Chambre agréable et bien équipée avec nécessaire pour faire une cuisson et frigo. Pas facile de garer sa voiture dans les rues, sinon solution de prendre parking payant de l'hôtel. Autre point désagréable, c'est l'odeur de la moquette dans les couloirs qui aurait besoin d'être shampouinée.

Concernant le séjour tout était parfait le seul bémol c'est le stationnement. Place payante sous l'hôtel très petite à réserver sinon faut trouver une place dans les rues adjacentes mais faut penser à se lever pour mettre un ticket.

The place is quite basic is clean and offers all the equipment needed. You can walk to the centre and leave your car in the underground parking lot (10 euros a day) which is very convenient. Not the holiday dream place, but an easy and clean option if you stop there for a night or two.

Rien à signaler tout s'est bien déroulé. Tres bon accueil, souriant et à l'ecoute dzs clients, e plications claires.Hôtel central avec des possibilités de déjeuner dans les environs mais aussi à l'hôtel. Parking couvert disponible. Nous sejournions 2 jours en juillet 25. Hôtel très calme, nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte. Bonne isolation sonore.

It was just a basic hotel, slightly soulless. However it was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The two night stay didn't get off to a good start with regards to parking. (Parking not available as per description) Overall we got what we paid for, but some extra effort by the staff would have prompted a higher rating.

Very good place in a quiet part of Beziers. Excellent facilities in the studio. Only complaint the desk /TV cabinet is too big for the bedroom had to manoeuvre sideways to get to the other side of the bed! Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. Parking an absolute godsend in Central Beziers. Prices very reasonable. Will be back.

This hotel we found to be rather bleak and its décor spartan. All the staff we spoke to were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the standard of the hotel's fittings and finish could best be described as budget and at worst cheap - our room’s minimal furniture was tired, grubby and scuffed. This room was one of the larger ones, no issues there, but its ambience was that of a minicab office that hadn't been refurbished in far too long. The bed was comfortable, the towels/bed linen clean and our room was cleaned once during our one-week stay, satisfactorily in general. Some corners of our bathroom had not seen a cleaning cloth for some time though, it appeared - not awful, but not nice to see - there's an issue with gritty dust that just seems to propagate around the place for some reason. The kitchen facilities we expected to be basic and were functional, but the same observations apply as above, with their wood laminate surfaces in need of retirement. We were provided with a random selection of utensils, e.g. a frying pan, but no spatula to turn food over. We did pay for the breakfast buffet, once, which was adequate, but had a limited choice considering it's at an extra cost. We have stayed in other 'aparthotel' style places in France and in Spain, of all of which were far superior to Zenitude (Béziers), in all respects. If you want a relatively cheap stay and are not too bothered by your surroundings, this could be the place for you. Disappointedly, not one for us.

The stay was generally good - it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was surprised about closure of desk at 8pm. Breakfast was average with limited fruit, egg and hot options. Child was seemed to be an adult at 13; unusual. Poor showerhead. Warm helpful staff members. Good value in the context of price. Would recommend.

We had a lovely, bright room, which was very clean and quiet. There was lots of storage space and it was so useful to have the kitchenette and fridge. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly.

Bien placé. Parking non visible depuis l’entrée et mal indique donc obligé de se garer devant un garage avant de récupérer les codes et instructions. Télé ridiculement petite dans un appartement T3 complément décalé par rapport au canapé qui est d’ailleurs très inconfortable. Pour le reste c est ok. Literie ok bien équipé

Hotel Zenitude is a really good apart hotel in a lovely town. A short walk uphill to the centre of Beziers. Very clean and comfortable , large bathroom. Very quiet with a nice view from balcony. All front of house people friendly and very informative. Only complaint was that the hot rings in the kitchen didn’t work properly

The good - it was quiet and had laundry facilities . Thin towels , super tiny kitchenette, shower in poor condition, old tv. Run down property, needs upgrades. Online photos were not consistent with actual property. Not close to dining or shopping or bus . About 15 minute walk from train station.

Hotel avec un bon accueil. Chambre de tyoe studette confortable et propre mais avec une climatisation qui fonctionne très mal. La television n etait pas réglée sur les nouveaux canaux. Du fait de la chaleur fenêtre ouverte mais du coup tres bruyant jusqu'à plus de minuit. Place de parking mais payante en sus. Bien situé.

We were a family of four adults and two children staying for one night as a stopover. We had a two bed apartment and this worked for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to park our two huge vehicles (one mini van and one SUV with roof box). The gentleman checking us in spoke perfect English and was super helpful.

Arrivée tardive, toutes les instructions sont envoyées à l’avance. Accueil au top, personnel sympathique. Pensez à demander l’accès au parking en supplément, indispensable car il est très difficile de se stationner dans le centre ville. Nous reviendrons!

