Appartamenti molto puliti e spaziosi. Con una breve camminata si raggiunge la metro 1 e da lì si raggiunge tutta Parigi. Zona sicura, comodo parcheggio di cui abbiamo potuto usufruire anche per tutto il giorno del check out. Chiedono una garanzia di 200 euro che vengono però restituiti il giorno dopo la partenza.

Set in a charming and walkable neighborhood with many green spaces, access to bakeries, patisseries, butcher shops and a wide selection of restaurants. Loved the room so much, only thing is that during construction they were hammering and talking loudly outside the windows each morning and we had no access to opening any windows or patio doors, they were covered in plastic with signs on them not to open. Strong smell of paint or something during the work. Everything else was lovely.

Easy access to the city using all Metro lines (bus, RER, etc). Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Used to laundry facilities in rooms with HGV Max properties, though facilities on property (charged to room when we used). Remote control for lights and fans controlled all, so turning on lights turned on lights in all rooms and adjusting fans did so in all rooms

Flotte rom men Hotellet har ikke oppdatert inngangsløsningen slik at romkort fungerer ikke for inngang hoveddør ennå. Det innebærer at etter kl 2000 da bygget låses må du ringe på og en overarbeidet resepsjonist må løpe til døra (hvis han i det hele tatt hører dørklokken) for å slippe gjestene inn. Svært mange kommer jo tilbake kl 2000-2300 så det er en svært dårlig løsning.

This property was under construction upon our arrival. Which was not disclosed to us @ time of purchase. The entire building had scaffolding and all the balconies' were closed off from exit or entry with Hazard signs. They were not cooperative in accommodating us with any other alternative. It was not a comfortable experience and caused stress for my family.

First and most importantly the rooms were very clean, spotless in fact. Kitchen was well stocked, even has a dishwasher. Drip coffee maker with decent coffee provided. Construction was somewhat noisy but only during the day so i planned to be out sught seeing then. I hope after the construction is finished it is nicer and they don't lose their great housekeeping team. Next, the hotel is within walking distance of the metro but it is a bit a a walk. You could take the bus to the metro which is half a block away. I felt safe walking at nught as a single woman in Vincennes. I really like the area. Finally, Ahmed and Minto were very accommodating. Ahmed is especially warm and good natured. I was tired and crabby after the long flight and he was very kind to me. Will stay again.

We couldn’t ask for more staying in this place. A 10 mins walkable to Metro 1 station. Eateries, bakeries and supermarkets are just around the corner. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Our family are so thankful with the staff. All of them that we meet are very helpful and accommodating, a very special thanks to Ahmed.

Struttura nell'insieme gradevole, ristrutturata di recente con gusto anche se per le rifiniture è stato fatto largo uso di silicone. Letti comodi, cucinotto funzionale dotato di lavastoviglie, bollitore e macchina per caffè americano. Distanza dal metro 1 circa 15 minuti a piedi, frazione di Vicennes carina e tranquilla con numerosi negozi. Nel nostro soggiorno durato 5 giorni purtroppo abbiamo ricevuto un unico riassetto della camera e svuotamento dei bidoni dell'immondizia. Quest'ultimo particolare è risultato particolarmente sgradito in quanto avendo utilizzato ogni sera la cucina ed essendo in quattro la spazzatura prodotta ha finito per accumularsi al di fuori dei contenitori forniti .

Most of their staff are very rude and gruntal and lazy. I don want to mention names, when we requested toilet paper, we did not get any two days later we literally had to wslk to the ftknt desk and stand there to get toilet paper. They don't clean daily, they come every 3 days. If you ask for clean towels before the 3 days they charge you for them. They also do not refill coffee or condiments in the room. Refrigerator stop working and my ice creams melted. Spoil milk and pastries as well. Trash is also not removed daily, every 3 days. Couch bed very uncomfortable and it sqeaks bad. Cleaning service was friendly thought. Location was great.

Check-in upon arrival was easy and they were able to get us into our room a bit early after a long flight and journey on the train which we very much appreciated. Paris was 35C on our arrival and while this hotel doesn't have air conditioning, we appreciate that the ceiling fans were already running. The suite was great, it was nice to have a separate area for our child as well as a kitchen for snacks. Vincennes is lovely and well situated with plenty of options for food and transportation.

Wonderful place in the outskirts of Paris. Super apartment with all the amenities you need, when you are travelling ad a family of 4. Absolute no problem getting in to Paris. Short bus trip and you are at the Metrostation and line 1 - the line that stops at all the top sites in Paris. Amazing and easy. We where in Paris around the opening of the Olympics, and despite the heavy security in the city, we had on problems getting to and from the hotel. So if you like us is a family of 4 people traveling, and want a top modern apartment - this is an perfect place at a great price as well...

