Seehof Hotel Du Lac

Net hotel met gerenoveerde kamers in zwitserse stijl. Ligging aan het meer met eigen aanlegsteiger. Ontbijt was in orde. Niet al te uitgebreid.

Das Hotel hat eine phatastische Lage direkt am See mit Seeterrasse. Es ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Dafür sind die Übernachtungspreise incl. Frühstück verhältnismäßig günstig. Der Service ist sehr freudlich.

Hôtel exceptionnel quant à sa situation, beaucoup d’effort pour un extérieur de qualité et au goût du jour. L’intérieur très propre, charmant, mais les chambres sont un peu datées dans leur style. Le petit chalet fondue/ raclette attenant est un atout . Personnel charmant et très prévenant. Le savon liquide fluo proposé dans les chambres semble très loin des codes écolo.

Sehr schön direkt am See gelegenes Hotel mit Charme und ganz eigenem Flair. Dazu gehörendes Restaurant mit Garten am Seeufer mit hervorragender Küche und guter, auch lokaler Weinauswahl. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose hoteleigene Parkplätze, die je nach Auslastung benutzt werden können, ansonsten befindet sich die blaue Parkzone grad nebenan. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Basic hotel with dirty carpets, strange old lift that stopped working. Basic breakfast. Not very helpful or friendly staff apart from one young girl. The bed was comfortable and it had a good shower but nowhere in bathroom to put bottles, creams, toilet bag etc. The location is beautiful so it’s a shame that they don’t make more of the inside.

Beautiful view and area. So happy I stumbled on this gem. The area was peaceful not crowded and near Mt. Rigi. Near bus stop and boat. Didn’t have much parking so you have to be lucky. The property was nice. The actual hotel is older but clean. Staff were kind and attentive. Enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant was great.

Located next to the lake with both ferry and bus stations are just a meters away. The breakfast and room service are pretty good. The room size and facilities could be better.

Traditionelles Haus direkt am See mit ganz gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, unser Bad war renoviert. Ziemlich alte Teppichböden im ganzen Haus... Frühstücksbuffet sehr spartanisch, wer in der letzten Stunde kommt, bekommt nur noch die Reste oder muss betteln, dass noch ein Brot aufgetaut wird. Leider ist die Liegefläche mit Loungemöbeln am See dieses Jahr abgebaut worden. Eine nicht genutzte Betonfläche nutz nun keinem Gast mehr etwas... 10 Parkplätze für 20 Zimmer sind verfügbar, reichen natürlich nicht aus. Alternativ nur ein Parkhaus im Ortszentrum.

Situated bang on the lake with great views from the restaurant / terrace. Some parking on site. Rooms a good size. The nearby church bell is quite loud. Very good breakfast, and for Switzerland good value.

호수에 인접한 숙소로 작지만 깔끔했습니다. 시설이 조금 낡기는 했지만, 관리가 잘 되어있는 것 같았고, 이용에 불편함은 없었습니다. 그리고 직원분들이 상당히 친절했습니다. 조식도 맛있었어요!

The hotel doesn’t have enough parking space for customers’ car. We need to park in a public parking 160 meters away from the hotel. Breakfast were supplied and the view was good.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, lovely European breakfast and the view from our balcony was like a post card. I would book again there.

It was an incredible stay. Very clean, great breakfasts, so peaceful and quiet and the staff were very friendly and wonderfully helpful! If they were nearby, we didn't even have to open a door!

The location is absolutely stunning. However I have to say the furniture in the room can be updated and they could definitely use window or portable AC units. The room was very hot for the two nights we were there.

Schöne Unterkunft; Zimmer mit grossem Balkon; schöner Blick auf den See; Personal sehr nett u hilfsbereit Kirchenturmuhr in der Nacht teilweise störend!

The room was spacious. The staff, the young lady at the front desk was so nice and the breakfast she put out was so good.

This was a small boutique Swiss hotel. Rooms were small and amenities limited. They claimed to for Eco reasons removed the bar fridge. No air conditioning and it was HOT. being able to have cold water would have helped. I asked and they gave us a bucket with ice so we could keep some water cool. Fortunately, right on the water so it cooled down at night or never would sleep. The hotel tried to keep that old fashion look which is nice but certain things are needed.

Hotel Staff was unbelievable sweet and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We had a small balcony facing Lake Lucerne…incredible view. The hotel is in Weggis so about 40 minutes from Lucerne. The only complaint I would have would be the hotel hallways looked dingy and old but the rooms were nice.

The lakeside rooms in this hotel offer some of the best views of Lake Lucerne - I could never tire of that view.

Reception service was good and friendly, the hotel has dedicated parking and room is comfortable. Not a lot of bakery choice for breakfast

The hotel is a way out of date but there was no renovation. The staffs are not friendly and out of reach when we need their help.

we have really enjoyed a relaxed day at the lake, all the ladies (reception, housekeeping, breakfast service) were very welcoming and friendly. the building has a lot of charm from the old days. we will surely be back.

The staff was very helpful with arrangements for travel and the town was easy to get around.We went up Mt Rigis and it was spectacular.Kris was very busy but took time for us.

We booked the hotel for four days but were very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. After a 12-hour journey with my family, during which my kids were tired and two elderly members were crying at the reception, the manager, told me to remove my children from the hotel if they cried at any point. I was shocked by her behavior and pointed out that she was being extremely rude and out of line. She tried to deflect the discussion to other points. Since I wanted a peaceful stay and did not want to start our holiday on a terrible note, I remained calm and let the issue go. However, this incident did ruin our mood. Later in the evening, the manager apologized for her behavior, which I accepted. Nevertheless, I question why such a terrible welcome was necessary. Was it because of our race? I did not see her behave this way with other white guests, whom she served politely and respectfully. On several other occasions, her behavior fell short of the expected hotel service standards, and I had to remind her of how to speak to a guest. In total, we experienced her rudeness three times during our stay. I will be writing to the hotel separately about this issue, as it is important for them to know how their staff's behavior can ruin someone's holiday. The only good aspects of the hotel were the view and location.

Classic 19th c. lake hotel. We arrived early (at 11 am) but the staff found a room for us to check in and insisted on cleaning in more although it was already clean. All staff was very friendly and professional. Room was spatious, with great view of the lake. Excellent value for money.

This was the best stay among all of our trips across Europe. The staff is friendly and the hotel is great!! I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Mount Rigi was a short walk behind the hotel and the ferry to Lucerne was right down the road. Didn't have to drive the entire time we were there.

Everything about this hotel is supurb. Will definitely return. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Easy access to Lucern via public transportation and ferry. Very safe and good staff. Enjoyed our stay. And the views from the room are exceptional.

Property is very well located

Zimmerpreis in Ordnung und nicht überteuert, Restaurant sehr fein und Zimmer mit Seeblick empfehlenswert. Sehr ruhig, schnelle Anbindung. Top gelegen für einen Ausflug auf die Rigi und 30 Minuten mit dem Boot nach Luzern.

Great hotel on lakeside. Lovely clean comfortable room. Very nice breakfast but only boiled eggs are hot food.

Everything about this charming hotel is wonderful. Built in 1883. Do you feel like you’ve stepped back in time to enjoy an exclusive hotel by the lake. We had breakfast and dinner there, both were delicious.
