Gorgeous location on Lake Lucerne. They have a lovely backyard with tables to sit by the water. The room was average. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling and light fixtures and a ton of dust on the light fixture above the bed which tells me they don’t really clean thoroughly. Bathroom renovated but the actual room felt old. No air conditioning. You have to use a metal key to lock the door from the inside as well as the safe so don’t lose they which you have to take with you. The hot tub was only set to a Luke warm temp so it was not relaxing, it felt cold to be in there and you have to pre- arrange with the desk to turn on the steam room, otherwise it does not operate and no way to ask them once you are in the spa without getting out and drying off and going back into the hotel. You have to walk outside to access the spa.

My stay at the Romantik Hotel Beau Rivage was excellent and everything I needed for travel. The room had a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, and a balcony with a stunning lake view, plus the sauna overlooking the water was a great bonus. The location was perfect—easy check-in, close to a boat cruise and a nearby convenience store—and although there was no microwave, that’s common in Switzerland; overall, it was everything I dreamed it could be.

Very nice location. We enjoyed the walk be the lake from Veggis to Vitnau which takes about 1hr. The swimming pool and the access to the lake are hands-down best benefit of staying at this hotel. Super close to Rigi cable car station as well.

Hidden gem.. if you are looking to get away from the city but still be a boat ride away from Lucerne, this is it! Pool nice.. grounds clean and on the water. Close to ferry service. Really good food and service. Vlad at the front desk and Nello in the dining room exceptional.

Der Pool sowie die Dampfsauna waren leider geschlossen, das Bad war sehr klein und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war etwas klein, aber ausreichend und Parkplätze gibt es leider auch nur wenig. Wenn man zu spät kommt, ist keiner mehr übrig.

Its a very nice hotel, with antiques for decoration, and a beautiful location right next to the lake. And they have a warm outside pool, which i made good use of. Would gladly stay here again.

The property was lovely but we specifically asked for accommodation with a restaurant and when we arrived they told us that the restaurant is closed on a Monday. I think that that should be made clear when you are booking. We would have chosen alternative accommodation.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was far from clean, with dust everywhere. We specifically booked a room with a king-sized bed, but were given two single beds. The mattress was uncomfortable, making for a restless night. When we addressed this issue, no action was taken. Moreover, the room lacked a coffee machine as advertised. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but they had no warm meals available until 8:15 AM, and we couldn't wait due to our flight. It was unreasonable to not have the chef available on time. As a result, we were unable to enjoy breakfast even though we had paid for it. This hotel is overpriced for the less than basic experience it provides. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid similar disappointments."

A very beautiful lake and mountain small village on Lake Lucerne. Everything was absolutely perfect, except our bed. You would think with amount paid, you would have more than two basic twin beds pushed together. Was not comfortable nor romantic for the “romantic” hotel. Highly recommend but be sure you have a bed!

A very nice hotel in a beautiful location. The outdoor seating areas and pool are very nice. The room is spacious and it was great to have a balcony to sit out and look at the amazing views, the bed was uncomfortable. Under staffed for breakfast so left waiting for coffee and fresh food. Do be aware that the chapel bell rings on the hour all night.

Wonderful location on the lake . Staff member helpful. Hole in wall caused by door handle , needs repairing and door stop put there. Room was very worn and bed and head board definitely need replacing , 2 single beds put together with a big dip in the middle , not the most comfortable bed . Village view room looked at roofs , quite noisy in the street below . Breakfast was average and hot breakfast only luke warm Pool and jacuzzi were nice , lovely area to relax . We enjoyed a very relaxing stay here . The hotel contacted us by email on our second day saying they like to have an excellent review and to speak to them if we had any concerns , we did speak to reception about the state of the bed and headboard and were told sorry to hear that !

Nous avions prévu un week-end romantique en couple. Nous avons donc choisi un hôtel très bien noté par hôtel.com avec en plus des soi disant avantages pour les clients silver. La chambre attribuée (407) était sûrement la plus petite chambre de l’hôtel ( ayant eu l’occasion de découvrir les autres chambres au moment des ménages) pas de climatisation pour une chambre sous les toits. de plus la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Sur le Ste de resa il était noté que la chambre faisait 20m2. La notre faisait à peine 12m2. Photos à l’appui. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais on nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet ! Nous aurions aimé un geste de leur part mais rien ne nous a été proposé. Par contre le personnel était très professionnel et le petit déjeuner très bien.

Tolles Hotel direkt am See mit kleinen Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den See. Unbedingt Seezimmer buchen. Das Frühstück ist ok mit frischem Fruchtsalat und frischen Früchten nach Saison. Mir hat das frische Birchermüesli besonders gut gemundet. Gratis Parkplätze!

The best service I have ever experienced from a hotel ever. The staff has awareness of excellent service, have experience in making you feel appreciated and make you feel comfortable and accepted. The hotel was absolutely amazing! It is a very quaint and charming hotel. It’s name is definitely a reflection of the hotel! The staff and service is exceptional! This was our favorite hotel stay on our trip in Europe. The views are amazing, and it's right on the water. The room was a decent size, and although the hotel is older, the bathroom and room have been upgraded. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We came at the end of summer season, so the town was very quiet and slow, but it was a perfect time for the end of our honeymoon.

No café pedi opção de pão sem glúten e me ofereceram pão integral dizendo que sem glúten não havia nada. Café da manhã fraco com Poucas opções e reposição demorada. Atendentes nada simpáticos. Vi har været rigtig glad for vores ophold. Vi havde en flot udsigt til søen og personalet var virkelig hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Det eneste minus var, at morgenmaden ikke havde de store valgmuligheder taget i betragtning af at det er et fint hotel.
