Great location and a lovely pub. We arrived on a very hot evening with our own fan. The room would not have been usable without it. However we were allowed to use our own. But we feel one should have been available in the room. We had a couple of relaxing drinks in the spacious garden before retiring. Breakfast was lovely this morning. Fixed menu but we were allowed to flex from it. Staff were really helpful and engaging. This is a popular pub and you need to book ahead. We will return as it was a very enjoyable overnight stay.

The most charming authentic feel! Highly recommend. Rustic and cozy, delicious food!! Comfortable beds, beautiful quiet village.
