.

None of the doors latched properly. If you didn’t dead bolt your door it could easily be pushed open without a key card. Breakfast area was VERY small. Only room for 2 families at max!

Hotel was clean but a bit worn. TV was placed to the side of the bed and we never could get the channels to come up. Sink was outside the bathroom which I dislike (can't get ready in the morning without waking husband). On the good side they had the best breakfast I've had at any hotel in quite some time. Staff was super friendly.