The hotel is basic but has everything you need and is very clean. Walking distance to the main square. Reception staff was super helpful and spoke really good English (as I didn't speak French). They were also flexible and able to arrange an extra request that I had. All of staff/management was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel we found to be rather bleak and its décor spartan. All the staff we spoke to were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the standard of the hotel's fittings and finish could best be described as budget and at worst cheap - our room’s minimal furniture was tired, grubby and scuffed. This room was one of the larger ones, no issues there, but its ambience was that of a minicab office that hadn't been refurbished in far too long. The bed was comfortable, the towels/bed linen clean and our room was cleaned once during our one-week stay, satisfactorily in general. Some corners of our bathroom had not seen a cleaning cloth for some time though, it appeared - not awful, but not nice to see - there's an issue with gritty dust that just seems to propagate around the place for some reason. The kitchen facilities we expected to be basic and were functional, but the same observations apply as above, with their wood laminate surfaces in need of retirement. We were provided with a random selection of utensils, e.g. a frying pan, but no spatula to turn food over. We did pay for the breakfast buffet, once, which was adequate, but had a limited choice considering it's at an extra cost. We have stayed in other 'aparthotel' style places in France and in Spain, of all of which were far superior to Zenitude (Béziers), in all respects. If you want a relatively cheap stay and are not too bothered by your surroundings, this could be the place for you. Disappointedly, not one for us.

Room was very clean. We booked the same day as we stayed. We didn't realize that the property would close the doors at 8pm. We got there later than 8pm. There was no email, no sign on the door or anything with the phone number to call after hours. Out of pure luck we were able to catch another hotel visitor and that person gave us the number to call so we could get inside.

Staff very kind and helpful, laundry and property very good.The problem it says 13 min walking from train station but it does not mention that it is walking up hill, caring a luggage for 20min. It is extremely tiring. But I believe all hotels are at the top of the hill. I would advise to get a taxi.

We had a lovely, bright room, which was very clean and quiet. There was lots of storage space and it was so useful to have the kitchenette and fridge. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly.

The place is quite basic is clean and offers all the equipment needed. You can walk to the centre and leave your car in the underground parking lot (10 euros a day) which is very convenient. Not the holiday dream place, but an easy and clean option if you stop there for a night or two.

Jag kunde checka in tidigare redan kl 11 vilket uppskattades då jag reste mitt i natten. Ok frukost, åt bara en morgon. This was ok for one night but it feels more like a nice students residence than an aparthotel, which we expected. It’s also a bit of a walk to restaurants. There’s also not 24 hour reception. However it’s clean and well equipped and the area feels safe.

The property doesnt look like much from the outside and the area did not feel safe. However, we walked to town for dinner and back around midnight and everything was fine. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was ok. Parking was safe and parking spaces were of good size.

Apartment style room with kitchenette was handy to save on travel costs by allowing us to have a couple of light meals without having to dine out. Location was great, close to the city centre and historic sights as well as good restaurants, shopping, etc. Parking for rental car on site was very welcome.

Hôtel paraissant un peu excentré - au départ - mais finalement à 10 mns à pied environ du centre, gare routière , allée Paul riquet. Donc très bien car du coup très calme. Et de plus personnel très sympathique. Beziers est une ville très jolie qui mérite que l on s'attarde, au moins, le temps d'un weekend.

The stay was generally good - it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was surprised about closure of desk at 8pm. Breakfast was average with limited fruit, egg and hot options. Child was seemed to be an adult at 13; unusual. Poor showerhead. Warm helpful staff members. Good value in the context of price. Would recommend.

Shower head kept falling down which meant it was very difficult to have a shower.One of the drawers wouldnt open and when I tried to get it open the handle fell off. Im not sure the sheets were clean as they did smell. Overall its a poor budget hotel and i think there are better ones out there. Oh and it was advertised as breakfast included which it wasn't make sure to read the fine print on your reservation.

Tres bon accueil, souriant et à l'ecoute dzs clients, e plications claires.Hôtel central avec des possibilités de déjeuner dans les environs mais aussi à l'hôtel. Parking couvert disponible. Nous sejournions 2 jours en juillet 25. Hôtel très calme, nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte. Bonne isolation sonore.

Very good place in a quiet part of Beziers. Excellent facilities in the studio. Only complaint the desk /TV cabinet is too big for the bedroom had to manoeuvre sideways to get to the other side of the bed! Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. Parking an absolute godsend in Central Beziers. Prices very reasonable. Will be back.

This hotel is very well maintained with quite new equipment in the kitchen. AC was great in that period and easy to set up and modify according needs. Bed was great and bathroom was large. The hotel is well located about 15-20 min walking fistyto main city attraction. The breakfast was classic but enough. Staff was very professional and great.