Une bonne adresse pour loger à Paris. Seul reproche, le bruit des ascenseurs que l'on entend un peu trop dans les appartements. A noter, il y a des travaux en ce moment dans les jardins.

Une petite déception pour cette fois ... le chauffage de notre chambre était résolument trop fort, et comme le ventilateur du plafond ne fonctionne que lorsque la lumière est allumée, il faisait trop trop chaud dans notre appartement.

Reception staff were very helpful,jolly,polite. Mohammed was very knowledgeable, helpful and made us all feel welcome. The apartment in the hotel was amazing everything you could possibly need was in there. Fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend this

Flotte rom men Hotellet har ikke oppdatert inngangsløsningen slik at romkort fungerer ikke for inngang hoveddør ennå. Det innebærer at etter kl 2000 da bygget låses må du ringe på og en overarbeidet resepsjonist må løpe til døra (hvis han i det hele tatt hører dørklokken) for å slippe gjestene inn. Svært mange kommer jo tilbake kl 2000-2300 så det er en svært dårlig løsning.

Most of their staff are very rude and gruntal and lazy. I don want to mention names, when we requested toilet paper, we did not get any two days later we literally had to wslk to the ftknt desk and stand there to get toilet paper. They don't clean daily, they come every 3 days. If you ask for clean towels before the 3 days they charge you for them. They also do not refill coffee or condiments in the room. Refrigerator stop working and my ice creams melted. Spoil milk and pastries as well. Trash is also not removed daily, every 3 days. Couch bed very uncomfortable and it sqeaks bad. Cleaning service was friendly thought. Location was great.

No AC in room, chatting with their customer service was horrible. False information was given about some rooms having AC, when it turned out none of their rooms included AC. We killed a few bugs in our room, not good at all. Had issues with the lights. one remote controlled all ceiling fans and ceiling lights which was weird because each room had its own remote. We had to sleep with lights on so the fans can stay on, not great. Front desk had no idea how to help, no solution. The shower had a sewage smell,it was disgusting. water would leak out to floor and smelled really really bad

Hôtel appartement idéal en termes de taille et de confort de chambre. Il faut prévoir 15 minutes environ pour rejoindre le terminus de la ligne 1 du métro, à travers le bois, ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel semble un peu perdu (comme mon bagage, laissé en consigne mais où ??), mais sympa !

Fantástica!!!!! Próximo a estação de metrô linha 1 ( Melhor que o trem que também fica perto.) que vai direto a Paris custo de 1.90 euros por passagem. Super confortável tudo novo. Tem um mercado Próximo com produtos variados chamado le petit marche. Estacionamento no subsolo. Excelente atendimento na recepção. Amamos e com certeza voltaremos.

Zona tranquila y a unos 45 min tanto del centro de París como de Disneyland. Habitación amplia y cómoda, especialmente al viajar con niños. Pero sobretodo, personal muy amable y atento. Quiet neighborhood. In about 45 min you'll be at Paris or Disneyland. Big and comfortable room, specially important if you are traveling with kids. But the best were the people who work there, very kind and helpful. À bientôt!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. You are not very close to any sites. The building was under construction so there was a smell outside so you couldn’t open the windows but there was no air conditioning. The fans and lights all use the same remote and other rooms would interfere with our light and fan in the middle of the night. That was pretty annoying. But a nice space for a family to stay.

We had a great experience here. Afternoon staff was wonderful and helpful. This is a suburb of Paris so you are away from the tourist traps. 15 min walk to the Metro or a bus stop right outside. Be aware this is more like an air B & B. There aren't any amenities like a regular hotel. There is an on site laundry area - and the rooms are huge - we even had a balcony and full kitchen. There are kits of restaurant's and grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit and would stay again!!

First and most importantly the rooms were very clean, spotless in fact. Kitchen was well stocked, even has a dishwasher. Drip coffee maker with decent coffee provided. Construction was somewhat noisy but only during the day so i planned to be out sught seeing then. I hope after the construction is finished it is nicer and they don't lose their great housekeeping team. Next, the hotel is within walking distance of the metro but it is a bit a a walk. You could take the bus to the metro which is half a block away. I felt safe walking at nught as a single woman in Vincennes. I really like the area. Finally, Ahmed and Minto were very accommodating. Ahmed is especially warm and good natured. I was tired and crabby after the long flight and he was very kind to me. Will stay again.

The location of the property is really good, and the WhatsApp messaging is also really helpful as they respond pretty fast. I got the parking. My card did not work for half of my stay since you have to get out of the car to open the parking door. Some cars on the road might complain. The other disappointing thing was that they only have service every 3 days after 6 days there. While I was on the plane, I received a voice call from the staff, "Since the kitchen area required a bit more cleaning, we are charging you 25 Euros more." This just ruined the whole experience. When I asked them the reason, they said they just follow the procedure. So you just don't lose a returning customer, you lost a lot more. Change your procedures ;)
