Would highly recommend this hotel not only for the great location but also for the hotel itself - wonderful service and particularly loved the pool (absolutely enormous and not busy), hot tub area with VIP-style beds and the gym. I didn’t want to leave - wonderful stay.

The swimming pool is great. However, the opening hour should be a bit earlier let say 7:15 or 7:30. The steam room also can start around 7:30 because it require an hour to run as well

Great location. Nice room with living room area. Lots of dining options downstairs. Love the club on 37th floor. We booked room with club access which includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner! Great combo.

A very enjoyable stay for a weekend break. The staff was helpful and friendly. We’ve got of an upgrade to a suite. It’s very clean, comfy and came with a nice view. Amenities provided were of high quality. We liked the outdoor pool a lot. The gym was well equipped. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes.

Excellent hospitality throughout this returned stay at Grand Hyatt Macau. Highly professional and impressive service from Peggy and Victor at Grand Club, the helpful Korean staff at Check-in counter, the friendly staff at Concierge, all those great staffs at Swimming Pool, and even the room cleaners who always carry the lovely smile! It truly proved the value of staying at Grand Hyatt and its service does stand out from the other 5-star hotel peers!

Overall the hotel was very good. Room in good size and the services was really 5 stars. I was disappointed first as there was something wrong with the hot water supply and I had to take the cold water shower. Once I had reported the problem to the reception and they gave me another room to exchange straightaway.

Nice hotel with view on Wynn fountain show. Living room, bedroom and bathroom were all very nice. Hotel has access to city of dreams complex and is in walking distance to Wynn (across the street) and Londoner, Venetian and Parisian Hotel complex. Which will make sure that you will be entertained, even if you arrive when there is a typhoon warning. Actually there is prolly no better place to stay during a typhoon without getting bored. ;) I highly recommend this hotel, if you want to go to Cotai and not want to pay the high prices of the Londoner or Venetian. I think it will give you the best bang for your bucks and during the day you might prolly be in the Venetian and Londoner anyway for shopping and other things. I recommend to visit TeamLabs Supernatural exhibition in the Venetian! Would I go there again? Yes if I would go to Cotai again, but I might go to the old Island next time I go Macau. However you can go easily to old island (St. Pauls & Senado Square) by Taxi.

It was a comfortable stay but in my room there were issues like the toilet sliding door wasn’t closing properly we tried to fix it but the toilet door kept open and the toilet flush system doesn’t work it kept leaking.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Grand Hyatt Macau. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere especially on the decorating of my anniversaries. A special shout-out to Katrina, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She was warm, attentive, and very professional. 這次來澳門住了威尼斯人以及君悅，兩間飯店住宿價格其實是差不多的，但是比較下來君悅的服務以及房間維護大大優於威尼斯人，我想特別提服務這塊，從Check-in的接待員，到餐廳的廚師，真的可以感覺到我們這次遇到的員工是很用心在提供更完善.更好的服務在服務我們，以這次在吃早餐遇到的廚師為例，我點了現做Waffle，後來去拿其他餐點，原本想說晚點再回去拿，結果完全忘了，後來想到才回去拿，原本以為應該是要吃冷掉的Waffle了，結果廚師竟然跟我說都冷了不急的話，他幫我重做吧熱熱吃比較好吃，做好後還拿到我位置上給我，服務完全沒話說，當然食物也很好吃啦，舉凡像這樣多一點點貼心的小舉動，在我們住宿期間不斷出現，讓我們一家人對這次的住宿體驗感到非常滿意，房間內的空間很大，也很乾淨，雖然樓下購物的店家不像威尼斯人這麼多，但是下次我應該會選擇君悅，畢竟要購物過條馬路就到威尼斯人了，給大家參考

I had traveled a long way and was very tired, but when I arrived, it took a while to check into the hotel because of the long line, and even after checking in, I had to wait until 3:30 pm to get the room key because the room was not ready. Every other thing was fine though.

Absolutely outstanding services at the lobby. We checked out in the morning and the gentleman offered to book restaurant and taxi for us. When my baby needed a nursing room, they offered to let us change in their property privately. Their thoughts of helping is amazing! It’s quite pricy though and breakfast is so so

Nice hotel, it’s tied to City of Dreams and is located across the street from Wynn Palace and MGM Cotai. The buffet breakfast was decent, and included many choices. But the restaurant can get crowded during breakfast. If ur tired of Chinese food, City of Dreams 2nd floor includes the Soho area housing a McDonald’s and Starbucks, along with several other western restaurants and Din Tai Fung, the Taiwanese dumpling chain.

Which will make sure that you will be entertained, even if you arrive when there is a typhoon warning. Actually there is prolly no better place to stay during a typhoon without getting bored. ;) I highly recommend this hotel, if you want to go to Cotai and not want to pay the high prices of the Londoner or Venetian. I think it will give you the best bang for your bucks and during the day you might prolly be in the Venetian and Londoner anyway for shopping and other things. I recommend to visit TeamLabs Supernatural exhibition in the Venetian! Would I go there again? Yes if I would go to Cotai again, but I might go to the old Island next time I go Macau. However you can go easily to old island (St. Pauls & Senado Square) by Taxi.
