Everything was fine until check-out. When I wanted to leave my suitcase and bag in the locker, they said they couldn't take them because my laptop was inside. They said it was a hotel rule and showed me a document with the rules. There was no warning about laptops on the document, but they showed me a paper stating that if valuable items are left there, the owner is responsible for them. Even though I accepted responsibility, they didn't accept it.

The food is really good, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can go for the buffet dinner and breakfast; great variety, healthy and clean. Room was always spotless thanks to Mohammed, and the entire hotel is being cleaned on regular basis. Staff is super kind and nice to talk with, specially the people at the bar: Mr Yousef, and the great service from the shisha specialist. After a long stay in Egypt I can say this was the best hotel we stayed. Definitely will come back!

This hotel has a nice area, however its location is really far from everything. I asked them about airport pickup and they did not replied to me here, or my direct mails and did not answer my phone calls. "Daily houskeeping" means, they give 2 bottles of water (at least day do it). Even there is an information plate that after 3 days of stay they will clean the room, however they did not. Pool is open just till at the beginning of sunset. Gym is at another hotel. Breakfast is really good.
