This is more of a gym/spa with some hotel rooms, rather than a hotel with a pool and spa facilities. The facility is very clean and smart, but although the rooms are nice, they don't have the feel that I would have expected. The bed was comfortable, but the remainder of the room does not feel like a place to relax. It's worth knowing that if you are going to use the steam room etc. you are not allowed to wear bathing suits...

Generally speaking the hotel was great but one thing to be aware of is that the hotel is inside the gym and to access the rooms you must swipe your key at the gym turnstile. One entry per swipe and as I was only issued a single room key this meant it was impossible for friends to come over for a drink before heading out, or new friends to come back after a drink… Not that that was the focus of my visit, but had I known it to be the case I would not have booked this hotel. That aside, the room was great and the gym facilities are excellent, just be aware that you are staying inside a gym.

This is more a fitness club - gym with lots of members and turnstiles to enter and exit to your room. It can be exhausting to have to swipe in and out, plus a series of elevators hallways and stairs to get in and out of your room. Dozens of fitness club guests frown upon how slow or quick you negotiate with the turnstiles- German style efficiency is required to stay there. With a child it's nerve wrecking and the mostly aged members have zero patience or interest in your holidays, as they are on a mission to exercise. Friendly staff, but one who was rude when we had to cross the gym floor to get to our room, and my little son jumped into an exercise machine and God forbide all hell broke loose. Then the person went on to broadcast the event in public with his colleagues and other guests and earmarked me for deportation or execution pratically - it was very unpleasant a general experience. Ok for a short stay maybe, if you have small children.

The swimming pool was mostly quite full because it is not only for hotel guests. It would be better if the swimming pool was directly accessible through the elevator and not having to go through the spa area & partly through the hotel. I really wanted to use the whirlpool but to access it, you have to go through the sauna area and go past the naked people in the sauna area, which was quite uncomfortable for me. Therefore I did not use the whirlpool.

99% a very pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying stay. My only negative was: 1 of the 2 lifts being out of service. And, having to walk up 10 steps to reach the reception desk. For someone with a physical disability this was a challenge. But, otherwise, I loved the hotel and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I will be back!

Es war wunderschön. Jeder hat uns Hilfe angeboten und es war alles mega sauber. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und toll eingerichtet. Das Spa Angebot ist erstklassig. Man kann sogar alles bis 22 Uhr nutzen obwohl man 11 Uhr auscheckt. Dem Frühstücksbuffett hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Mein Zimmer wurde einen Tag lang nicht gereinigt, im Treppenhaus stand fast zwei Tage lang eine alte Tüte mit Lieferessen Resten. Das so Poolwasser ist ziemlich dreckig. Im Wasser schwimmen Pflaster und Flusen. Die Luft in den Fitnessräumen ist eher schlecht, Lüftungs Möglichkeiten nicht besonders gut.

Generelt ok, men lidt slidt værelse. Meget lille morgenmadsrestaurant, primært indrettet med arbejdspladser til businessrejsende, med et begrænset udvalg som ikke rigtig var pengene værd. Til gengæld var fitness faciliteterne i top.

Wurden nicht eingecheckt da angeblich überbucht war. Hatte zwar 2-3 Tage noch was zugebucht da wurde mir nichts davon gesagt. Wir wurden dann an ein anderes Hotel verwiesen das angeblich Bescheid wusste. Am anderen Hotel angekommen wurde uns erzählt das keine Buchung oder Anruf vom anderen Hotel vorhanden war. Ist schon ärgerlich sowas. Mein Fazit : Nie wieder.

Die Unterbringung war ok, was nicht passt ist, dass ein MA einfach um 21:46 Uhr das Zimmer betritt. Das ist nicht nur ein No-Go, sondern nicht zu erklären. Die anschließende Flasche mit Wasser macht das dann nicht wieder gut.

Det var et hotel med pool med specielle familie tider. Men tiderne blev ændret uden varsel, så vi blev nægtet adgang til poolen. Tiderne på deres hjemmeside og flyers passer ikke. Personalet i receptionen er søde, men i caféen er de ikke service mindede. Der er en lille bar med et lille udvalg. Der er ok legefaciliteter til børn.

Der Vorteil von dem Hotel liegt in dem angeschlossenen Fitnessstudio mit großem Schwimmbad und großem Wellnessbereich (mehrere Saunen und Dampfbäder mit regelmäßigen Aufguss). Das Hotel ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Entweder über Bahnhof Charlottenburg oder die S-Bahn-Station Hallensee. Bis zur Einkaufsmeile Kudamm ist es nicht weit. Es war wunderschön. Jeder hat uns Hilfe angeboten und es war alles mega sauber. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und toll eingerichtet. Das Spa Angebot ist erstklassig. Man kann sogar alles bis 22 Uhr nutzen obwohl man 11 Uhr auscheckt. Dem Frühstücksbuffett hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Rigtig fint ophold. Eneste anke: vi fik at vide i receptionen at der var morgenmad fra kl 7 på afrejsedagen, men da vi så skulle afsted var det først kl 7.30, hvorfor vi ikke kunne nå det, men stadigt var stået op for det - lidt træls.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities, swimming pool, gyms, spa, cafe bar and roof terrace. Staff were very helpful, and the room was a good size and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

Det var et hotel med pool med specielle familie tider. Men tiderne blev ændret uden varsel, så vi blev nægtet adgang til poolen. Tiderne på deres hjemmeside og flyers passer ikke. Personalet i receptionen er søde, men i caféen er de ikke service mindede. Der er en lille bar med et lille udvalg. Der er ok legefaciliteter til børn.

99% a very pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying stay. My only negative was: 1 of the 2 lifts being out of service. And, having to walk up 10 steps to reach the reception desk. For someone with a physical disability this was a challenge. But, otherwise, I loved the hotel and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I will be back!
