We travel at least 4 months of the year for pleasure and stay predominantly at luxury properties. We are Marriott Titanium and Hilton Diamond status members. We did not stay at a Marriott or Hilton property this times as they were all pet friendly, which I find phenomenally disgusting. We chose to stay at Nomu Mexico City because of its location and the fact that they are pet-free. The property definitely lived up to the great reviews and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new and in pristine condition, and the staff were all so friendly and genuine. Thank you Carolina and Andrea for your help and kindness. We had one incident that negatively affected us, but not the fault of the staff at the hotel. The manager Paloma was proactive and ensured the issue was rectified for us appropriately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel and would stay again the next time I visit Mexico City.

It’s a new hotel on a noisy street- but to be fair all of Roma Norte is noisy. The rooms are pretty quiet. The AC didn’t work in the first room we were given, couldn’t sleep so opened the window. The noise was horrible. They gave us a new room the next day but the heat had made us nauseous and affected our sleep. The time to respond wasn’t very good. They didn’t

Todo estaba súper bien, muy limpio, la habitación muy amplia. Solo que si esta en una zona concurrida con mucho ruido y si eres de sueño ligero te puede afectar. Pero todo excelente, si me volvería a hospedar ahí.
