El hotel es lindo, connun toque antiguo. Esta muy cerca del centro y del museo Ferrari, hay estacionamiento afuera pago. Lo único malo es que la señal de wifi es pesima, se corta a cada rato, y no hay buena señal de red.

Prima di soggiornare presso la struttura avevo letto alcune recensioni che non criticavano alcuni aspetti della struttura e ne avevo tenuto conto in fase di prenotazione. Qui alcune considerazioni: Pro Struttura a due passi dal centro Staff gentile Contro In fase di prenotazione viene riportato che il parcheggio è gratuito. All'arrivo viene offerto il parcheggio coperto alla modica cifra di 30€/notte. Dopo aver declinato l'offerta viene proposto gratuitamente un parcheggio che bisogna cercarsi sulle strisce blu ( ne ho trovato uno a 5 min a piedi dalla struttura) - Abbiamo avuto un disguido e siamo stati svegliati a mezzanotte in pieno sonno ( per il disturbo ci hanno offerto la colazione la mattina dopo. Colazione che a mio parere non vale comunque i 15€ che chiedono normalmente) - Mio figlio, la seconda notte non riusciva a dormire sul suo letto, così ho preso il suo posto. Entrato nel letto, mi sono trovato spofondato nel materasso. Mi sono riaffiorati ricordi della mia branda durante il servizio militare. VERGOGNOSO, la rete sembrava avere molti decenni, ed il materasso no era meglio. L'ho segnalato la mattina dopo. Siamo nel 2025 ma in questo albergo siamo rimasti per molti versi agli anni 80.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda: 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La stanza era piccola e con arredamento un po' datato, ma confortevole e pulita, con minibar funzionante e ben tre sedie vicino alla scrivania. Il letto comodo, con possibilità di scelta tra diversi tipi di cuscini a disposizione nell'armadio. Il bagno pulito, con piccola finestra. Non ho amato particolarmente la doccia walk-in e il getto poco potente. Il getto di lavandino e bidet invece perfettamente funzionante. In bagno era presente anche il set di cortesia. Ulteriore nota positiva è la reception aperta 24/24, il che è molto comodo se si arriva in hotel in tarda serata per fare il check-in (a causa di svariati ritardi del treno sono arrivato a Modena dopo l'una di notte e non sono sorti problemi a tal proposito).

Questo albergo è buon. Abbiamo avuto una camera pulita e fresca. La aria condizionale era buona per i giorni caldi nel Modena in giugno. Le personali sono gentile e disponibile (loro raccomandano un posto per cena e per la mia moglie mettere le sue unghie dipingere). Questo albergo non è lussuoso, ma è centro di Modena e ha le nozioni di base.

Wifi was not available in the room we were staying in, simply the signal didn't reach the room. The bathtub drainage was clogged. Breakfast is Italian sort of breakfast, no vegetables, mainly sweets. Girls at the reception desk were friendly but unable to help about any of the inquiries we had and problems I listed above. Location is good, walking distance to the city centre and train station

Dopo aver declinato l'offerta viene proposto gratuitamente un parcheggio che bisogna cercarsi sulle strisce blu ( ne ho trovato uno a 5 min a piedi dalla struttura) - Abbiamo avuto un disguido e siamo stati svegliati a mezzanotte in pieno sonno ( per il disturbo ci hanno offerto la colazione la mattina dopo. Colazione che a mio parere non vale comunque i 15€ che chiedono normalmente) - Mio figlio, la seconda notte non riusciva a dormire sul suo letto, così ho preso il suo posto. Entrato nel letto, mi sono trovato spofondato nel materasso. Mi sono riaffiorati ricordi della mia branda durante il servizio militare. VERGOGNOSO, la rete sembrava avere molti decenni, ed il materasso no era meglio. L'ho segnalato la mattina dopo. Siamo nel 2025 ma in questo albergo siamo rimasti per molti versi agli anni 80.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda: 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La stanza era piccola e con arredamento un po' datato, ma confortevole e pulita, con minibar funzionante e ben tre sedie vicino alla scrivania. Il letto comodo, con possibilità di scelta tra diversi tipi di cuscini a disposizione nell'armadio. Il bagno pulito, con piccola finestra. Non ho amato particolarmente la doccia walk-in e il getto poco potente. Il getto di lavandino e bidet invece perfettamente funzionante. In bagno era presente anche il set di cortesia. Ulteriore nota positiva è la reception aperta 24/24, il che è molto comodo se si arriva in hotel in tarda serata per fare il check-in (a causa di svariati ritardi del treno sono arrivato a Modena dopo l'una di notte e non sono sorti problemi a tal proposito).

Wifi was not available in the room we were staying in, simply the signal didn't reach the room. The bathtub drainage was clogged. Breakfast is Italian sort of breakfast, no vegetables, mainly sweets. Girls at the reception desk were friendly but unable to help about any of the inquiries we had and problems I listed above. Location is good, walking distance to the city centre and train station

Prima di soggiornare presso la struttura avevo letto alcune recensioni che non criticavano alcuni aspetti della struttura e ne avevo tenuto conto in fase di prenotazione. Tous les membres du personnel avec qui nous avons interagis étaient très gentils et aidants. Cependant, le séjour a été décevant compte tenu du prix et de la chambre minuscule. Fenêtre difficile à fermer, ce qui rendait la chambre encore plus bruyante.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful throughout my stay — even those who didn’t speak English did their best to assist. Negatives The do-not-disturb sign I left on the door most mornings seemed to be ignored several times. The reception shown on the website looks nothing like the actual entrance to the hotel, which was confusing on arrival. The Wi‑Fi in my room was essentially unusable; I was given different explanations by staff, but it really affected my evenings when I just wanted to relax online. There’s no lounge or bar area to sit in, which felt quite unusual for a hotel. One evening I heard a guest’s dog barking, and overall the noise levels were high — single‑glazed windows and poor sound insulation meant I could hear a lot from outside and neighbouring rooms. The bathroom was extremely small, barely enough space to turn around, and the basin didn’t have a plug, so everything had to be done with running water.
